Bai Ran changed her clothes silently and moved out of this place that made her feel uncomfortable.

An excruciating pain came from her leg, but when they finally reached the road, Bai Ran heaved a sigh of relief.

She did not know if Chen Chen and Hu Wan had slept together or not, but as she had said, Chen Chen cared so much about Hu Wan. It did not matter if they had slept together or not!

He had not looked for her for so long, and she thought that he had already given up!

Huo Tian knocked on the car window and Bai Ran rolled it down.

"Hi, Miss Bai. I didn't expect to see you downstairs. I just went to your company to look for you. Your staff said you weren't around, so I came straight to your house."

There was an indescribable joy on Huo Tian's face. "We're really fated."

"May I ask why you're in such a hurry to see me, Boss Huo? Is something the matter?" Bai Ran looked at Huo Tian cautiously.

"Miss Bai, don't be nervous. We're old friends, right?" Huo Tian's lips were still curled up as he said casually.

"Can the two of you pay for the ride first? Let me go first. You can chat however you want!" The driver, who had been ignored, slapped the steering wheel twice and shouted at the two of them.

"You didn't pay for the car?" Huo Tian looked at Bai Ran strangely. "So that's why you guys stopped by the roadside and didn't get out?"

The driver sped away, leaving Huo Tian looking at Bai Ran in a daze.

"Ah, I'm really sorry!" When Bai Ran saw that her gaze was off, she quickly let go. She stabilized her body, straightened her clothes, and stood up.

"It's okay. I still hope that this fall will happen a few more times!" Huo Tian said with a smile.

"Boss Huo, you always joke with us juniors!" Bai Ran said politely.. Her words pulled her relationship with Huo Tian apart.
