I got summoned to another world, then married a yandere!

Chapter 179 - Akaro's Sacrifice

Both Kyoya and Akaro didn't care about their location.

Their goal was to just escape this emerging black object and escape its divine beams, but this proved to be too gruelling a task. On his escape, Kyoya even choked on his own blood a few times which was just one of the least painful things.

As Kyoya faintly trembled on the ground, Akaro's eyes shifted from his bloody body to the sky.

Golden divine beams already loomed over the horizon, their descend about to begin.

Those beams were also decorated with different colors that ony Akaro's eyes could see through. Those second colors betrayed the Trickster Gods and exposed their identities, but one also needed knowledge to exactly know what kind of god was behind those.

Nonetheless, the knowledge about these people wouldn't save Kyoya here. Akaro could only go for the extreme outburst with her divine energy!

Boooooom!

Her cat body dispersed and turned into a thousand flames that deeply shone. Those flames began taking a new form as well which was similar to the goddess' appearance. As those flames roared, Kyoya could briefly feel his cold body getting warmer.

Then, his eyes closed as he finally felt secure.

"Kyoya."

"..."

Though no one could see the goddess as the flames formed a barrier around them, Kyoya as if naturally could feel her embrace. He was currently hugged by her flame form that would be used as last resort to protect him and Xiaoxiao.

It felt somewhat absurd that Akaro got forced to use this so quickly after her arrival to this world pillar, but this just showed how influential and prodigy Kyoya was.

"This 'cat form' was powerless, but it had been formed with my divine flames and concept. Thus, by sacrificing this form, I was able to cover you from the divine beams of trickster gods and stop your death."

It still felt impossible to heal the husband and let him escape this place, but Akaro was way too limited in this place. However, Akaro realized that her being so weak allowed her to learn something new.

It was a new feeling that was sweet and pleasant enough to warm her heart.

Exactly because of this feeling, the goddess spoke the words that shocked the husband!

"If you survive this, go to my shrine in the Grooma Kingdom. I will… personally speak with those tricksters. I will pray for your survival from within your body, Kyoya. Survive and bring me back home."

"Goddess… My Go...ddess…"

[Goddess Fiana has lost her cat form.]

[Goddess Fiana's consciousness has been planted within your body.]

[Goddess Fiana's consciousness reacts to your Fire Tattoo.]

[Your Fire Resistance has been strengthened by 500%]

[Your quest 'Hot Bath' has been updated.]

All those messages briefly flashed through Kyoya's eyes as he was focused on her words. It seemed that even the goddess herself could feel the homy feelings out from his presence and house.

So Kyoya felt regretful that he couldn't provide more of these for the goddess.

It surely felt different at the top in the divine lands with million believers and disciples worshipping you as the lord.

Her lands should be filled with those and ascended races that were formed out of the belief! All of those couldn't possibly give her cozy and homy like feelings.

Thus, Kyoya roared.

"ARGHHHHH!"

Still with the goddess' flames hugging his body, Kyoya's hands reached forward to dig into the soil. He used this soil to push himself forward as the escape was the priority! Thanks to the goddess flame's burning around his body, Kyoya also could trick himself.

[The Trickster Gods' divine beams can not locate you.]

[You can trick your own body.]

[You don't feel any pain and exhaustion.]

One by one, Kyoya dug his path forward until the assassin found him out.

At this point, Kyoya already was alone without Akaro's flames in her gorgeous form hugging him from behind. What others could see was his riddled with holes body, full of burnt blood and pale like dead skin.

However, there was one thing that caused even the assassin himself to stop.

His eyes that shone red like Akaro's flames! Those eyes didn't let her thoroughly die and with those flames shining within his eyes, Kyoya swore to resurrect the exact Akaro that had been with him all this time.

He wouldn't allow this 'Goddess Fiana' to disappear no matter what!

And it was the husband who knew the high pride of gods.

"What kind of shit has he stepped into?"

As the assassin's words rang out, Kyoya knew that he could just close his eyes and let himself be saved by this powerful individual.

-

An unknown amount of time passed.

Kyoya's eyes were already open, but all he could see were the flames. The flames that would no longer shine for him unless he personally saved the goddess' consciousness! And just by thinking about Akaro, Kyoya's heart clenched on its own.

He was looking down absentmindedly while looking like a person who didn't want to live at all. As the husband kept his unmoved posture, the assassin's voice rang out.

"Look to the side."

"..."

Kyoya followed these words mindlessly, then his eyes went wide. What he saw on the horizon was the castle. A black castle that was upside down, so it was truly a breathtaking picture!

But not only because of its beaming, but also because Kyoya lost Akaro due to it!

"Thank you… for saving me and treating my wounds."

"Regain your focus and mindset if you are thankful."

"Yes… I know… I can't stay in such miserable form, but… for now… I feel like staying so…"

"As long as it's for a while, then go ahead. You can even cry here as other disciples are already on the hunt."

It would be too lame for Kyoya to cry here, but he was close to letting out some tears. It was the first time he truly lost someone like that and it was also because of him! He swore to not feel it even again, but would it be truly possible in this long life of the adventurer… and then divine one?

This question echoed within Kyoya's mind like drums.

"What hunt?"

Then, as Kyoya recovered his calmness and desire to quickly grow in strength, his lips parted to seek the strength! He asked about the hunt that should be impossible for the disciples as they were far weak to even enter the black castle!
