Han’s curiosity peaked as he got this new announcement. He still remembered the perks from the time he was in Regulus’ church. Was he finally going to get another chance at it?

Han accepted all these skills and all the money he gained. It was about 3 million dollars in all, but Han wasn’t even interested in that amount of money anymore. Maybe he’ll give it to Rina or something?
But what Han was really interested in was that one skill [Hidden in Plain sight]. It not only allowed him to use many skills at once without alerting the enemy, but at least he didn’t have to go around looking like a walking Christmas tree when his defenses were up! Han quickly activated [Lightning Armor] and he saw as a suit of armor that looked like it was made from streaks of lightning appeared ok him. The skill had already evolved a lot and was now covering every single bit of his body.
But then his other skill [Hidden in plain sight] activated and he laughed as he saw the armor turn invisible. He touched himself and he couldn’t feel the armor anywhere on him, but he knew that it was still activated! This skill is surely one of his best!!
Now Han went back to looking through his rewards and when he saw the free points he got he swallowed. He got 175 free points. If what he expects to happen happens, then he would be having 1750 free points! Han waited patiently to see if the skill would activate, and Han grinned as he saw another tab come up once this was all done. His system applied his secret skill.

Han grinned, he was pleased that it worked exactly how he thought it would. These two skills were the greatest things he ever received. One of them took everything and the other one made everything ten times better!
But now that many of his skills were so high, Han wondered how this change would affect them. Would the skill become stronger or would it change to become something more?
Han rose his hand up as he decided to test out one of the skills he got. He remembered Tyrian using this skill against both him and Yue in the past. It was a simple beam before, but that was when it was still in the double digits. Han activated [Laser Beam] to see how it would be now that it was in the triple digits!

A large circle that looked like the start of a magic spell opened behind Han and began to rotate anticlockwise. The circle multiplied into three and all three of them rose high into the sky before they shone red and the entire area gained a red hue.

Three great beams of red energy shot out from the circles and tore a giant hole through the city from one side to the other! They went on and on, blasting through ruins and destroying everything! Even the air around Han was boiling! Once Han deactivated the skill, he looked at the straight path of destruction he caused. It was like someone used an eraser to just clean out that portion of the world from existence! Everything for hundreds of miles in front of Han was just gone!
Han chuckled before he went into full blown hysterics! This was his power!? He didn’t even use the full power of the laser beam because he just wanted to see what it could do! He was sure that he could make at least six circles at once!
These skills were all so broken!
Once Han finished coming down from his high. He sat down and leaned back on the floor. He needed to find a way to get back to the past now, but his status window still hasn’t told him that he was done here, so there was still the whole issue with finding the cause of the apocalypse.
But if what that man said was true, then this was all for nothing anyway, so Han decided that he was going to take his precious time.
Yue came closer to Han slowly while eyeing the large hole that Han tore through the city with his laser beam. Yue couldn’t believe her eyes when she suddenly saw Han making the circles, but once the beam shot out, she couldn’t even move! It was so scary! What would happen if something like that hit her!? She wouldn’t even exist anymore.
But what was this sudden change? She didn’t remember the beam doing this before. If Han got it from Tyrian, then why did it change so much!? Was it because Han made it better? No, there was no way he could do that. If he has this sort of power then Tyrian would not have been a threat to him at all!
“Yue? What’s wrong? Are you okay?”
Yue jumped in fright as Han’s voice reached her. She didn’t even know Han was already moving towards her. She shook her head at the question before trying to calm herself down.
Once she was calm enough, she then allowed her eye to trail towards Han’s left hand. Well, what was left of it? Yue came closer and stood beside Han to see his hand. Han’s mouth twisted to one side while looking at the arm as well. Okay, maybe it didn’t look so good.
Han realized that he needed to get some healing skills soon. He didn’t want things like this to hold him back from fighting properly next time! He would have to look for a way to either generate it himself or he could just take someone else’s own. He already had defensive and offensive skills, so maybe one of those invaders would have a healing skill for him to devour. It would save him the trouble of having this kind of injury.
“I’ll be fine, Yue. Just another trip to the past and everything will correct itself,”
Yue looked up at Han before nodding and grabbing a coat out from the bag she wore on her back. She handed it to Han and Han took it gratefully.
Wow~ Han suddenly became sarcastic. Look how they both matched. Just like father, like daughter. How nice.
Han chuckled at his joke before he stood up and stretched.. He didn’t need to stay here for long because he needed to find the cause of this apocalypse quickly.
