Monarch of Darkness, Arsene

Chapter 950 Gates To Iluthath III

Thunderous howls crackled over the black skies devouring the light of stars from far away while the False King’s body began to bulge, and while the horns of a stag began to protrude from his skull, the fallen devil vanished.

,m Skimming through the space-time continuum, a saber of utter lightning soared into existence as he appeared right before Asmodeus, baring a foul expression. Balor’s azure blade flashed like a whip over the concept of space; with such force, the sun was slit in half.

Asmodeus had barely had time to block as he arched his sword, managing to parry most of Balor’s attack, but a horrid gash appeared over his ribs, revealing his black bones and an endless fountain of red.

BOOOOOOOOOOM!

A howl of pain echoed, and before anyone could react, Balor attacked again, twisting off his heel. His knee struck asmo in the abdomen while his elbow bashed against the temple, blasting him down to the planet below before Asmo could react. Balor attacked again and stomped over Asmo’s body that had crashed into the earth.

“Trash! Trash! Trash, Trash!” Howled the False King stomping down over and over; the world began to crack. Magma bled from the planet like tears as Balor’s aura only continued to rise.

“Die,” shouted Levi as she materialized like an apparition, flicking her wrist with exceptional speed. I could not even see what had happened, but Balor had only begun to sway back and forth with such a rhythm and speed his body looked like he was only moving as fast as a human.

“Rancid whore. Is that all?” Balor asked, snapping his deadly red eyes to Levi.

“Hmph,” came another voice, appearing like an ethereal beast, Azeroth’s blade curved like a sinful serpent towards Balor, who opened his mouth and bit down the sword of Azeroth, stealing the breath from my lungs. The world had seemed to have almost parted in half as a shock wave of utter transcendence exploded.

“T-t-that’s impossible! Right?!” I stammered out.

Cracking his blade, shards of mettle fractured into thousands as Balor snatched Azeroth by the head, bellowing in laughter, ” As for you, Dreamer! Die!”

Hands glowing, a sigil suddenly fixed itself to the skies, as from the Heavens, Baphomet appeared, gripping the Scepter of the Demonic Mother.

“Cataclysm of Sin”

Blinding scarlet light spit the Heaven and Earth with a cold ethereal judgment that forced me to narrow my eyes as blood bled from my eyes.

“Weak little rats,” Balor crackled from the center of the pillar of scarlet light. “What is this? Do you call this a spell? I am GOD, BOY!” Howled the King, shattering the spell into embers that glisten like mini stars.

Still gripping Azeroth by the head, Balor’s hands only continue to brighten.

“Don’t do it!” Said Levi,” Stop this, Balor!”

“Let me show you the power of a true king! THE POWER OF A GOD!” He howled, dismissing his lightning sword; his free hand flashed to Azeroth as he tore his head off. Blood splattered over Balor’s cheeks while he gripped the head of Azeroth, still connecting to his spine. “THIS IS POWER”

“This is true power lowly forth beings. ”

“BROTHER!!”

Bathe in the blood of Azeroth, Balor’s demonic skin glowed, crackling a foreboding power as he snorted, dropping the remains like filth. He spat over the corpse and snorted, giving Asmodeus another stomp over the skull, putting him back down on the ground.

“Still yourself, insect. How I loath the fact you demons and devils, believe yourself to be Kings. You are servants, stains of shit, that only had the right to exist because we allowed it… because I allowed it. ” Balor said, chuckling, setting his eyes over the icy grimace of Levi and Baphomet.

“Death is too good a punishment for you,” Baphomet spat with venom, his glowing red eyes bleeding a type of sorrow a demon shouldn’t have.

“Zantar,” called the King.

“My lord.” He responded, flashing to one knee.

“Set up the cage. I wouldn’t want anyone to flee,’ Balor said, snapping his eyes to the other Paragons who were just smiling.

“Azeroth.” I softly asked, “Will he make an appearance? Balor called him the Dreamer. He knows, doesn’t he?” .

“I’ve no idea. That one is an anomaly. There’s no trying to understand that type of madness.” Lucifer whispered, “But he’s an Eternal, so he might just show. I can already feel other forces heading toward us. The Great Ones might make an appearance.”

“And Yu Jing? Where is she?” I coldly inquired, clenching my jaw shut, studying the appearance and power of Balor.

“Haven’t you heard? She’s dead.”

I snorted, refocusing on the battle ahead.

Poise and with slight smiles on their faces, the other Sovereigns just stood idle without care as a slender bird cage of black necrotic energy poured from the skies caging the world around me.

Perplex, I glanced at the vein of energy Lilith wielded and noticed her waning aura as time began to progress. Her body would not last that long. The same was said for the others.

“AAAAAH~” Snapping my focus back to the battle, Levi gave a long howl as silver scales began to congeal over her skin, her blue eyes took on a silvery light, as her aura began to rise higher and higher, till the very abyss began to attune itself to her.

“Ah, yes, this is it! The Abyss Walker, Leviathan. The aberration of Abyss and Devil.” Balor remarked, his tone taking on a slightly more respectful manner. “Come. Let us see if you can save your husband.”

“Cover me,” I heard Levi say to Baphomet as she danced towards Balor, flickering like a ghost; the void rippled as her blade clashed against Balor’s arm.

“The only devil born outside the Nines! Show me your power! SHOW ME!”

BOOOOOOOOOM!

Flickers of light flashed, splintering the land, leaving only ash alongside waves of magma billowing like wind through the air.

Suddenly a semi-circle ark of Azure light burning a great force swarmed the skies; as hundreds of sigils flashed and erupted after the arc of light, like a hundred stars, were going off one by one, Lucifer, alongside the other fallen, began cloaking our bodies.

“ASMO!!’ Squealed Levi clashing with iciness against the false King.

“I’m here,” The Lord of the Nines uttered, crawling out of the hole below, a missing horn and an eye on the right of his face gone.

“Heed my call, True Lord of the Nines, Lucifer.”
