Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

"Yeah, I can see the determination in your eyes. That lady you are in love with is in so much trouble. I pity her," Jasmine said not knowing that she was talking about herself.

"Yeah, she is indeed in trouble for bewitching and stealing my bewitched heart away," Jackson exclaimed staring at her glowing face.

"So are you coming? I would love you to come...,"

"I meant the guys really want you to come. Jeff who is dying to see his new lover will cut off my head if I fail to convince you," Jackson said not feeling any sense of guilt that he was using Jeff's name for his gain.

"I have a very important meeting at the time of the party so I don't know whether I would be able to make it," Jasmine said to the displeasure of Jackson whose expression immediately turned gloomy. Jasmine was too carefree to notice the drastic change in his temperament.

"Jackson, come let's go so I can go prepare for tomorrow's meeting before I go to bed," Jasmine said standing up with her blue handbag and bouquet in her hands.

The unhappy Jackson reluctantly stood up and follow her. When they reached the counter, he paid the bill while she waited for him at a corner. After he was done they walked to where their car was parked.

On reaching their car, Jackson offered to drop her at her home but Jasmine standing beside her car rejected the idea. She insisted on going in her car instead.

"The date was amazing. I had a lot of fun because of you. I wish you success in your proposal," Jasmine said as she hugged him. She did not care whether her pictures were being taken by her father's men or the paparazzi.

"I also had a fabulous time. This was only possible because of your presence and I was only able to do an awesome job with the arrangement of the date because you are a fantastic teacher," Jackson said refusing to let go of her. He wished time could stop at this moment where his happiness was at the fullest.

He reluctantly unwrapped his hand from her body when she tapped him.

"Goodbye, dream about the person you love the most," Jasmine said before she entered her car. Jackson did not wish her the same thing because he knew that the person she loves the most wasn't him.

Jackson only entered his car and drove off after her car was out of sight.

The night for the both of them was amazing. Jasmine after taking her bath sleep off without going through her work like she told Jackson.

Jackson also went to bed with a broad smile on his handsome face. He woke up the next day feeling so recharged.

For the first time in so many years, he ate breakfast to the shock of all his maids. The way he smiled while eating the food stunned them. After he left, the chef wanted to claim credit for the reason Jackson ate the food he usually rejected but all the maids shut him up before he could blabber more.

With the right team overseeing the decorations and arrangements of everything in the venue of the party, Jackson did not have a course to worry about. The only thing which disturbed him was the reply Jasmine gave him the previous night. Before he left for the party that day, he made a little wish that she will come to the party.

Arriving at the vast hall serving as the venue of the party, Jackson wasn't surprised to see that the hall was almost full.

A lady standing far away talking to a middle-aged lady on sighting Jackson entering the hall abandoned the middle-aged woman and hurried to meet Jackson.

She was worried you were gonna abandoned such a big event for your employees but thank goodness you are here," Jane wearing a green long dinner gown which was fitted from the breast side down to the knee said as she wrapped her hand around his right arm when she saw reporters taking pictures of them. Jackson was too busy scrutinising the entire hall for any sign of her to realise what the lady holding onto him was up to.

It was when people begin talking while staring at them that Jackson lowered his gaze to stare at his hand. He quickly wriggles his hand out of her firm grip under the watchful eyes of everyone. Because he didn't violently do this, the onlookers did not see anything wrong. Jane quickly turned to stand in front of him when she saw that he wanted to avoid her.

"You look dazzling in this red suit. Your handsomeness is something I can't describe with words. So many ladies hearts will be left heartbroken when they learned later that you are taken already," Jane said as she lifts her hand and pretended as though she wanted to fix his bow tie. Reporters scramble to capture this epic moment.

"Yeah, I am not available in this lifetime. My heart has been entrapped by the beauty of her smile. I am a slave to her in this lifetime. She is my only master and the master of my heart," Jackson said lost in thought. His mind went back to the first time he set his eyes on Jasmine.

That day he had gone to the club for a meeting. On the ground floor, he had met an acquaintance before he could find his way to his booked room so he decided to talk with this acquaintance of his.
