"You are more shameless than I had thought. I agree that I can never beat your shamelessness," Jasmine accepted defeat. She laid afterwards with her back facing him.

"It's good that you know," Jackson grinned wickedly as he went to dry his hair and also dress up in his pyjamas.

After Jackson was done, he went to lay on the couch.

"You are taking care of me so you can sleep on the bed with me. The bed is big enough to contain two people," Jasmine on turning around and seeing him lay on the couch said in a calm tone.

"Are you sure? As you know, it is considered inappropriate for a single man and woman to lay on the same bed," Jackson who just sat up said seriously.

"We are just gonna share the same bed but not have sex together so why do you have so much to say?....,"

"I am afraid you will get mad at me just like you did that night in the car. I don't want to ever see you angry with me in the way you did ever again," Jackson said emotionally on recalling how furious Jasmine was that night.

"What the heck are you saying? I was indeed angry at you that night because of the intimacy we had but that was not the only reason I was angry with you....,"

"Then what was the problem?" Jackson asked seriously as he stood up and approach the bed.

"I was angry because I thought you confessed that you love me due to the little intimacy we had. I was also mad because you had a fiance whom I thought you loved very much. Not only was I upset with you but I was also furious at myself because I let myself get to that extent with you...,"

"But I repeatedly told you that she was not my fiance so why didn't you believe me...,"

"Because I thought you were joking. I thought you repeatedly denied her being your fiance because you were angry at her. And also I have told you my other reasons for saying treating you that way. Despite that I don't love Kai, he is still my fiancee. At that moment I hated myself because I felt like I was cheating on him...,"

"I am sorry for making you feel that way. Although I love you I should have thought about your feelings back then," Jackson said as he sat beside her.

"What happened back then is not entirely your fault, I was partly responsible for that so there is no need to feel bad about what happened," Jasmine said as she forced on a smile. After she finished talking none of them said a word.

"Jasmine so what is your response to my previous confession?" Jackson asked as he focused all his attention on her beautiful face.

"Don't you feel sleepy? I don't know why but I suddenly feel very sleepy. I will sleep now," Jasmine said while avoiding his eyes. She adjusted herself on the bed before she lay down on the huge bed.

Jackson merely watched her use the excuse of feeling sleepy to evade his question.

"Ok, sleep now. I will bring your bedsheets," Jackson said as he stood up and went to get the sheets from where Catherine kept them. The moment he walked away, Jasmine who pretended to be fast asleep turned to stare at him.

Ice Prince, I never meant to hurt you. Although I don't know whether your feelings for me are genuine the truth is I have long forgotten how it feels to love and be Ioved. I am sorry that you had to choose to love me out of the thousands of ladies who are ready to fall at your feet.

Jasmine thought sadly before she quickly turn her back at me. Jackson came back a few minutes later with the bedsheets and covered her with them. He sat on the bed and stare at her sleeping face for a few minutes before he laid down beside her and slowly he fell asleep.

In the morning, the doctor and nurses came to check up on Jasmine and when they entered the room, instead of one person they met a man and woman cuddling themselves. One of the nurses wanted to wake them up but the doctor quickly stopped her.

"Let's go. We will come back later to check up on her condition," The young guy who was in charge of taking care of Jasmine said as he turned to leave. The female nurse who seems to have a crush on Jackson reluctantly turned around to follow them out of the room.

Jackson and Jasmine were lost in the dreamland to realise that early morning has reached.

They slept until the others arrived. Jeffrey's eyes widened on entering the hospital room and met two figures cuddling each other intimately.

"OMG!" Jeff remarked before Evelyn standing beside him could cover his mouth.

"What a big mouth you are," Evelyn said as she quickly unlock her cellphone and took pictures of them before they could change their sleeping position.

"What a perfect picture!" Evelyn remarked smiling radiantly as she stare at the picture she just captured. Elizabeth and Alfred who were behind earlier were surprised also when they met Jackson and Jasmine in the position others did.

"I never knew they were this close," Elizabeth muttered.

"Jack!" A lady's angry voice filled the room. Everyone frowned on hearing the lady's familiar voice. Her loud voice woke the two sleeping figures up. Without even waiting for Jasmine's eyes to get familiar with her environment Jane stepped forward.

"What the heck do you think you are doing Jasmine? How could you seduce him into bed? As a high-class lady brought up in a reputable family have you got no shame? Is sleeping around with men your hobby...,"

"Watch your tongue, Miss Allen," Elizabeth interrupted her sharply.
