“Deputy Master! You are back!” two servants who were assigned to keep watch on Su Liancheng heaved a sigh of relief on seeing Murong Yun.
No one liked to shadow somebody 24/7, but they had to do what they were told by the elders.
The two servants almost jumped for joy seeing Murong Yun, they quickly said goodbye to the group and reported to the elders on completion of their task.
Soon the three elders came to the gate only to see Murong Yun holding a young girl’s hand waiting in the yard, the three elders stood gazing at one another — at a loss what to do.
‘Who is this young girl? Why is she holding the Deputy Master’s hand? Deputy Master hates to be around people, how can this girl stand so close to him?’ questions prey on the three elders’ minds.
The First Elder looked Luo Qianqian up and down, he knew this young girl must be a celebrated figure in the Jianghu Underworld from her bearings.
