Her Husband is My Lover

Xavier walked out of the restroom with his towel wrapped around his torso. He was trying to dry his head with another towel when someone knocked on the door and opened the door. 

Xavier turned around to see Rose opening the door as she looked at him. He saw her looking at him and then looked down at her feet as she took deep breaths.

"Dinner is ready… Come downstairs… As soon as you are dressed up." Rose said as she looked up at him waiting for him to say okay or nod his head in yes but he just kept stared at her as she looked at him. 

"Xavier…" Rose called making him come out of his thoughts. 

"Umm… I am… Not really hungry…" Xavier replied as she looked away.

"I cooked your favourite dishes…" Rose said, making Xavier snap his head at her.

"What?" Xavier asked as he really can't believe what Rose just said and he had thought that maybe he might have heard something wrong…

"Yes… I cooked for you and I am sure that they are not gonna be that bad? I may not cook something so good but yeah, I think, you will be able to eat it…" Rose answered as she chuckled, making Xavier frown.

"I will be waiting for you in the dining room." Rose replied as she took a deep breath as her eyes went through his toned muscle body and then closed the door behind her back.

Xavier frowned as he is really shocked as he is confused on why Rose is behaving like this suddenly? She cooked for him for the first time in one month of their wedding? He can't really and neither does he want to believe that she cooked for him? He always thought that Rose can't cook and also she never likes to cook or do any stuff in the home then what has changed her that made her cook? 

He sighed as he really didn't know what he should do right now… He walked inside his walk-in closet and grabbed a t-shirt and his joggers. He wore them and walked out of his closet. He went to the balcony and stood under the dark sky. He looked up to see the stars shining bright… 

He smiled at them as he again started thinking about the things that are going on with him… 

The first thing is about his parents' relationship which really felt so weird for him and then, he lost Valentina in his life and up on this… 

Rose has confessed her feelings to him where he has no idea if Rose really loves him or not and just might be acting to make Xavier believe anything… 

But the most that hurts him right now is that he lost Valentina from his life… She is not his life anymore… 

He can never imagine going back into Valentina's life again… Because he wants her to be happy right now… And she will only be happy when he doesn't slide into her life saying again that he loves her… 

He should really leave her alone because she really deserves a better life partner in her life. Xavier is really not worthy of her… 

But, Xavier really knows Valentina better than anyone…

He really is a fool to think that Valentina will be calm after he breaks her heart… He knows she is dangerous and right now, he is only waiting for her to attack him… 

He can't do anything and he knows that Valentina will think him as a betrayer and he is sure that she will punish this betrayer so badly and also, he is so ready for her… 

This is something that should have happened when he married aRose but things happened that made Valentina change but again, things came at the starting point where Valentina again thought to get revenge on him… 

He doesn't have any idea how he will turn towards Valentina and fight against ner but he knows that he will never win against her…

However, Valentina will still do everything to make Xavier suffer and he knows that, she really hates him right now and he really has no choice but to say that he doesn't love her anymore because he wants her to move on and find someone else like Jason who can keep her happy every time… 

Just then, he heard his phone ringing inside the room. He walked inside and grabbed his phone from the bedside table. He looked at the screen to see Jasopn's name. He took a deep breath as he walked outside the balcony as he answered the call… 

"Hello…" Xavier said on the phone. 

"It's me… Jason…" Jason replied on the phone.

"Yes, Jason…" Xavier said.

"How are you feeling right now?" Jason asked.

"I am good. Don't worry about me… But, how is Valentina right now?" Xavier asked, making him sigh on the other side and suddenly, he got worried.

'What happened? Is she alright?" Xavier asked on the phone.

"Yeah… You know about her… She thinks we are planning something against her and also, she hates you so much… Mrs. Jackson called me a few times but I couldn't answer… I am sure she is so worried about her daughter and wanted to ask what happened to Valentina…" Jason answered.

"She called me too… Neither do I have the heart to answer her call… How can I tell her that I am the reason for her daughter's tears?" Johnson asked.

"Xavier, are you sure about this… Because, i heard from Valentina that you are planning to take a divource with Rose… Is that right?" Jason asked, making Xavier chuckle.

"I don't think that will be possible… Even if it is… I don't want to come into Valentina's life because she really deserves better than me… And I think that you will be the best for her…" Xavier answered. 

"I am not sure how much I will love Valentina… If it compared to her love towards you then, i think, my love is really so less… Because she loves you so much…" Jason said.

"I know, she loves me so much but, I don't think I can give her the love she deserves. Because she deserves a guy who can be faithful to her but not a cheater like me.. I cheated on Rose… I don't want to do the same with her…" Xavier replied on the phone.
