"Aw, don't worry. Tsunade likes you, and there is no need to be embarrassed." Monari consoled him.

"SO YOU WERE WATCHING? Monari, I must do something about your bad habits. I guess you should have another baby, Shirajin might be feeling lonely." Shiroken suggested.

She scoffed, "Huh, you think being pregnant will stop me? Nothing can, my brother. Now, let's go and eat some Ramen and dumplings to celebrate your first ever girlfriend."

"I hope you don't tell this to everyone," Shiroken told her in a warning tone.

She shrugged, "Well, I won't, but can't say the same about your lovely saint parents."

"OH YES, I GOTTA DELIVER STUFF!" Chomei once again started rapping and flew away. It was strange how a guy who rapped could also be so innocent.

Most people think that taking over a country is just about fighting and winning more and more land. But most ignore the background things that go around and all the planning that Shiroken has to do.

Behind Shiroken was the entire Nidama clan. Especially for the new countries, Shiroken needs people he can completely trust. For this, the Nidama clan was the best, as it was a closed community with more focus on following Shiroken's ideals.

There was in fact a small department just made to control and administer newly acquired territories. The department was called "International Relations"

"Got it, Lord Raikage." Mabui nodded and stepped back.

It was already known to most knowledgeable people that Shiroken had taken over 3 of the Five Great Shinobi Countries. So it should have been self-explanatory for people to just surrender, yet greed came in that way.

Human life was just another chess piece, they would gladly sacrifice people's lives if it gave them the hope of retaining their wealth, power and authority.
