Her Husband is My Lover

A knock disturbed Valentina from her deep slumber and she opened her eyes and looked at the door. The door got opened revealing Amelia on the door.

"Sorry... Did I disturb you?" Amelia asked and Valentina shook her head in no as she kept her head on the headboard.

"No... You didn't." Valentina answered.

"Alright... These are the important files, your PA sent... I am keeping them on the table." Amelia said and Valentina nodded her head with a small smile.

Amelia kept the files on the table and walked towards Valentina.

"Did you had a good sleep?" Amelia asked and Valentina nodded her head in yes.

"Yes." Valentina answered as she nodded her head.

"Yeah... So, I invited Jason to dinner." Amelia said making Valentina look at her with a frown.

"Jason?" Valentina asked.

"Yeah... I thought why not invite him for dinner tonight as he helped you on overcoming the stress by taking you on a holiday. Just for thanking him." Amelia answered and Valentina nodded her head.

"Ohh... Alright!" Valentina replied and Amelia kissed Valentina's hair and caressed her hair.

"Alright... Get fresh and come downstairs... I will look after dinner." Amelia said and Valentina nodded her head. 

Amelia smiled and walked out of the room closing the door behind her. Valentina took a deep breath and grabbed her phone from the bedside table. Just to see around 5 missed calls from Xavier. She sighed and turned off her phone and got up from the bed. She walked inside the restroom and directly got under the shower. 

As she was showering, she started remembering the good times she spent with Xavier... She loved him for sure but it is making her doubt that giving up on him is this easy for her... While she promised herself that she will not leave Xavier alone and will try to make him hers again no matter what! But suddenly, Jason entered into their relationship... Valentina doesn't want to hurt him deciding to go for Xavier and she can't hurt herself by giving up on Xavier so easily... She doesn't even have the answer on why did he even marry Rose when he was with her the day before he married. It seems mysterious to Valentina but she knows about Xavier, he wouldn't do something that hurt Valentina. He was with her in every step she took until now... But he was never like this... And this made her think about him deeply... She is a woman who never gives up on anything easily... At least, she wants to know the reason about why he married her when he still loves her? The main question, that hit Valentina is, Do Xavier still loves her right now? If he does, why he had to marry Rose, and now, why can't he be away from her?

All these questions are making her go crazy for many days... But Jason, she doesn't want to hurt him in any way... Yes, he kept his hopes on her and it's wrong for her to throw into the trash... He even tries to convince his parents about him dating Valentina but she knows very well that Jason deserves better than her... Who isn't behind a married man and sleeping with a married man! He will get a girl who is so good at her heart. But Valentina knows that she would never suit for Jason, the kindest-hearted and genuine person ever. 

Valentina knows whoever marries Jason, she would be the luckiest girl in the world but he still chooses her. A woman, who is ready to break any relationship for her benefits... But Jason never looked at her like that... He just saw the love in her eyes towards Xavier and he is sure that her love is true and true love will always win no matter what! But this love of Jason... Is making her suffocate... Because his love is just so pure for her... He never was into any girl before until Valentina knows... He was out of any girl but for the first time, he openly talks with her. And got to know many things about him... He is a guy with standards. Any girl will fall for his charm and kindness... He is just so different from any other men's... He is not messed up like Xavier. Jason is straight with his words and knows what he wants in his life and also knows that he can't have them in his life but still, he tried to take a step forward in their relationship. Even though he is not sure that he is gonna successful in that relationship... But he knows that Valentina can't be away from Xavier for so long because it's how her heart is... Still, Valentina is struck between two decisions to make... She wants to talk to Xavier and clear it out but she is scared... Scared to tell him that, she slept with Jason... She knows it will surely break him... But at last, he was the one who broke all the promises... Not she! Valentina wants to give a chance to Jason but she still, loves Xavier... She knows it's wrong to choose Jason and try to give him a chance when she is in love with Someone else. She doesn't want to regret anything in her life. If accepting Jason, still loving Xavier, then it's wrong... It's like not giving any value to Jason's love. His love will not have any value towards her. She just needs to go with where the life takes her too... And she didn't come all the way here to just to where her life can take. She did everything until now according to herself but not how life takes her too even though Life throws her choice to choose... She never did... Because she doesn't like to go for choices. And now, it's like Jason is a choice for her... She doesn't want him to be a choice for her love. She sighed and took out all the crazy things going in her head and continued with her shower.
