I Hate You, Devil!

Chapter 220 Fairytale

Chapter 220 Fairytale

Under the bright moonlight, they kissed each other so passionately. Yu Chen's response to her kisses was completely unexpected. He didn't freeze. There was no hint of hesitation as he responded. He was tangling his tongue with hers so skillfully and before Xiaolei knew it, the kiss that was supposed to be controlled by her was suddenly under his control. The hungry little beast, Xiaolei, had been tamed without her realizing it. Her bold kisses became slow and patient, matching Yu Chen's innocent but deep, passionate and gentle kiss. He was unexpectedly good as if her innocent novice student suddenly graduated and had already earned his kissing degree without her knowing.

When they finally pulled apart and opened their eyes, they stared deep into each other's eyes. Their gazes were full of wonder, love, curiosity and passion. No words were spoken as they stood there, but a story worthy of them was communicated.

And then, before they knew it, their lips collided once again.

Yu Chen always had such an unnerving effect on her. Kissing him always made Xiaolei feel like she was flying and she felt that every time she kissed him, she never wanted it to end.

\"Xiaolei…\" she heard him mumble her name between their kisses and her heart smiled. She just loved the sound of her name as he said it. She moaned in response and kissed him even deeper. There was no space left between them as they held each other and she could feel the beating of his heart against her chest. The dark meadow seemed to have brightened and imaginary snow started falling.

Time seemed to have stood still and when they finally broke apart, Yu Chen rested his forehead against hers as he gathered some much needed oxygen.

\"My student… when did you become this good in kissing?\" Xiaolei said as she gazed up at him, smiling in satisfaction.

\"Just now, I guess…\" he replied and Xiaolei chuckled. \"Teacher, you have taught me well. But I know I still have a lot to learn.\"

The way he said those words was sexy and seductive that Xiaolei was rendered speechless for a moment. Gladly, she was quick to regain her composure. \"Y-yeah, you still have a long way to go. Kissing is just the first step.\"

Yu Chen blinked upon hearing her. \"May I know what the second step is?\" he asked innocently, causing Xiaolei to blush.

After clearing her throat, Xiaolei diverted the subject. She thought this wasn't the time and place for them to talk about that. \"We will talk about that once we're home… because I still have something to tell you.\"

Xiaolei's gaze at him became serious. She had been told that Yu Chen still didn't know that they were already married so she was planning on telling him tonight. She already had a plan on how to tell him but his unexpected confession made her decide to say it now. The plan she created with the help of Hinari was the complete opposite of his innocent and pure strategy – in short, it was naughty.

What he showed her right now made her change her plan. She decided that she would use that plan for something else. She didn't know why but she just wanted to tell him now, in this romantic place where the faithful moon was watching over them.

However, before Xiaolei could open her mouth, the big panda put his finger on her lips, stopping her. \"I still have one more thing to show you. Can I show it to you first? I think I can't let them wait any longer…\"

Xiaolei pulled her brows together. Them?

Curious, Xiaolei just nodded, causing Yu Chen's face to beam.

\"Please close your eyes again.\" He said and Xiaolei bit her lip, smiling in curiosity before she finally listened to him. Once she closed her eyes, Yu Chen held her shoulders and made her face West and then, she heard a light thud. It seemed like Yu Chen had jumped down.

Xiaolei was smiling. She was utterly thrilled. What he was doing to her was absolutely more exciting than anything else that she had experienced in her life. When was the last time anyone made her feel this way? She couldn't remember because it seemed like he was the first to rock her world like this.

\"Don't open them yet, okay?\" she heard his voice. He seemed to be meters away from her.

\"Okay.\" She answered. The anticipation was flooding her heart.

After some moments, she heard a whistle. She remembered this sound. This was…

\"Don't open your eyes yet.\" He again said and Xiaolei, who was about to open her eyes, shut it close again. The curiosity was killing her and her heart started to beat wildly.

And then, finally, she heard the words she was waiting for.

\"Open your eyes now.\" He said and Xiaolei's lashes fluttered like butterfly wings before it opened. It was suddenly very bright and her eyes took a while to adjust.

Her mouth hung open as she looked around. The trees surrounding the meadow were all lit up. It was just so mind-blowingly beautiful. She was standing on top of the rock, surrounded by towering, brightly lit trees. Adding to the mix the pretty moon above, she felt like she had stepped into a fairytale. She couldn't even say a word.

\"Yu Chen… it's so –\" Xiaolei's wide smile slowly faded the moment she looked down to look at Yu Chen. Her eyes widened and she felt like her heart had stopped beating.

Yu Chen was standing there, holding up a black cardboard sign but he wasn't alone. There were three big wolves with him. Xiaolei immediately realized that the biggest of those three was none other than Big Dark, the lovely wolf she loved to play with when she was younger.

The wolves also had a cardboard sign dangling from their necks and they were arranged from smallest to biggest. Yu Chen was right next to Big Dark. Three dark-gray wolves and one big white panda. Yu Chen was definitely out of place but at that moment, Xiaolei's eyes were not focused on the four adorable creatures before her. Her eyes were on the words written on the cardboard signs they were holding. Swirls of emotions filled her eyes as she read what was written on them.

'WILL – YOU – MARRY – ME?'
