After saying that, the princess realizes her blunder and blushing from being embarrassed sharing a table with another boy.

Teacher Elis explains some academy rules, how points work, and few other things inside the academy.

Apparently, besides basic courses such as Combat training, History, Monster Studies, Science physics, Arithmetic, Magical runes, and World language, students could choose some side courses outside the basic course's scheduled lesson.

The side course is very vast and varies from Noble's ethic to Smithing. There is even a course called management that teaches how to manage your things, especially money.

Students could take side courses as much as possible. However, they need to attend 75% of its official meeting and complete its assignment. Failing to do both will be punished by a reduction of 200 points on each subject.

This way, students could not take all the courses and also learn not to overestimate themself. The basic course will occur every day beside the weekend and ends around noon before lunchtime.

As for the side course, they all have different lengths of time depending on the subject itself. Each side course also has its own time and schedule.

After receiving the paper about the schedule of the side course, Angus decided to attend Magical Engineering on Monday, Smithing on Tuesday, Alchemy on Wednesday, Enchanting on Thursday, Ancient Language on Friday, and Monster Physiology on Saturday.

He planned to give the impression of becoming a researcher or scholar that works behind the desk. This kind of route is usually taken by people that don't have enough talent in combat strength.

Usually, people didn't try to take this many side courses at once, but Angus feels he could do it since he has nothing to do, and this is the real purpose he came to the royal academy.

After being exposed to many magical things in this world, Angus's curiosity over them is very high. Besides, he has the system to help him in his studies. So, he wasn't afraid to fail in any of them.

Besides basic and side courses, teacher Elis also told the student that the academy holds various contests every three months.

One of them is a class tournament contest where each class will fight one with the other. The tournament will give points and a few random resources based on the class rank.

The first rank will get 150 points for each person. The second and third rank will get 75 points, below it will not get any points.

Since this first year has only five classes, the competition is quite lax compared to other years that have more classes. Still, they need to enter the third rank at least to get the point.

'Haa.. Another troublesome event. Since we have this spoiled princess in our class, she may push us to win the tournament.' thought Angus before looking at the very energetic princess who heard the tournament.

Soon, the class ended, and the teacher left the student to themselves. At this moment, Jayna walks into the front of the class, "Alright, weaklings, I want…"

Before she ends her sentence, Angus just walks out of the class without stopping while the others only look at him.

The teacher explained that it will be 100% theory for the new student except for some particular 5th year above students.

Fortunately, the first two weeks are the probation period for the side course. So, the unfortunate student will not have stuck at this course for the entire semester.

As for Angus, he still has some basic knowledge about his past life, and his intelligence stats also helps him pick up a few things from the lesson.
