Chapter 2547: Don’t be too self-abased (6)

Huang Yueli gave off a soft shrill as she sensed herself being carried by her man, placing her gently on the soft mattress by the side which was used for resting purposes.

This time round there shouldn’t be any problem!

Although it was a little embarrassing to be intimate in the study room, but now it didn’t seem like there was much time to haggle over this…

Huang Yueli was both anxious and excited as she let her thoughts run wild but she suddenly discovered that after Li Moying put her down, he did not lean over as she had expected but instead he stood right up again!

Just like what happened during the past few nights after their wedding, he was prepared to flee once again!

Seeing Li Moying shooting like an arrow to the entrance, Huang Yueli gave a cold humph, “Stop there!”

However, Li Moying didn’t stop but instead dashed out directly.

Huang Yueli was crying out in rage as she leapt upwards and chased after him!

Li Moying heard the footsteps behind him but instead of stopping, he speeded up.

“Young Sect Master Li, what’s going on? You’re running so fast, if there a ghost chasing after you?:

One of them was pursuing while the other was escaping and they charged right outside the study room, totally not paying any attention that there was someone else along the corridor.

At this moment when they heard someone speaking, Huang Yueli’s footsteps took a halt as she looked astonishedly at the corner, and saw Li Buyan.

“Sen…Senior Brother?” Her eyes widened.

However, in that instance where she stopped, Li Moying disappeared from her sight in just a few flashes.

Huang Yueli’s expression stiffened as she stomped her feet exasperatedly, “Damnit, what on earth is wrong with Moying! Why did he run away so quickly! Could it be that he really hates me so much? But everything was perfectly normal at first, why…..”

Why was it that they were already at the last step and he fled every single time?

Seeing Huang Yueli about to fly into a rage, Liu Buyan walked over instantly as he placated her, “Junior Sister, don’t be angry. What happened between you and Li Moying in the study room? Tell Senior Brother and I’ll help you think of a way!”

Huang Yueli pursed her lips and when she recalled that the medicinal cuisine was given to her by Liu Buyan, she finally calmed down a little and said, “Today I followed according to the prescription for the medical cuisine that you gave me and personally brewed a bowl, bringing it over to the study room…”

“Li Moying really drank it?” Liu Buyan’s eyes were filled with laughter which revealed that he was gloating over his misfortune, but he concealed it by lowering his head.

Huang Yueli replied, “The stuff that I brought over for him, how could it be possible for him to not drink it? Later on, he indeed became very passionate and we… ughh, anyway, it’s just that… but later on he ran off again! I really don’t understand, why on earth is he running away!”

Liu Buyan stifled his laughter, just short of almost twitching from it.

He coughed consecutively several times before he suppressed his laughter, “Cough cough, Junior Sister, I have already understood the situation that you mentioned. From the looks of it, Moying’s illness should be rather serious so it’s probably not something that you can cure with just a bowl or two medicinal cuisines.”

“Then what should I do?” Huang Yueil asked worriedly as her brows furrowed.

Liu Buyan replied, “Don’t be overly anxious. The most taboo about this kind of illness is to be overly anxious so we can only treat this slowly…. How about this, don’t give Li Moying too much pressure first. Go back earlier to rest and I’ll have a good chat with him, to convince him to accept my treatment.”

Huang Yueli thought over this and frowned as she said, “I’d better talk to him about it. He… doesn’t really trust you so if you go and persuade him, he would probably not listen at all!”
