Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

Seeing that he wasn't reacting, she raised her gaze to stare into his eyes. And at that very instant she got entrapped by his passionate gaze. Her gaze moved from his eyes to his well-sculptured nose. It continued moving downwards but it stopped exactly at his natural pink lips.

Wow! Just take a look at these soft pink lips that looks like he had just finished eating the sweetest candy in the world. They look so delicious and tempting. It makes me want to have a bit of it.

Jasmine lost in her fantasy thought not taking her eyes off his seductive lips.

After staring at her sexy lips for close to two minutes, Jackson could no longer resist the urge any more so he kissed her.

At first, she did not respond and this is maybe because she was taken aback by the sudden kiss but she couldn't remain unfazed again after Jackson pried his warm tongue into her mouth.

Jasmine pulled closer and wrapped her hands around his neck for a deeper kiss. She kissed him passionately.

They were too engrossed in their little acts to know when everyone except Jane entered the room.

"Wow! So sweet and erotic," Evelyn blurted loudly. Jasmine who heard her words abruptly pulled away when she realised that they were third parties there. She arranged her hair and quickly put on a composed expression as nothing happened.

"You both didn't have to stop because of us. We are all adults so we are used to seeing this," Evelyn said when she realised what her words had caused.

"I will get some fresh air outside," Jasmine said not sparing the others a glance. She was too eager to leave to pay attention to their questioning gazes.

"Let me go with you...,"

"Don't follow me," Jasmine did not even wait for Jackson to complete his sentence before she interrupted him sharply. Jackson who was about to stand up sit back properly on the couch.

"It's very rare to see Jasmine embarrassed. I wonder what is wrong with her," Evelyn muttered staring at the entrance after Jasmine has left.

"You guys wait here while I check up on her," Elizabeth said before she stood up and left the room.

After the two ladies left, no one uttered a word for almost two minutes.

"JK, you and sister-in-law's relationship seems to have improved immensely, how did you do it? Did you put honey in your mouth and spoke to her which is why she is treating you so sweetly," Jeff broke off the awkward silence in a humorous manner.

"I confessed that I was in love with her yesterday but she didn't give me a response...,"

"You confessed to Jasmine?" Catherine yelled to the surprise of everyone. Only Alfred did not look very astounded to see her react this way.

"Yes, but with the way she is hesitating to give me a reply, I have this feeling that I am going to get rejected," Jackson said his once happy expression turned gloomy.

"Catherine, you reacted overboard with Jack's revelation earlier. Is there a reason why you acted like that?" Evelyn quickly changed the topic when she saw Jackson's sad expression.

"Nothing," Catherine lied without batting an eyelid.

"If you thought that Jasmine will confess that she likes you just because you confessed to your feelings then you are very wrong. My best friend is not that easy to woo. It takes more than gifts or flowers to make her fall in love with you...,"

"If those won't work then what will work? You are best friends so I am sure you know her more than we do. We will really appreciate it if you help Jack with winning Jasmine's heart," Steve said seriously.

"I will help him but only if he can make Chairman Avans cancel Jasmine's engagement to Kai," Catherine said firmly.

"Why is that important...,"

"Because that is one of the major factors she will never fall in love with you. She loathes people who cheat in relationships. She will never want to cheat on Kai even though their relationship is arranged," Catherine explained in a calm tone.

"The first step to making Jasmine fall in love with you is having a great understanding of her, her world and personality and it seems like you have successfully done that. The next step is...," Alfred who always preferred to stay quiet trail. The way all of them stared at him keenly, waiting for his next words made him smiled inwardly.

"The next step is making her break that huge wall separating her and every man in this world. Taking care of father is not a big problem but the huge work lies whether or not you can make her accept her feelings for you," Alfred concluded coolly. He was stunned when Jeff began clapping while staring at him.

"Wow, that was short but very informative. How about you join our team too. I am sure with you on our team, JK won't have a hard time winning sister-in-law over," Jeff quickly proposed not wanting to miss this opportunity. Everyone eagerly waited for what his reply will be.

"Sorry guys but I am on my wife's side. Whatever side or team she picks is where I will stay," Alfred crushed their hopes with just these two short sentences.

Anyways he never said he won't help me so that means there is still hope.

Jackson thought, trying to be optimistic.

Meanwhile, while on the rooftop, Jasmine stood there cupping her face.

"Gosh! What the hell is happening to me? Why has it become very difficult for me to control myself around Ice Prince?" Jasmine thought aloud as she continued cupping her face.

Why do I always become so weak and helpless each time he comes very close to me. What are these foreign feelings that I am feeling for him?

Jasmine thought as she stare down at the front of the hospital in which an ambulance has just driven in.

"Will I stop feeling this way if I keep a distance from him?" Jasmine mumbled to herself like a crazy woman.

"But how will I accomplished this when he is always around me every single day. Be it on the vacation or back home. I seem to have gotten very accustomed to having him around me, will I be able to stay a day without seeing him?" Jasmine was too focused on trying to solve her problem to notice the lady who just arrived on the rooftop.
