“Hahaha!” In response, the man in front of Karyk burst into laughter. It was as if Karyk had told him the biggest joke.

“Your people?” Karyk’s voice became heavy as he asked.
The citizens who were watching this illusion also gasped in shock and disgust. The Royals had a hand in killing the City Lord and all the Guards, most of whom were family members of the city residents.
