Rin Woo walked forward slowly as her men dismantled the secret base. This revolution has gotten on her last nerve and nothing they do will stop her from getting back Han Luo! Did they think she would not find them? It was a simple matter to follow the few scavengers who usually came to find food in the east and make them lead her back here.

Rin Woo turned her head to see a man hiding behind some rocks. Her men were shooting and killing any of the traitors they caught and this man was hiding here and letting his comrades die!? What a coward.

She reached out and grabbed him by the neck.

The two of them turned around and Rin Woo’s face brightened when she saw Han standing in the hallway. He had his hand around the neck of one of her elite soldiers with his combat knife positioned over his heart.

“Han I knew I’d find you! You don’t have to be with these people again! I came to help you!”

Han narrowed his eyes and growled. The knife dug into the elite soldier’s chest and he drew blood.

Rin Woo frowned and looked up at Ryo Luo. She reached for her gun but Han suddenly threw the combat knife and it stabbed into her forearm. Ryu Long immediately fell to the ground and started coughing.

Han shouted this to Ryo Long while tackling Rin Woo. They both fell to the back and Ryu Long used the opportunity to escape. Rin Woo kicked Han off her before she pulled the combat knife out of her forearm and threw it to one side.

Han did not want to kill Rin Woo. She did not look like a mad person to him. She was just someone who lost her way in life. He would’ve helped her if he knew this was what she would turn out as.

“No! I… I cannot die here! I have to bring you back! Stop resisting!”

Han stepped back from her and turned around. This woman is not the person he knew before. He swore that this would never happen. As long as he had the strength to prevent it she would never turn into this thing.

Han stopped in his tracks and looked up in shock. Ping was standing at the entrance of the hallway with a smoking gun in her hand. He turned around quickly and saw Rin holding a rod above her head. She was sneaking up on him to hit him in the back!? How far did she fall on her head!?

Rin Woo coughed up blood and fell to the ground as the wound in her stomach started to bleed out. Ping quickly ran up to Han and grabbed him.

“We have to go now! We are the only ones left!”

Han couldn’t take his eyes away from Rin Woo’s as he ran. This world was the very definition of twisted. It was the first time he saw someone he knew die in front of him.

Rin Woo closed her eyes once Han turned the corner and sighed as she finally rested.
