Magical Academy: Rise of the Supreme Magic Craftsman

Chapter 447 - End Plan ( 3 )

A day had passed quickly and the Array Specialists with the help of the special Elysiums had completed at least 80% of the reconstruction of the barrier.

Instead of just repairing, they have even decided to add several layers of another defense to ensure that it will no longer break after three or five strikes of the Space Beast.

At this point, Ace can already take his automatons with him and let the others continue with the project…

"Ace… I won't be able to join you guys… I need to go with the other officials." Yumi said in a low voice after seeing that he was about to return to his Chronos.

Ace smiled at the middle-aged lady… She's really suited to have this figure instead of the teenager or the young one who seemed like a kid.

He already knows through Veda that this influential and beautiful woman isn't just a simple official of the NMTI and is actually a successor of the 24 Survivors or Saintess Thea…

It means that she can't just participate in open battles when her main skill is related to espionage and assassination.

"Of course. I could understand that.. Don't worry… If you are planning to return to the floating island, just tell me and I'll let Avalon handle it."

"Alright… That's better. I might consider returning there if I could convince Grandma Thea to come with me…"

Ace nodded in satisfaction after hearing this.

The two of them are the remaining practitioners of a Secret Art related to body transformation and he's more than happy to help them preserve their life on the floating island.

Then, Ace looked behind him and saw the four groups of magicians waiting for his command.

Grand Sage Maze with her 5 Sages and 10 Adept Mages.

Grand Sage Gildartz with his 5 Sages and 10 Adept Mages.

Grand Sage Morris with his 10 Sages.

Grand Arcanist Aura with his 12 Arcanists…

These are the addition to Ace's current forces composed of Northern Natives and Automatons…

As for the talented magicians with  Soul Arts and Spirit Arts knowledge, they will be sent to the floating island to have Miya and Charles train them with their newest magic to deal with the aliens.

Right now, his other forces are composed of the Arian Race, Cryptic Mages, and the Terror Mages he took with him from the State of Kazan.

They are about to meet with them from a place not too far from the current location where the Space Beasts are.

"Wallace, would you be asking Slaine to come with us? I heard that he has already recovered and was recently transferred to your facility." Aura asked in a low voice.

Though they know that he's not the real magician Wallace, they are still calling him with that name as they are probably confused or thinking that they are completely the same anyway.

"I'll contact him but for now, I think that our team alone can accomplish this… Once we eliminated all of the Space Beasts, many magicians would be able to move freely. We'll just get stronger after finishing this mission." Ace replied as these space beasts that they are targeting are basically limiting their battleships or airships' movement.

It means that massive movement of magicians would be difficult with their presence.

After all, once their vessel came into these creatures' range, they will be followed and destroyed with the long tentacles or limbs of this beast.

They have to stop them from doing this so eliminating them should be a top priority.

"I will need to have the other members of the council to have the imperial soldiers busy with their presence while we kill the space beasts…"

"Hmm… That's right… They might consider helping these beasts if we're planning to kill them."

"Well, they haven't shown interest with these gigantic beings after they sent them out. I doubt that they will provide help to them but anyway, you're the leader. Just command us whatever you think is the best way to end this war."

Maze and Gildartz commented as they analyzed the situation.

None of them wanted to prolong this war so they had accepted Ace's conditions.

Since he just started leading them personally, they would wait for the result of his leadership first before they will comment about it.

"I think that we should just stay here for now. Sir Ace will be dealing with the remaining Space Beasts and he wanted us to ensure that the Imperial Army wouldn't disturb them…"

Hilda relayed the information to the First and Second Mech Knight Division that she's currently leading.

While Ace and his group are moving to Luna Lake as quickly as possible, the two knight divisions composed of 40 Mech Knights are moving in group and patrolling the borders of their territory.

They have to do this since even though Avalon can monitor the alien's position through their satellite, reacting to their sudden attack might be difficult if they are far away…

This is why they have conducted a patrol from time to time to ensure that the aliens wouldn't dare to carelessly enter their territory…

"What should we do then? I'm pretty sure that the battle between them and the space beasts would be large…" The current commander of the Second Division asked.

His name is Martin Moroff and one of the Cryptic Mage Pilots… Because of the death of many talented magicians like Ferdie and Ray Penber, this man has to take over the vacant position though he wasn't that trained to be a leader.

Hilda thought for a moment and was about to command them to secure the perimeter of the battlefield when she was suddenly contacted by Avalon.

Beep!

[ Traces of Wallace and the Celestial Being was detected at the southern sea of the State of Kazan. You and your team have a mission to ensure Wallace's safety. ]

"Ha! Finally! It's been months since they disappeared! Just what kind of monster did they fight?!" Hilda couldn't help but exclaim after hearing the news.

After making a quick celebration, she quickly ordered her team to move as quickly as they can to find Wallace's whereabouts.

This person has a lot of explaining to do since they've been struggling to fight the aliens for a while now!
