My Mage System (BL)

588 You should have more faith in your Dad's power

Axel then frowned as he could sense that this time Willow was a little tired after helping this Warrior Spirit and even the golden color of the Runes on her wings were less bright…

He then said to Kevin: “Hang on, Kev, our little princess isn’t telling us everything, and if she wants to be able to continue healing the Warrior Spirits, she’s going to need a bit of help.”

Kevin frowned and looked at the Runes on Willow’s wings that Axel had just observed, and Axel was right, the difference in powers they gave off now that he was paying attention to them was obvious.

He held back from swearing as he realized this: “Willow, sweetie, you told us it was OK, why didn’t you warn us?”

Kevin then looked at Axel and sighed as he said to their daughter: “Sweetheart, it’s normal that we’re worried about you, but you should have more faith in your Dad’s powers, he’s going to help you by sending energy into your Runes, that should be enough for you to be able to wake them both up without it wearing you out unnecessarily, OK?”

Willow then looked at Axel who smiled tenderly at her and said: “Didn’t we already tell you that we’re here to help you and support you in whatever you decide, so if you want to continue to bring these Warrior Spirits out of their coma despite having to break through their powerful protective barriers, let me help you, my little princess.”

The anguish Willow had felt when her daddies had discovered that she was hiding the truth from them because she wanted to continue helping these men, turned into immense joy and she told them as Axel embraced her and Kevin at the same time: “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have kept the truth from the both of you, Dad please help me, it will be quicker if you can help me maintain the power of my Runes.”

Axel kissed her forehead tenderly before saying: “Let me recharge them a little before you do it again and Caleb, Isaac, get ready to intervene this time.

They say a Warrior Spirit is never more dangerous than when he’s unconscious, and Kevin nearly killed me not long after we met by messing with my pressure points, but how come he didn’t try to attack Willow straight away?”

Isaac then told them: “It’s normal, the Warrior Spirits here know that they’re safe, this dimension was created by Miguel and Elias and this place can control our enemies on its own thanks to its powerful chains, but if Willow had to break through his protective barriers to wake him up, it’s normal that his survival instinct eventually kicked in.”

Caleb, who still had his Stage 2 activated, said: “With my aura around them, it’ll be fine, they’ll stay calm, I promise.”

Isaac went to stand next to the still unconscious Warrior Spirits to reassure Kevin and Axel and Axel’s eyes suddenly turned golden and the Runes all over his body began to glow.

He enveloped Willow in his aura of power and Willow’s Runes took advantage of this to absorb his powerful energy and give Willow back all her powers.

The melody of the Phoenix resounded once again in the prison dimension, stronger than before, which reassured Kevin.

He let his daughter go to heal the rest of the Warrior Spirits and Axel made sure that she had all the energy she needed to do so.

Caleb was right and the two Warrior Spirits this time didn’t try anything against Willow and Kevin heaved a sigh of relief when it was finally done.

Once they were awake, Caleb sent a message to Elias and Miguel to tell them that the Warrior Spirits were all safe and sound and Isaac ordered them to go and rest for the rest of the day.

Kevin then asked Isaac: “What Elias said about Nolan’s attack, how long are they going to stay there to absorb black particles?”

Isaac explained: “Miguel and Elias said they’d never seen anything like this before… Nolan’s attack saturated the training dimension with so many black particles that it caused a chain reaction.

The dimension is now filled with black particles and they reproduce far too quickly to be eliminated or absorbed entirely.

It is therefore considered unusable for the time being, because without the help of Miguel and Elias’s combined powers, Atlas, Ian and Jordan would already be dead, devoured by all those black particles.”

Kevin’s eyes widened and he said, not believing his ears: “Incredible, Nolan is really capable of creating such an attack it’s hard to believe.”

Isaac and Caleb nodded to confirm that this was really the truth and Axel then said: “No wonder Nolan’s in a coma, let’s go, I’ve already contacted Ashton and he’s starting to panic.

He’s already given Nolan a second remedy against mental fatigue but Nolan hasn’t woken up yet and he can’t reach Alan or Erik either…”

Kevin hearing this waved to Caleb and Isaac and he said to Axel as he joined them: “Okay, let’s go see what’s going on with them!”

Axel teleported them straight into Ashton and Nolan’s suite as Ashton had asked him to come straight in and Ashton told them straight away: “There’s something wrong with him, he’s getting paler and paler and look!”

Ashton showed them his mark of the Union which had started to turn golden and he said: “It started turning golden just when Axel contacted me, otherwise I would have contacted you before.

I’ve tried to reach Alan and Erik but they’re both not answering my call and I didn’t want to worry Dilan since Axel told me you were coming…”
