Louis had killing intent in his eyes. He was about to turn around to go outside when he heard a faint movement from under the bed.

He looked down, and there was a faint trace of water on the ground sliding towards the bottom of the bed. He lifted the sheet and saw Xi Ning hiding underneath.

Xi Ning lay under the bed. When he saw Louis, he shouted at him aggrievedly, “Lu Lu……”

Louis hurriedly carried him out. The underside of the bed was a bit dirty, Xi Ning was covered in dust all over his body, his eyes were misty, and he wrapped his arms around Louis’ neck as he was still in a state of shock.

“Are you alright?” Louis caressed Xi Ning’s face distressedly, and carefully inspected his whole body. Except for the dust on his body, there were only a few scratches on his palms, and no other places were injured, so he breathed a sigh of relief.

Xi Ning felt a lot more at ease leaning on Louis’s arms. Louis sat on the ground and hugged him for a while, then stood up and took him into the bathroom, placing him gently in the bathtub.

Louis turned on the faucet and asked Xi Ning to wash himself first, “I’ll be back soon.”

Xi Ning nodded, and after Louis went out, he took off his shirt, washed his clothes and the dust from his body, and it didn’t take long before he heard a few screams from outside.

Louis stepped on the drunk pirate’s arms and broke his arms. He looked coldly at the pained look on the pirate’s face, and said lightly, “Cut out his eyes.”

The loud sound attracted some people around, and one after another, people came to see what happened. The guard’s hands were shaking but he still dug out the pirate’s eyes with a dagger, for fear that it would be his turn next.

Louis waved his hand to let someone take the pirate on the ground and his eyeballs away, leaned against the wall and asked, “Where did you two go tonight? Who told you to leave this position?”

In the room, Xi Ning put on his clothes again after washing, and put in a tub of clean water to soak in, and Louis came to knock on the door. “Are you alright?”

Hearing the sound of knocking on the bathtub, Louis opened the door and came in. He also changed his clothes, but Xi Ning still smelled a trace of blood with his keen nose. Louis carried him out but kept walking outside the house.

There were many people in the corridor quietly watching them. Xi Ning buried his face in Louis’ neck and asked, “Where are you going?”

Louis took Xi Ning directly back to his own room. The aquarium had been moved here. He put Xi Ning in the water and touched his hair, “You will live with me in the future.”

Xi Ning was stunned for a moment. He looked around the room, and Louis curled his lips at him, “Don’t be afraid, no one will dare to do anything to you again.”

Thinking of what happened at night, Louis’ heart sank again. Both of the guards were absent. It was no accident that the drunk pirate would go to Xi Ning’s room. When he found out who was the one behind this……

Xi Ning looked at him. Louis’s expression immediately softened a lot and he soothed him, “Go to sleep.”

“Lu Lu.” Xi Ning grabbed his sleeve. “Are you sleeping here too?”

Louis pointed to the bed next to him. “I sleep there.”

He looked at Xi Ning’s fish tail, reached out and touched it. “If you can get out of the water, you can sleep with me.”

Xi Ning patted his hand away, slowly sank to the bottom of the water, and whispered, “Don’t keep touching me.”

The last words turned into bubbles in the water, and Louis smiled. After he lay down peacefully, he turned off the lights in the room, and went back to the bed to prepare for sleep.

Xi Ning was at his most sleepy time. Even after what happened tonight, he couldn’t resist the sleepiness and fell into a deep sleep.

In the middle of the night, the system found that the hormone data in Xi Ning’s body began to become unstable again.

Probably because he was frightened at night, the hormones became more unstable, the fish tail flickered in the water, and finally turned into legs.

The system quickly shouted to Xi Ning, “Master! Wake up, master!”

Xi Ning felt an icy cold and an inexplicable suffocation while half asleep. The system’s voice gradually became louder in his mind. Xi Ning suddenly opened his eyes and sat up abruptly from the water.

The aquarium was placed in the corner of the room. Xi Ning stood up against the wall and shouted, “Louis?”

He hadn’t walked with his legs for a long time. He tried to step out of the aquarium and stepped on the floor. He lost his balance and almost fell.

Xi Ning held onto the wall to stabilize his figure, and moved towards the bed little by little.

Louis was a light sleeper. He was awakened immediately by the sound in the room, sat up and saw Xi Ning pounce on him in the dim light.

He stretched out his arms to hug Xi Ning. Frowning, he said, “Why did you come out……”

The voice stopped halfway when Louis touched the skin on Xi Ning’s leg. He looked down and saw that Xi Ning’s fish tail had disappeared, leaving only smooth and slender legs.
