‘Is this a new legacy item?’ He wondered silently, feeling dumbfounded by the appearance of this new item. 

Jiang Ming didn’t brood over the item much as he placed it in his inventory. The time does not allow him to be distracted since the danger ahead was what he needed to be worried about.

‘System, are there any items available in the shop that can detain or restrain an Ice Dragon?’ Jiang Ming decided to ask the system mentally for advice. 

With his current ability and strength, Jiang Ming knew fighting head-on would only result in their party annihilation.

As an instructor, she did not want to risk his life for some uncertainty and believed an alternative method that provided a safer option would be better. 

Meanwhile, Jiang Ming pondered for a moment, contemplating the suggestion from Yuan Chunhua. 

If possible, he wanted to look for a detour as well, but when he considered the process he did beforehand, the chances of finding a detour were next to zero. 

Helpless, Jiang Ming snapped his finger and activated his Moonstow Flame. 

The next second, he retrieved a transparent container and placed the Moonstow Flame inside it. With the transparent container, it became possible for Yuan Chunhua to hold it without getting burned by the flame. 

At the same time, it will continue to act as a heater and warm them up in this chilly environment. 

“What’s this for?” Yuan Chunhua asked when Jiang Ming handed the container to her.

“Keep the container and use it to warm yourself.” Jiang Ming said and turned around. 

“I’ll try to walk back and see if there are any possible paths that I might have missed.” He added.

“No! That’s too dangerous. Let’s just go together.” 

“If we all go together, then I would have to split my attention to worry about your safety and those two.” Jiang Ming said sternly, pointing his finger at the two useless people, Elder Feiling and Chen Yanmu. 

Yuan Chunhua was dazed for a moment when she understood his meaning. 

Currently, they were all relying on Jiang Ming and as much as she hated to say it, she knew she was helpless and unable to assist him. 

She hesitated and wanted to persist in going with him until she saw his solemn expression that clearly showed he was adamant in his decision. 

Breathing a soft sigh, Yuan Chunua nodded her head reluctantly. 

“Alright then, but make sure to proceed with caution. Nothing is more important than your safety.” She said worryingly. 

“Rest assured, I’m not someone that would seek death on purpose.” Jiang Ming gave a slight smirk and quickly dashed away, leaving the group alone.

Sometime later, Jiang Ming stopped in a discreet area and started scrambling through his inventory. 

His eyes laid upon a particular pill that he had been saving until now- an invisibility pill.

He retrieved the invisibility pill and held it tightly, “Sigh, this pill was supposed to be used for the greater good of mankind. Alas, circumstances said otherwise and now I must use this pill to deal with a stupid dragon.” 

Tears were about to drop on the corner of his eyelid as he tried his best to suppress them. 

Who could blame him? 

An invisibility pill was extremely scarce and rare here. The ingredients alone are a pain to obtain to refine. This was the only pill he got and he had some uses for it. 

‘Hmph, if I succeed this time, then I wouldn’t even need this pill to peek-‘ Jiang Ming hurriedly shook his head to stop his thought process. 

He was totally not trying to use it for some naughty or sneaky things. He was a righteous man who respected all women. 

And with that newfound heroism, Jiang Ming consumed the invisibility pill as he rushed forward to meet with the Ice Dragon. 

The promise he made with Yuan Chunhua was clearly a lie. Never once did he intend to let them face the Ice Dragon head-on. 

He would rather go alone and deal with it than let her get into danger.
