Chapter 463 - Talk.

Chapter 463: Talk.

Su Li fainted?

Xiao Luo’s heart trembled, he immediately picked up Su Bei and rushed into Su Li’s apartment.

As soon as he entered, he saw Su Li unconscious on the carpet. Next to her was a glass, and the water that was previously inside was splashed all over the floor. He ran quickly to her and turned her over.

“Hey, what’s wrong, wake up!”

Xiao Luo tried to wake her up, but she was non-responsive. He had no choice but to pick her up and put her gently on the sofa.

Aunt Li was off work at the moment. So if he wasn’t in the opposite apartment, what could Su Bei have done by herself?

He quickly checked Su Li’s condition, and finally confirmed that it was just because she suddenly experienced a major emotion disturbance. It led to the unbalancing of her qi and blood, causing her cranial cavity pressure to increase and resulting in her falling unconscious. He took out a slender silver needle and inserted it gently between Su Li’s brows. Su Li’s closed eyes moved, then slowly she woke up.

“Mom…”

Su Bei jumped into her arms. Her long eyelashes were stained with tears.

Su Li reached out and touched her little face and said, “Mom is fine, don’t worry!”

Although her face was still ruddy, it was clearly more pale and morbidly white.

“Huhu…”

The little girl sobbed softly.

Xiao Luo put away the silver needle and asked, “Did you get emotional by Jia Zhengyi’s dirty words?”

Su Li’s expression seemed to ask him, How did you know?

“Don’t go online in the near future. You also know that you are a hot topic on the Internet right now, so it is best to avoid going online. Just ignore it and treat it as if this storm doesn’t exist.”

Xiao Luo thought that this woman should be further educated so he continued. “On the other hand, since you have a lot of time to spend now. You should use this chance to go out for a walk, stroll, or even travel abroad.”

“I will consider your suggestion!”

Su Li said, but she was mostly indifferent. She asked, “Can you pour me a glass of water?”

“Just a moment.”

Xiao Luo walked to the water dispenser, poured a glass of water and turned back to hand it to her.

Su Li slowly sat up from the sofa and took a sip.

After a moment of silence, she looked up and asked, “Xiao Luo, would you also be angry if it were you?”

Xiao Luo smiled but he didn’t answer directly, “‘If the heart is clear, it doesn’t matter if there’s a storm brewing in the sky.’ Just keep repeating this phrase, it will help adjust your mood.”

“This seems to be Bing Xin.”

“Uh, yes.”

Xiao Luo raised his eyebrows. This was indeed from Bing Xin. Back when he was still working for Huahai Group, he casually searched this up on the internet, and he would chant this whenever he was depressed. It was quite effective.

Su Li actually listened to him and chanted the phrase in her heart, and then drank the water.

“I have something to do. Call Miss Luo and let her take care of you.” Xiao Luo said, he then touched Su Bei’s head and prepared to leave the apartment.

“Xiao Luo, did you hack into the systems of those media news stations and delete the negative news about me?” Su Li suddenly asked.

Xiao Luo paused, turned back, and smiled slightly, “No, I am not so capable.”

He denied it. He felt that it was better to keep a low profile. Those companies had already called the police. Sooner or later, they would ask Su Li for the hacker’s identity, so it was best for her not to know.

Hearing this, Su Li gave a faint sigh and mumbled, “It seems that I really did think too much. How could he be the super hacker…?”

Seeing her bowing her head, Xiao Luo didn’t speak again, and left.

After closing the door of Su Li’s apartment, the smile on his face dissipated instantly. What replaced it instead was freezing coldness. The moment he saw Su Li on the ground unconscious, his anger surged to its pinnacle.

……

……

“The Internet is really wonderful. Let’s see if that smelly woman, Su Li, can survive this one. Haha!”

In a private house, a fat middle-aged man was sitting in front of a tea table while refreshing his microblog. He was wearing a pair of gold-rimmed glasses and a loose jacket.

Sitting across from him was a thin man with sunken eyes, a pointed mouth and monkey-like face. He was the very definition of ‘evil’. Hearing the words spoken by the middle-aged man, he laughed, “Old Jia, how did that Su Li offend you? Why are you so hell bent on her?”

The middle-aged man was actually Jia Zhengyi!

“You didn’t know the dispute between me and a user called ‘3000 Waterinfo’ on Weibo last year?” Jia Zhengyi suddenly raised his voice.

“I know … I mean, who doesn’t know about this in the entertainment industry?”

The thin man continued, “I heard that the user called ‘3,000 Waterinfo’ is the boss of Luo Fang that dominated the baking industry in Jiang City…”

“We’re talking about that smelly woman Su Li right now, why did you suddenly deviate to Jiang City? Anyways, as long as I could use the internet’s momentum to my advantage, I can bring her down and regain my popularity at the same time. That is killing two birds with one stone! That smelly woman could only blame herself for being nosy and butting in between me and ‘3,000 Waterinfo’.

“Because of that interference, all her brain-dead fans came to scold me. They scolded me till it escalated into a cyber war that eventually led me to being banned! If it wasn’t for my savings, I would be already on the streets right now begging for food.” Jia Zhengyi’s mood starter spiral out of control.

“Yes, it makes sense now.” The thin man nodded.

Jia Zhengyi took a quick sip of tea and said, “This boss and that smelly woman now have a life and death relationship. Since the wind and water are turning against her, she fell into this big disaster. I am exceedingly happy to help in making her sink further. This makes my heart ecstatic. I wouldn’t have invited you to tea today if it weren’t for that.”

“Old Jia, are you sure that there is no other reason you invited me here today?” The thin man laughed and caused his eyeballs to almost pop out of their sockets.

“Since you’re already aware, then I will not beat around the bush any further. Indeed, there is something else. I called you here to ask your team to write some negative articles about that smelly woman. I want the public to hate her more and turn this storm even more violent.” At this point, Jia Zhengyi’s eyes had already turned red. He clenched his fist tightly as he said in a voice full of hatred.

The thin man was shocked but he soon composed himself. He smiled lightly, “This is what my team and I are best at. In one day, I will ensure that all apps and social media platforms would be covered by Su Li’s negative articles. But first, since this is business we’re talking about, we have to discuss some things.”

Greed flashed in his eyes.

“Thud~”

Jia Zhengyi took out a heavy envelope and threw it on the table. He then held out five fingers, “There is this much number inside, and this is only the initial. When you actually complete the work, there would be more. What do you think?”

The thin man picked up the envelope, opened it and glanced roughly. He smiled afterward, “Old Jia is indeed rich… Okay, leave this matter to me then.”
