Rebirth: Over the Horizon

Even though he stared at the monster in awe for a second, Adam quickly regained his composure.

Regardless of anything he has survived through hell and was reborn here, his confidence and mental ability were off the charts.

The skeleton mage wore a tattered robe, and golden arcs of light appeared from time to time on his body, which was a phenomenon that was purified by the Holy Light.

Suddenly, the knight lunged forward on his horse, his direction was faced towards Ju-Ju and Ariana.

Ariana is merely LVL: 46 and for Ju-Ju you don't even need to ask if they received this blow from death knight.

'They will die.'

Adam didn't know what's happening but an inextinguishable sadness grew in his heart at this moment.

Even though he knew if Ariana died here, she will be fine, his adrenaline rushed up.

"Super Swap"

Both of their places instantly swapped, in a blink of an eye, Adam closed towards the death knight.

"Star Strike"

Even though the dim and reddy sky, the usual darkness enveloped and two bright lights shone high in the sky.

Three strikes were launched against the death knight, a horizontal line and two vertical ones.

The death sparked anditss the body degenerated in the air.

Adam's adrenaline wearied off and his sense quickly started to assess the situation.

"Adam why did you act recklessly, even if I died by receiving that blow, you could have cleared this dungeon with your unique skill."

Adam said and pointed over the Hell Mage Maja.

'But I don't regret it, not even a bit.'

After saying this in their heart, he smiled satisfyingly and stared towards the boss monster.

Adam didn't dare to imagine what could happen if his seal was broken, it will be utter chaos.

Suddenly, the Hell mage tremblingly stretched out its finger bones towards the air a little bit forward.

This action bought back, Adam to reality and he shook off his useless thoughts.

'First, Let's focus on the fight.'

Like a drop of water dripping into the calm lake, a layer of pale yellow ripples rippled in the air.

"Summon Abyssal Lizard."

Adam frowned slightly and watched at the shitty scene occurring before his eyes.

An animal foot protruded from that layer of ripples. The animal foot was formed by a combination of white bones, which looked pale and scary.

Then it struggled to get out of the ripples. It turned out to be a standing beast made of white bones.

It seems to resemble a bear standing up, but huge bone spurs are growing behind it. Make it look tough and terrifying.

It stretches out its sharp claws, and a layer of frost was attached to the sharp claws, and the insides of its body were also looked cold.

"Is it a summoned monster of the ice undead type?"

Ariana asks while keeping her eyes on the bone beast that appeared out of the air.

Seeing this guy appear, Adam's frown quickly changed into a smile.

He glanced at the skeleton mage and watched the big guy body trembling slightly.

The premise of clearing the dungeon is the death of the boss, not killing all the monsters in the dungeon.

So...in theory, as long as he kills the skeleton mage, he can acquire the loot he wanted and go home happily.

"Ariana, can you manage the all guy over there?" Adam asked with a reassuring smile at the same time with an arrogant smirk.

Ariana patted her chest two times, "Leave it to me, I will be sure to stop this crawling bastard."

"Then, I will rely on you."

As they both were conversing, a spear made of dark magic suddenly shoot up towards them.

Adam pushed Ariana and used the recoil force to escape from the range of the spear.

Both of them nodded to each other and went on to fight towards their designated opponents.

Black smoke emerged from the skeleton mage's hand and re-formed as a spear, it's blue flame eyes quickly searched Adam he has already disappeared.

'Perfect as long as I use this skill and attack the mage in shadows this fight will be over in no time.'

"Death droplets"

A small dark cloud formed above the heads of the Hell Mage and Adam, tiny droplets of black water poured from the sky.

Adam's robe and his body were fully drenched with this black water.

Adam's body outline becomes visible in front of the Hell mage, recognizing the figure the undead boss re-called the black spear and thrown it towards Adam.

'Tch...All my plan was instantly crushed.'

In this dungeon, Adam was forced to fight against variables, which made him extremely irritated.

Adam quickly replaces his robe with [Dawn of light]. He only used the shadow robe because of its sleuth skills.

Now that advantage itself has disappeared, why would he still wear that, not to say its durability and defence was extremely low.

Adam ran towards the maze while dodging the black spear every time with an inch of space.

While he was hiding in shadows, Adam unexpectedly found the weakness of the skeleton mage.

The first one was he is unable to move as Adam guessed from the start to now he didn't move an inch from this place.

Another weakness was to kill him, Adam has to destroy the black coloured crystal in the back of his neck.

The skeleton expected him to leap in the air and attack its face, but Adam made fake movements like he was going to leap instead he slid to the other side.

Grabbing the torn robe, he leapt in the air and raised his Abyss angel and stabbed it in the black crystal.

For a moment, nothing happened Adam clung on to his weapon and his body swayed two times.

Then, "Uaahhhhhh...."

The Mage screamed in pain, Adam was nearly gone deaf because of this, "Shut up! You bastard..."

"Flash..."

Then a bright white light shone out the core and illuminated the whole place.
