"Does that mean you are willing to reciprocate my love?" Jackson asked nervously. With the way, he was acting Jasmine knew that his sadness or happiness relies on her answer.
"Did you try everything to earn my permission to court me just so I could become your best friend?" Jasmine asked as she pulled his cheeks playfully.
"Of course not. I would love to be your best friend, brother, lover, husband and your most trusted person but definitely not merely a best friend. I want more than that," Jackson said with a smile on his face.
"You are a nice guy and you can be super naughty sometimes. You teased me, make me upset sometimes but only to make me smile. I think no other lady would be able to handle you except me. And the same way no other man would be able to handle me better than you do so I will try to give in to what you want," Jasmine said as she maintained her smile.
"And what is it do you think I want?" Jackson asked as he pulled even closer to her so that it was only a tiny space separating them.
"Giving you my heart and my body, isn't that your wish or did I guess it wrong?" Jasmine said as she stare into his eyes passionately.
Each time she recalls the past incident, she always felt so hurt to the point that she might suffocate sometimes because of the pain. And she felt hurt earlier when she revealed the truth to Jackson. But surprisingly she did not feel as hurt as she had thought she would.
In fact, right now, she feels peace from within instead of pain. She did not know the reason she feels this way but despite this, she loves the feeling.
"Your body can wait for later but what I want most is your heart, will you give that to me?" Jackson asked as he raised his hand and caress her face.
"You have already given me your heart so I want your body," Jasmine said as she kissed him only to pull away.
"Then it's all yours so why did you stop?" Jackson asked as he kissed her passionately. He kissed her deeply until she melted under his touch.
"Let's make love hmm?" Jasmine blurted out after Jackson pulled away. Jackson chuckled when he saw the burning desire in her eyes.
"Stop tempting me or I might lose it," Jackson said as he tried to stand up but Jasmine held his hand and pulled him back on the couch.
"I am serious this time around so where do you think you are running to?" Jasmine asked as she wrapped her hands around his neck and kissed him intimately.

Jackson said as he let her have her way. He let her take the lead. Seeing her begin pulling off his clothes Jackson abruptly pulled away.
"I love you but seriously no sex yet ok," Jackson said as he hurriedly stood up and walk some distance away before she could pin him down.
"Hey, how dare you refuse me after getting me all excited? You must take responsibility for making me so heated up," Jasmine said as she stood up.
"I promise to grant your wish only if you can catch me within five minutes. I will give you the most steamy sex ever and we will do it for as long as you want if only you can catch me within the specified time," Jackson said as he quickly moved further away from her.
"That is quite easy. Let me show you how good of a runner I am today," Jasmine said as she immediately pulled her shoes. She began pursuing Jackson afterwards. As they run around the entire house, their sweet laughter echoed in the house.
Jackson's method of cheering her up and making her forget the jerk she met earlier worked perfectly.
He drove her back home when it was getting pretty late. For the next five days, Nicholas kept stalking Jasmine and the smart Jasmine always found a way not to bump into him.
Tonight just to avoid coming in contact with him, Jasmine stayed in the office late. And the most unfortunate thing was that Jasmine forced Catherine to go back home early.
In the parking lounge, walking towards the direction she kept her car Jasmine kept looking around to make sure that she was not being followed by anyone.
She had reached the car and only for her to open the car and enter it, she felt the presence of someone at her back. Because of the shock, she completely forgot that her car's door could serve as a mirror.
"Damn it! You startled me," Jasmine on turning around to see that it was the annoying Nicholas said as she placed her hand on her throbbing chest.
"You have been avoiding me for days so I had no choice but to wait for you. I knew you would have been very cautious if you knew that I was around that is why I hid at the back of your car," Nicholas said, his gaze focus on the beautiful lady's face.
He gulped hard when his gaze landed on her rosy lips which keeps moving. His eyes widened when they landed on her slightly exposed breasts.
"I don't have anything to do with you so why would you wait for me? It's not my cup of tea if you wait here for a year," Jasmine said as she made to move to her right-hand side since they were standing too close because of the limited space. She was surprised when Nicholas closed the gap between them.
