Chapter 226 One Stomp

Chapter 226 One Stomp

Red silk threads poured out of Xinzi’s sleeves, remodeling his attire into a red monastic robe embroidered with golden tree patterns. White and gold flames flared in our monk’s eyes, setting his entire body ablaze as he activated the Tyrannical Solar Dragon Physique. Blood Energy, Yang Qi and Divine Power rose like tidal waves, becoming a pillar of blinding energies that made all Green-Hat Farmers shiver where they stood.

”To hell with you! Brothers, don’t let this flashy display mislead you. He’s just an early-stage Pulse Condensation expert—absolutely no match for our formation. Kill him, and the invaders’ morale will plummet without fail. Cut off the head! Kill the snakes!” The head farmer raised his sword, galvanizing his troops.

”CUT OFF THE HEAD! KILL THE SNAKES!” In perfect sync, the villagers poured their Spiritual Qi into their whirling swords. The 15,000 permutating swords merged into a spiral—a storm of coiling green blades. Large enough to cover a small town, the blade storm descended upon Xinzi, rippling with the Green-Hat Farmers’ desire to tear our monk to shreds.

”Good effort.” Undisturbed, Xinzi crossed his arms behind his back and stepped into the air, casually ambling at this storm of coiling blades. As the frontal storm neared its target, eight blade whirlwinds detached themselves, coiling to catch Xinzi up, down, front, back, plus any other possible angle.

All the same, Xinzi maintained his leisurely gait, not even bothering to cast a barrier or some array runes.

”Bastard, he dares to meet our Thousand Cuts of the Green Slave with his fleshly body? Good, tear him to shreds!” The head farmer raged at Xinzi’s stance. This formation was more than enough to slaughter the average Nascent Soul realm expert. How dare a boy with a lower cultivation base than his challenge it so brazenly?

This level of audacity deserved no less than deaths by ten thousand cuts!

Alas, most people don’t face the world on the same difficulty level. What others saw as insurmountable tasks, in Xinzi’s world, became the matter of a finger snap.

Xinzi stretched his arms out, welcoming this omnidimensional blow with a casual smile.

The blade storm hit first, barrelling into Xinzi with spine-chilling clangs and hissing sounds. Alas, it was as if the storm hit a wall of pure tungsten, green winds and light rays collapsed into dwindling particles. The blades shattered upon impact, becoming metallic powder that drifted into nothingness.

The eight whirlwinds didn’t perform any better, collapsing into dust and debris as soon as they brushed Xinzi’s skin.

”Imp…impossible!” The Green-Hat Farmers couldn’t believe their eyes, all staring slack-jawed at Xinzi, who hovered in the air with an irresistible momentum.

”Farmers typically have dark skin due to their day-to-day exposure to the sun. But you fellows here all have the doll-white skin that’d make even the noble women of Purple Wind City rave with envy. Clearly, you have it good, so good that you can no longer tell the obvious gap between my fleshly body and your toothpicks.

Don’t say you, even if I stood motionless and asked a rank-six Ordained Beast to hack my chest, they’d fail to leave a dent,” Xinzi said, and clenched his fists. The deafening roar of a Solar Dragon shook Green Leaf Village, pinning all lives to their knees as flames of white and gold spiraled Xinzi’s form.

Before this display of overwhelming dominance, the Green-Hat Farmers despaired—their genetic modifications urging them to bow at this superior male specimen. However, the legacy of their ancestors held on, reminding them of all their predecessors had gone through to guarantee their freedom.

”ATTACK!” Together, the 5,000 villagers took flight, the Foundation Building experts rode flying swords, the Pulse Condensation leaders flew outright, racing towards Xinzi with their Green Sword Pulses flying at their backs.

The Heaven-Trampling Dao Bones kicked in here, not only making the pressure of Xinzi’s fleshly body skyrocket, but filling the sky with a cluster of Divine Runes. The Heaven-Trampling Runes rained down, latching upon the 5,000 swordsmen and reducing their cultivation bases and fleshly bodies to substandard straw bags!

”No…” The head farmer’s eyes widened in terror. The runes held the Green-Hat Farmers in suspension, denying them the right to advance or retreat. Xinzi folded his arms below his chest and stomped at his foes.

The weight of the world crashed upon them, rupturing their bones and making a gory mess of their internal organs. Too dazed to react, the Green-Hat Farmers didn’t utter a scream, and as their eyes stretched in disbelief, their bodies plummeted towards the ground, cratering with an eruption of blood, dust and rubble.

”Strong…A’Xin has become…absurdly strong.” Dong Ling rubbed her eyes, trying to make sure that she didn’t get caught in an illusion. Reality didn’t change, forcing her to accept Xinzi’s exponential growth.

She wasn’t the only one. The last time that any of the girls had seen Xinzi fight without formations dated back to before the Yin-Yang Sword Contest.

’How did his strength rise so fast in a matter of months?’ They wondered. Even Chun Xu, who knew that Xinzi belonged to the Hengye clan, couldn’t comprehend the absurd strength leap he’d gone through.

Only the likes of Guang Fanghu and Lord Hanxing didn’t flinch. This was the contemporary God-Monarch of the Eternal Night Dynasty. Even in a body of low cultivation, he wasn’t an entity that their mortal minds could fathom.

”Now that the presentations are out of the way, let me give you one piece of advice. The world is vast and full of terrors. Without a large umbrella to hide under, who knows when torrential rain will drown you all to extinction? Since you’re destined to lose your freedom and were genetically altered to bow to the mighty, you might as well bow to me. I promise you a fair wage, comfortable working hours and a matchless healthcare package,” Xinzi said, vanished, and reappeared between the broken Green-Hat Farmers.

Some looked at him absentmindedly, others kept their bleeding heads on the ground, unable to accept that their most valiant efforts had been crushed by a single stomp.

”No? Alright, let me give you a taste of what you’re missing,” Xinzi said, and with a soothing smile, joined his hands in a prayer sign.

”May All Living Things Enjoy Eternal Bliss.” Golden Holy Force and Lianist Runes poured out of our monk, dragging the 5,000 men into a world of wanton indulgence. With renewed vigor and boisterous laughter, they crawled towards one another. What happened next needs not be described, and Xinzi concealed it with colorful clouds, preventing his girls from witnessing traumatizing events.

Still, the blissful cries of 5,000 men soared towards the sky, spreading through Green Leaf Village.
