Never Judge

Chapter 486 - 486

Suddenly a slap came down on Jen's face and she turned pale. The normally meek Nicole had just walked up and slapped Jen.

"You bitch!" Nicole shouted. "What kind of creature are you? How dare you! My brother and I defended you, we even let you live in our home when you told us someone was stalking you!"

Jen's expression showed how shocked she was that she had said what she did, clearly even she who had ulterior motives for the serum didn't know it was that effective.

"This bitch doesn't deserve to live." Veronica said as she entered the interrogation room and joined them.

"When did you arrive?" Nicole asked her friend with a smile.

"An hour ago." Veronica said with a shrug. "Miguel told me I would find you guys here."

"Want to hear what other crimes this one has committed?" Nicole asked as she pointed toward Jen.

"I'll listen with Katerina." Veronica said with a shrug as she left the room once more.

Cedric assumed that Veronica had joined the others in the adjoining room to watch through the one way mirror.

"Why did you lie about yours and Selina's relationship?" Alexi asked, it was a question that he knew the answer to but was dying to hear from Jen's lips.

"Because that bitch broke my heart!" Jen shouted. This time Cedric knew that she wasn't telling the truth because of the serum, she was saying it because she wanted to and because she was angry at Selina.

"She never loved you." Alexi told Jen in a cold dismissive tone.

"I loved her!" Jen shouted again. "I gave up my best years for her and she couldn't love me back! I followed her wherever she went, even when that whore kept changing her mind."

"Don't dare talk about her that way." Alexi hissed.

"Why couldn't she just fucking accept me and love me?!" Jen asked. "I was her best friend, I knew every secret, every pain, every dream. I was always there for her and yet she treated me like fucking garbage."

Suddenly the door burst open into the interrogation room and Selina walked in.

"I told you from the very first moment that I didn't see you that way." Selina told Jen in a calm voice. "I told you I only saw you as a friend. As for you following me everywhere, that was your choice. You went to New York with me because your dream school was there, my family paid for all of your expenses, you lived with me without a worry. When I moved I gave you a choice, you could have stayed in New York! My parents bought the apartment for me and I would have let you stay, but you insisted on tagging along."

"I wasted my good years on you!" Jen shouted.

"It was your choice Jen! No one forced you!" Selina shouted back. "Just as it was your choice to trick Alexi, to hurt the Reyes family, and to try to murder Nicole Chan!"

"My love for you was not a choice!" Jen shouted. "God! You don't even know how hot you are." Jen said as she eyed Selina maliciously.

"I pity you Jen." Selina said with a frown. "I pity how hungover you are with the past. Do you even love Aiden?" Selina asked.

"We have a mutual understanding and that's enough." Jen scoffed.

"Selina, you won't get anywhere with her." Cedric said as he placed a hand on Selina's shoulder.

He felt her shoulders drop in submission.

"I just thought, I could maybe knock some sense back into her." Selina said with a frown.

"You tried your best." Alexi said as he wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her to him. "We will move on with our lives and leave her in the past." Alexi said with a nod as he lowered his head and kissed Selina passionately.

"Don't you fucking kiss her!" Jen shouted, clearly possessive and jealous. "When Aiden sets me free I will tie you up Selina and I will have you!"

Jen's statement shocked everyone, but Selina seemed unfazed as she walked over to her former best friend.

"I will never be yours and you will never be free again." Selina said before turning around and walking away.

Alexi beamed with pride as Selina showed her claws.

"We still have some questions for you Jen." Cedric said as he sat across their captive.

Jen glared at Cedric, she clearly did not want to answer any more questions but what choice did she have, the serum would do it's magic and would force her to speak, at least till it's effects wore off.

"What was your involvement in the death of Jam Lobo?" Cedric asked.

"I didn't know his plan till after, I was innocent in all that." Jen said.

Cedric was glad that she was not involved, if she had been involved in Jam's death he didn't know if he could control his anger.

"What was Aiden's plan then?" Cedric asked, he was dying to understand why Aiden would go after the Lobo family. Even his attempted engagement to Amanda Lobo puzzled Cedric.

"Aiden wanted to get to your wife." Jen said. "He knew Adrianna was close to the sisters and the sisters were key to his plan. He wants revenge, and he will get that revenge soon."

"How did he target Aiden?" Cedric asked.

"He told the gunman to shoot whoever stepped out of your favorite car. He wanted to hurt you so that you would walk into his trap, he didn't think that it would drive you deeper into seclusion." Jen told Cedric.

"What is his issue with the Reyes Family, why is he going after us?" Cedric asked Jen.

"Simple, your family funded and helped the people that killed his family, he wants revenge, and he is coming for every single one of you." Jen said proudly with a smile.

"Why didn't you tell him who I really was from the beginning? Why did you wait till the last moment?" Cedric knew that if Jen had told Aiden much earlier he would probably be dead by now.

"Your identity was my insurance, I only told him after I got what I wanted." Jen said as she flashed them a smile.

"And what did you want?" Cedric asked.

"To ruin Selina Ramirez, he accepted my plan since it would drag the Sebastian name into the fray, now no one will believe that Alexi was innocent in all of this." Jen smirked.

"Where is Aiden Ortiz hiding?" Cedric finally asked, hoping that Jen knew.
