Miss Cousin is Always Busy

Chapter 164

Chapter 164

Little Fairy was having a lot of fun arguing with people on the internet. She didn’t need to eat, sleep, or even use the toilet, so she could remain online 24/7. Moreover, she could operate numerous accounts simultaneously.

Apart from arguing with haters, Little Fairy had also established a fan group and became the head of Jun Zishu’s fans in no time.

The user Has Jun Ling Quit Yet was Jun Zishu’s number one hater. Every comment he left on Jun Zishu’s Weibo page carried malicious intent. Moreover, his comments weren’t just simple curses but a variety of mockery that didn’t contain any dirty words. Meanwhile, this person was also Little Fairy’s main target of retaliation.

While Jun Zishu was browsing Weibo, Little Fairy was fighting. While Jun Zishu was sleeping, Little Fairy was fighting. When Jun Zishu woke up, Little Fairy was still fighting.

[Host! It’s so infuriating! That hater is so persistent! I suspect that there isn’t just one person behind this account, but several people instead!]

Have you two been arguing all night long?

[Yes! We’ve been going at it all night!]

From private messages to Jun Zishu’s public page, Little Fairy had been arguing and clashing against Jun Zishu’s number one hater all night long. Meanwhile, the more she fought, the stronger she became.

Don’t overexert yourself.

[That won’t happen! I have a library of languages backing me! I know everything from astronomy to geography. I even know ancient and modern scriptures!

Jun Zishu could feel Little Fairy’s fighting spirit through her mind, and she silently cheered her little companion on.

“The director has contacted me saying that he has modified the script and sent a copy to Coco already, so we can start filming whenever we want. However, before we start filming, the director wants to see your performance first,” Yu Fanshu said.

“He’s being so cooperative?”

“That’s right. We’ve already signed the contract, and Brilliance will be funding the film. Since they no longer lack funds or actors, they can naturally start filming immediately.”

Around noon, Coco delivered the script over to Yu Fanshu’s house.

After comparing the first and second versions of the script, Coco felt more satisfied with the second version. If Yu Fanshu was using the film as a means to bolster Jun Zishu’s career, the second version would make Jun Zishu stand out a lot more. In addition, the conflicts in the film had become more intense, and some scenes were also modified drastically.

“Give me a notice when you want to start filming. It shouldn’t be any time soon, right? If you’re not in a hurry, I found an endorsement for you two.”

“The same endorsement for both of us?” Yu Fanshu asked with interest.

“Of course not. The one I found for Jun Ling is for a cookware brand. Yours is for a luxury perfume,” Coco said to Yu Fanshu.

However, when Yu Fanshu heard Coco’s words, her interest quickly vanished since she wasn’t particularly interested in doing any celebrity endorsements. After all, she wasn’t lacking in money or fame. She would rather spend her time researching her script.

“Please don’t refuse it, I beg of you,” Coco hurriedly said when she saw Yu Fanshu trying to refuse the work. Yu Fanshu was the only artist she had ever managed that she needed to beg to accept an advertisement job. If she wasn’t concerned about her livelihood, she would even abduct Yu Fanshu to the shooting venue.

“Do you dislike endorsing products, Teacher?” Jun Zishu curiously asked.

“I just think it is unnecessary,” Yu Fanshu answered. She neither disliked doing advertisement work nor hated it. She simply felt that it was a waste of time.

“I’ll do the endorsement if I can bring her with me,” Yu Fanshu said as she pointed at Jun Zishu. Since it was an advertising job Coco had found for her, the hiring brand must have a good reputation and great influence over its industry. So, it’d do a lot of good for Jun Zishu if she could bring Jun Zishu with her.

“Must you two be so clingy every day?” Coco asked out of frustration. She felt that Yu Fanshu and Jun Zishu were practically glued to each other at this point.

Not only did they behave like this when filming the variety show, but they also behaved similarly after returning home. They would live together, eat together, and go outside together. At this point, they behaved no differently from Siamese twins. It was simply frustrating to see them behave like this.

Coco was aware that Yu Fanshu was earnestly trying to produce Jun Zishu. Even so, was there a need to go this far? Who would ask to bring someone with them on an advertisement job? Yu Fanshu was behaving more like a mother than an actual mother.

“She is my girlfriend, so, of course, I have to be with her every day,” Yu Fanshu said as if it were a matter of course.

However, upon hearing Yu Fanshu’s words, Coco and Chenzi were both dumbfounded instantly, their jaws dropping as far as they could go.

Chenzi was especially surprised by this revelation. Although she had secretly supported the Twins ship before, she never thought it would actually come true. Should she set off some fireworks to celebrate?

The two were coming out of the closet, just like that???

Jun Zishu, on the other hand, reacted calmly to the revelation. She simply nodded to indicate that her relationship with Yu Fanshu was real.

“You’re not joking with me, right? Don’t tell me you got too into your roles after attending the variety show?”

“I never joke about such matters.”

“You two…”

Coco suddenly felt her head throbbing. Through her experience, she knew that artists in a relationship would typically lose interest in their work, so she would usually work to prevent that from happening as soon as she noticed signs of a budding relationship. However, she really did not expect these two people to get together so quickly.

Yet, for some inexplicable reason, Coco didn’t find it strange that these two people had ended up together. It also explained why Yu Fanshu was so intent on tying Jun Zishu to herself. Everything made sense when she looked at things from the perspective of Yu Fanshu trying to spoil her lover.

“I am only staying in this circle for two reasons right now, Coco. One is because I like it, and the other is because of her. I will leave when I stop feeling happy here; I hope you understand this. I am not behaving this way because I am not a career-oriented person,” Yu Fanshu explained earnestly.

“I understand. I’ll go and negotiate with the other party. If they agree, then good. If not, we’ll forget about it,” Coco said with a sigh.

“Okay, thank you,” Yu Fanshu said, smiling.

Afterward, Coco picked up her bag and left. Before walking out of the door, though, she looked back and sent Jun Zishu a glance.

Jun Zishu knew what Coco was thinking about, so she responded with a smile.

While Jun Zishu knew that Coco was concerned about her, she didn’t think the other party would come and find her so quickly.

A few hours after Coco left Yu Fanshu’s house, she messaged Jun Zishu, saying that she would be taking her to film the cookware endorsement.

Yu Fanshu wanted to follow along, but Jun Zishu rejected her offer.

“I can wait for you in the car,” Yu Fanshu said.

“No need. Just wait for me at home. We’ll look at the script together once I come back,” Jun Zishu said. She knew that Yu Fanshu had already fallen for her, so she didn’t express any displeasure toward Yu Fanshu’s desire to cling to her. She simply expressed her wishes to Yu Fanshu calmly.

“Okay.”

,,,

When Jun Zishu got into the nanny van, Coco’s expression tightened.

“When did you two get together?”

“A few days ago.”

“Yu Fanshu may look like an intelligent person, but she can also be very innocent at times because she lacks interaction with people. Her body isn’t in good shape, and she is also very kind… Do you get what I am trying to say, Jun Ling?” Coco asked in a grim tone.

“I understand, Big Sis Coco. You don’t have to be so anxious. I am not dating Miss Yu with any ulterior motives in mind. I am aware of how well Miss Yu is treating me. I won’t deny that I only have what I have right now because of Miss Yu. It is also thanks to Miss Yu agreeing to do the variety show that I got the opportunity to take the first step in my reversal,” Jun Zishu said without trying to avoid Coco’s stern gaze. “I also like Miss Yu very much. To me, not only is she my lover, but she is also my friend, benefactor, and teacher. I will remain with her forever, and I will never do anything to make her sad.”

Jun Zishu never thought that there would come a day where she had to say such words to prove herself. However, she didn’t find the experience bad, either. Every word she said also came from her heart.

“I won’t let you off the hook if you betray her,” Coco said.

The Yu family won’t spare me, either, Jun Zishu thought. Then, she smiled and said, “I know.”

Jun Zishu came to this world because of Yan Jue. So long as she managed to sever Yan Jue’s yearning for Yu Fanshu and stopped him from finding any more Yu Fanshu substitutes, she would win.

Jun Zishu was also serious when she chose to get into a relationship with Yu Fanshu. Yu Fanshu gave her a very comfortable feeling. Jun Zishu felt that Yu Fanshu was an exceptionally wonderful person and that it was her fortune to meet Yu Fanshu.

Jun Zishu received the advertisement’s script when she arrived at the film set.

The advertisement’s script was simple. All she needed to do was pretend to cook a dish. There wasn’t even a need to have food inside the wok she used. Everything would be edited in later on. Her main job was to introduce the kitchen hood’s functionality, click a few buttons, and read a few lines.

This was not a difficult task for Jun Zishu. After changing her clothes, she walked into the film studio.

Meanwhile, Coco stood outside the studio watching, having already mentally prepared herself to see the director lose his mind because of Jun Zishu. After all, everyone was aware of Jun Zishu’s acting standards.

Fortunately, this was only an advertisement. So long as Jun Zishu managed to get a few good shots in, the production crew could piece the bits together with editing magic later on. Thus, Jun Zishu didn’t need profound acting skills to finish her job here quickly.

However, Jun Zishu had surpassed everyone’s expectations as she ended up completing the recording session in less than two hours. Not once did the director stop the recording because of Jun Zishu’s mistake throughout this period.

As expected of someone Fanshu chose… Jun Ling, you’ll definitely become more and more famous in the future, Coco thought when the recording session ended. Although Jun Zishu couldn’t show any profound acting skills since this was only a simple advertisement shoot, the difference between her past acting skills and current acting skills was like night and day.

At this point, Coco realized that Yu Fanshu’s insight was accurate, and Jun Zishu was a diamond in the rough. Meanwhile, after undergoing some training, Jun Zishu had already shaved off her rocky exterior and revealed the precious gemstone underneath. Once she received further polishing and shaping, she could undoubtedly shine brightly in the future.

When Jun Zishu returned to the van and got ready to go home, Little Fairy’s proud voice appeared in her mind.

[Host! I knocked that number one hater of yours out of the ring! I’ve remembered his IP. If he dares try to badmouth you again, I’ll make sure he regrets it thoroughly! Anyway, I’m going back to fight!]

Okay. Keep up the good work. By the way, how many sub-accounts do you have right now?

[Not that many, honestly. Besides the Support Association Leader account that you officially verified, I am also your Chief Braindead Fan, Chief Sensible Fan, Deputy Chief Ship Fan, Fan Webpage Webmaster, and Deputy Chief Tiebamaster. Aside from these important ones, I also have several thousand normal fan accounts.]

Despite speaking in a modest tone, Little Fairy’s words were practically oozing with pride. After all, now that she finally got the opportunity to show off her skills, she naturally had to display her worth.

If Little Fairy materialized herself right now, Jun Zishu would definitely give her cute little system a good rubbing of the cheeks.

Of course, Jun Zishu didn’t forget that she needed to return the money she borrowed from Yan Jue. Although she had three years to pay off her debt, she didn’t plan on paying it back in installments to constantly remind Yan Jue of her existence. Instead, she planned to pay back her debt in one lump sum.

Meanwhile, after returning home and researching her movie script with Yu Fanshu, Jun Zishu made her way to the director’s side to show him her abilities.

After the script was modified, the younger twin sister, Minxi, had become Chaofeng’s little sister two years her junior.

In the early phases of the story, Princess Minxi was a naive and lovely young lady who clung closely to her elder sister. Afterward, though, jealousy twisted her personality. Meanwhile, this drastic transformation in personality tested the actor’s acting skills greatly.

“Don’t be nervous. I’ll be inside acting with you,” Yu Fanshu said.

“Mhm, I’m not nervous,” Jun Zishu said.

It was indeed true that she wasn’t nervous.
