Once Shane had investigated the entire highland plateau that was larger than he had expected, he came to the conclusion that it was the perfect spot to complete his mission.

Killing three superior peak awakened stage beasts with an ice affinity wasn't an issue on the plateau and Shane didn't even have to create an elaborate plan!

After looking for hours, he spotted a group of four Glacier wolves ahead of him whose mana purity was between 80%-to-85%.

Thus, Shane decided to target them.

A simple ambush with the help of Cosmo's spatial affinity was quickly initiated and both Shane and Umbra would be able to take care of at least one if not two or more Glacier wolves in the first few seconds.

That was exactly what happened.

Only a few minutes had passed before Cosmo had manifested a spatial portal at the very moment, the Glacier wolves had been busy tearing apart a beast they had hunted.

Because of that, they were distracted, and Umbra, who had emerged from the spatial portal, immediately manifested several dozen highly compressed darkness spears.

At the same time, Shane exerted both the [Slaughterer's Path] and [Light step] technique in addition to the [Mana Membrane(Lesser)] skill and his title's skill [Berserk].

In an instant, he was enveloped in a crimson, translucent membrane, and Shane's strength skyrocketed as he lashed out with the Sword of Blood, Mydra, which he had already unsheathed.

With a single slash, Shane killed the closest Glacier wolf while Umbra had severely injured two. In a lucky accident, the remaining one got buried under the bodies of its brethren.

However, this was not worrisome because their ambush allowed Shane and Umbra to turn a 4 vs 2 battle into a 1 vs 2 battle. 

The two heavily injured Glacier wolves were about to die any moment and Shane didn't have to put any extra effort to kill them.

Nevertheless, to be on the safer side, Shane finished off the two heavily injured Glacier wolves as he emerged in front of the first one who he quickly beheaded and walked away from it without another backward glance.

In a last-ditch effort to save its life, the other injured Glacier wolf tried to manifest several dozen icicles. 

However, before it could do so Umbra's head had already emerged next to it.

With his mouth wide open, Umbra's jaw closed on the Glacier wolf's, as his fangs sunk into the wolf's neck. The wolf howled and whimpered painfully one last time before it went silent, forever.

The last Glacier wolf was shocked about what it had witnessed and it was about to instinctively flee when several spatial portals manifested behind it.

Its primal instincts caused the Glacier wolf to hesitate for a moment which was more than enough for Umbra to manifest a dozen darkness spears that pierced through its wolf.

With the last Glacier wolf being killed, Shane ignored the notification he received as he picked up the dead corpses and sold them in his shop.

Once he had read through the message, Shane immediately purchased the manual and learned it.

Afterward, he returned to the RadiantRing shelter in a matter of several hours.

There were many things he had to do, and establishing a perfect physique and attaining a mana purity of 75% was the most important!

Because of that, he returned to Masua which allowed him to absorb enough mana, not only for himself but also for the Hidden Paradise.

Three months later, one could see a toned youth with black hair and fair skin sitting in a bathtub surrounded by a 130-meter long snake and a silver furred fox that had distinct golden startstream-like spots on its fur.

Shane took only three months to enhance himself from a perfect physique of the 7th Expert stage to the 10th Expert stage. 

His speed was extremely fast, considering that he refined his body perfectly.

Yet, the number of funds he had to utilize to achieve this feat was enormous.

Fortunately, funds were the least of his worries thus it allowed him to attain a perfect physique at such a rapid pace, in the first place.

It was the last seconds before Shane would achieve the first major task he had given himself; a complete and perfectly refined physique!

An enormous stream of mana swirled around Shane, seemingly trying to invade his body by all means. His skin was fair, yet, one could see a thick milky hue around him, releasing a soothing but also mighty aura.

At the same time, black liquid forced its way out of his opened pores, swimming on the water's surface turning into a thick mucky layer.

However, instead of coming in touch with Shane once again, the milky hue was seemingly pushing away, preventing every harmful substance from coming in close contact with him.

Shane was not sure how much time had passed, but he felt an essential change in his body. Not only did he feel that his bones had become a lot stronger compared to before, but every single characteristic about his body seemed to have undergone a metamorphosis.

It was almost as if he had been reborn.

As Shane opened his eyes, he could only see a layer of shed skin and a large mass of disgusting reeking black impurities.

He had almost vomited but barely held himself back as he jumped out of the bathtub.

Utilizing the system to purchase some water, he threw it over his wet body, to get rid of the murk. Shane noticed that he was still doing fine without any impurities sticking to his body, which was something he was thankful for.

Shane didn't even want to think about the hassle he would have to go through to wash away the impurities.

However, just at that moment, he saw a faint, white hue around his body, which confused him as he received several notifications.

Shane thought that the first two notifications were everything he would get, which was already a lot if he were to be honest.

Yet, contrary to his expectations, there was more!

The last message was a shocking surprise because it allowed him to gain a huge advantage in comparison to others! If he had several supreme tickets and wanted to purchase something for 1000 Supreme tickets, he could simply use the discount, and purchase the desired goods for 800 Supreme tickets!

Even if he had only 20 Supreme tickets right now, that was entirely unimportant. There was a long journey in front of him, and Shane was confident to earn even more Supreme tickets as long as the Primordial Dimensions existed!

He was not interested in what he could purchase with 20 Supreme tickets, because those goods would only try to lure him away from the 'real deal' he was interested in.

For example, there were extremely strong body traits he wanted to purchase, or the ability to take a total of two occupations.

It was only a small difference, but Shane realised that the flaws accompanying the [Tier-2 (Gold)] body refinement technique were more drastic than he initially thought!

This caused him to rethink a few approaches he had earlier planned because his perfect physique allowed him to do lots of things he had been unable to achieve before!

However, before he was able to think of anything, he received a message from someone he hadn't heard from for a long time.

"Why is she messaging me?"
