Miss Cousin is Always Busy

Chapter 158

Chapter 158

Jun Zishu happily rubbed the back of her head against Yu Fanshu’s breasts as they watched the video together.

“What did you feel when you learned that you would be attending this show?”

“Money really does fall from the sky, and it just so happened to have landed right on me.”

Jun Zishu’s expression in the video was earnest, and Yu Fanshu couldn’t help but pinch Jun Zishu’s waist as she asked, “Were you that happy?”

“Of course.”

The interview continued in the video.

“What is your impression of the Film Empress?”

“Miss Yu is a very, very good person.”

“Lastly, do you have anything you want to say to the Film Empress’s fans or your fans?”

“My little darlings who have supported me all this time, I think your patience will finally start to pay off. Little Stars, I will take good care of your precious. Will I get beaten if this segment gets broadcast?”

“Hahahaha, my attitude really was arrogant back then.”

Jun Zishu couldn’t help but laugh when she heard what she said in the interview.

“Don’t worry. If anybody bullies you, I will bully them back,” Yu Fanshu said, an amused smile forming on her face as she squeezed Jun Zishu’s slim waist.

“I can fight back myself,” Jun Zishu said pridefully. Then, she twisted her body a little as she complained, “It tickles.”

“Are you ticklish?”

“Hahahaha! Stop tickling me! I still want to watch the video!” Jun Zishu said while laughing and squirming in Yu Fanshu’s embrace. Although she tried to worm her way out, Yu Fanshu held onto her waist tightly, refusing to let her go.

“Alright, I’ll stop fooling around,” Yu Fanshu said as she removed her hands and watched as Jun Zishu panted for air.

After all that laughing, Jun Zishu’s face was flushed, and her eyes were watery, her appearance causing Yu Fanshus’ heart to skip a beat.

After some time passed, Yu Fanshu’s interview finally came up, so Jun Zishu hurriedly held up her phone to watch it. The TV crew was very cunning. They had positioned her interview first and Yu Fanshu’s interview last, holding her in suspense.

“Miss Yu, how do you feel about participating in a variety show for the first time?”

“I’m looking forward to it.”

“Your partner this time is Jun Ling, someone who’s been regarded as Little Yu Fanshu since she debuted. What is your opinion of her?”

“After interacting with Jun Ling, I think she is a very good girl.”

“You two look somewhat alike. Would dating her give you the feeling that you are dating a mirror?”

“Actually, she and I aren’t very similar. I think that everyone will gradually notice the difference between us in the future.”

“Do you have anything you want to say to your and Jun Ling’s fans?”

“I am back, My Little Stars. Thank you for waiting for me all this time. As for Jun Ling’s fans, well, all I have to say is that I will take care of your little cutie.”

The video ended, and Yu Fanshu’s smile displayed in the ending image looked serene.

“You think I am a little cutie, Fanshu?”

“You’re not just my little cutie, but also my little precious,” Yu Fanshu said, her hands subconsciously teasing and touching the person in her embrace.

“What a charmer you are.”

“Sweet-talking to your girlfriend is a basic technique in dating.”

“You are also my precious, then.”

After saying so, Jun Zishu couldn’t help but feel happy and mushy inside.

Was this what it felt like to earnestly be in a relationship with someone?

Afterward, Jun Zishu clicked open the comment section and checked out netizens’ reactions to the interview.

Plentiful Little Stars: Jun Ling is provoking us! Curse! You! Woman! Fanshu is ours! Jealousy makes my face distort QWQ

Look, It’s Fanshu: Jealousy makes me bang my head against the wall.

Walnut Lulu: Jealousy makes me explode on the spot.

Twins Supporter: More sweets please!!! I have a feeling that a truckload of sweets will be coming soon! Let us all die from diabetes!!!

Fanshu’s Protector: Honestly, when I heard Fanshu saying, “I am back,” I nearly broke down into tears. I used to think that she would never return, and I silently prayed every day that she could recover. I’m so happy now that my prayers have come true!

Little Angel Jun Ling: Hahahaha! My Jun Ling is so cute!!! Muahhh!!!

One Meat Bun Please: Hahaha! The sight of those two men trying so hard not to curse at each other is so funny! I’m looking forward to the show~

Super Sweet: The Sweetheart ship looks so cute! I love the height difference the most! >3<

Chair Chair: Since Fanshu has acknowledged Jun Ling, I will also acknowledge her. I’m looking forward to this little girl’s performance. Good luck!

Nani?: I’m just a bystander. Objectively speaking, Jun Ling has an excellent mentality. After all, not everyone can withstand all that criticism without crumbling. Moreover, other than her imitation of Yu Fanshu and her terrible acting skills, she hasn’t made any big mistakes thus far. The more I look at her, the cuter I find her to be. I think I might switch from a bystander to a fan soon. Good luck, Jun Ling!

Jun Zishu exited Weibo after browsing the comments for some time.

Honestly, she found everyone’s reactions quite interesting. Human emotions were always easily swayed. It was especially true on the internet, where most people could hide behind a veil of anonymity. On the internet, people cursing at you to die yesterday could become your fan the next day. The same was also true for the other way around.

The entertainment was a very fun place. It could elevate a person to unbelievable heights, and it could also send a person plummeting to the pits of hell. A person’s fall could happen in an instant, and a person’s rise could also happen in an instant.

“Will you feel pressured because of your fans, Teacher?” Jun Zishu asked, a look of worry appearing on her face.

Some of Yu Fanshu’s fans treated her like their god. Such hardcore fans were typically a huge headache for celebrities.

Seeing the worry on Jun Zishu’s face, Yu Fanshu didn’t quibble over Jun Zishu’s way of addressing her as she answered, “I think it’s okay. I don’t rely on acting to make a living, anyway. I am satisfied so long as I can act to the best of my abilities.”

“Mhm.” Jun Zishu nodded, satisfied by Yu Fanshu’s answer. She very much liked Yu Fanshu’s simplicity and purity. Afterward, she tossed aside her phone and rolled off Yu Fanshu’s body. Then, after stretching her body on the bed, she said, “Let’s sleep, Teacher.”

“Do you like calling me ‘teacher’ that much?”

“It rolls off the tongue.”

“So long as you’re happy, address me whatever you want, then.”

Before the variety show’s first episode aired on Friday, Jun Zishu and Yu Fanshu had to attend the second filming session.

“Finally, we meet again!” Lemon said, a wide smile forming on his face when he saw Jun Zishu.

“Why are you so happy, Lemon?” Yu Fanshu asked, feeling a little upset that Lemon was smiling so happily at Jun Zishu. On the surface, though, she maintained her usual gentle appearance.

“Because I get to eat good food again! My manager is super strict! He doesn’t let me eat anything good!” Lemon complained.

“It’s your fault for getting acne so easily,” Jiu Xi said derisively with his arms crossed.

“Let’s make a deal, Lingling. Make a spicy dish for me, okay?”

“Are you not afraid that your manager will skin you?” Jun Zishu asked with a raised eyebrow. Although Lemon and Jiu Xi were singers, their bands were boy bands, so appearances were crucial.

“A true warrior dares to face a dismal life straight on.”

“You’re throwing all caution to the wind just for food?” Millie joked, amused by Lemon’s behavior.

Tang Tongtong had yet to arrive. He might not be the most popular among their group of six, but he was definitely the busiest.

Everyone had arrived around noon, so Lemon was eagerly waiting for lunch right now.

“Tongtong hasn’t come yet.”

“The director has already asked us if they need to buy food for us.”

“I already ate before coming here,” Millie said, feeling fortunate that she had the foresight to eat before coming here.

“I haven’t. Honestly, I don’t really want what they buy,” Lemon said, shaking his head as he fervently signaled Jun Zishu with his eyes.

Jun Zishu naturally picked up on Lemon’s signal. Chuckling, she said, “But there aren’t any ingredients here. Any ingredients we buy now won’t be fresh, either. We even have to wait for the food to be cooked.”

“Other than the instant noodles you guys bought last time, there doesn’t seem to be anything else here,” Millie said. She was the first to arrive on set today, so she had checked the kitchen fridge and cupboards out of boredom just now.

“I’ll settle for the TV crew’s boxed lunch, then,” Lemon said gloomily.

“Do you mind eating instant noodles, Miss Yu?” Jun Zishu asked as she looked at Yu Fanshu.

“You two are gonna eat them?” Jiu Xi asked in surprise. Honestly, he felt that the TV crew’s boxed lunches were much better than instant noodles.

Meanwhile, noticing that there was film material to capture, the director hurriedly had the cameramen come over and start filming.

“We can try changing the way we eat them. I’ve done it once before.”

“How should we eat them?”

“Lo mein.”

Acting without delay, Jun Zishu headed to the kitchen and retrieved the several packets of instant noodles from the cupboard. Then, she washed a wok, a spatula, a colander, and a big bowl under everyone’s curious gazes.

“I get the feeling that it’s going to be very tasty,” Millie said, caressing her chin as she wondered if there was going to be a portion for her and if she would get fat from eating it.

After boiling some water in the wok, Jun Zishu placed the noodles into the water. The wok could fit up to three dry blocks of instant noodles. Once the noodles softened, Jun Zishu lowered the heat and stirred them gently with her spatula.

Once the noodles were almost ready, Jun Zishu turned off the stove and drained the noodles using the colander. Then, she moved the drained noodles to a big bowl, sprinkled two packets of seasoning powder, vinegar, sesame oil, chopped chili pepper, chili sauce, and some sugar over the noodles, and mixed everything.

Lemon subconsciously gulped when he saw the bland noodles taking on a mouth-watering color.

“It looks like it’s going to be very delicious.”

“Do all of you want a portion?”

“Yes, yes, yes!” Millie said eagerly.

“Didn’t you eat already, Millie?”

Jun Zishu chuckled when she saw Millie raising her hand enthusiastically. Then, she took out five small bowls from the cupboard.

“It’s fine. Give me half a bowl,” Millie said.

After Jun Zishu washed the bowls and divided the noodles into them, she turned on the stove again and added some oil into the wok. Then, she cracked a few eggs into the wok and fried them.

Afterward, Jun Zishu quickly divided the eggs and moved them into the bowls using the spatula.

“Wah, you’re so biased, Lingling! Why do we get only half an egg while Miss Yu gets a whole one!” Lemon complained, clenching his heart dramatically.

“You seem to have a lot of complaints. Miss Yu is Lingling’s girlfriend. What about you?” Jiu Xi said, rolling his eyes contemptuously when he saw Lemon’s acting.

“I can be her partner as well! Lingling! Lingling, how about you and Miss Yu break up, I dump this man, and the two of us get together?”

“What did you say, Lemon? I don’t think I caught what you said just now.”

Yu Fanshu wore her usual smile when she spoke. However, when subjected to her gaze, Lemon felt as if death was staring at him.
