Game Lord's Cultivation System

175 Unexpected Slapperino

Jiang Ming was adamant about going ahead with his plan that could solve their problem effortlessly.

It wasn’t that he was immoral, but it was a fact that his enemies are now defenseless.

Only an idiot would let go of this million chance that would allow him to kill without expending any strength.

“Trust me, aunt. I can kill them with a special method and we can pin it on the testament of will when the others wake up.” Jiang Ming said calmly.

Yang Liqin was silent, almost like she didn’t even want to speak with him any longer.

Her behavior caused Jiang Ming to be stunned since he didn’t understand why she was behaving in such a manner. Usually, she would be extremely supportive and even joined hands with him to do what he wanted.

“Why are you against this clever method?” Jiang Ming asked.

SLAP!.

Before he realized it, Jiang Ming’s face was slapped hard across the face by Yang Liqin.

Jiang Ming had a look of disbelief hanging on his face. He was shocked, but most importantly, he was surprised by the slap.

He tilted his head slightly to glance at Yang Liqin. She had her mask taken off and was showing a fury expression.

Though it was an expression of fury, Jiang Ming could subtly tell there was some pain hidden behind it- a pain that was filled with grief.

Jiang Ming subsequently took off his mask as well and waited patiently for her response. He was calm despite getting slapped because she knew there must have been some reason.

Yang Liqin took a few minutes to cool down before holding his shoulder, clearly trying to rebalance herself.

“I’m sorry, Jiang Ming…” She apologized, and tears started dripping down from her eyes. “That clever method you came up with… was the reason why we are struggling here, to begin with.”

Jiang Ming’s eyes were dazed as he tried to balance Yang Liqin. She was getting more and more agitated.

Her mouth was open, but no words were coming out of her mouth, almost like it was a subconscious behavior of the person not willing to disclose some information.

Although it was a vague response, Jiang Ming understood his plan must have been related to the Blood Curse of Yang Liqin, and possibly his true roots.

Yang Liqin’s body was trembling wildly as she needed to lean on Jiang Ming’s chest. Her action pained Jiang Ming’s heart deeply.

One of his hands turned into a fist as he clenched tightly whereas his other hand was soothing the back of Yang Liqin.

‘I swear… if I ever found out the identities of the enemies, then I will truly grind their bones and boil them into a stew.’ Jiang Ming cursed inwardly.

Sometime later, Jiang Ming finally managed to calm Yang Liqin as he planted a light kiss on her cheek.

“Aunt, I know that the enemies must have used similar or the exact same strategy like the one I suggest, but times have changed. To beat your enemies, one must be even more ruthless than them.” Jiang Ming said in a solemn tone.

“I-I understand…” Yang Liqin said depressingly, clutching tightly to his clothes.

“How are you even going to kill them without anyone suspecting anything?” She then asked.

The crowd was simply too big, and if they were to kill everyone here, then they would be practically announcing themselves as the culprit.

In addition to that, every individual here is a talented youth and could easily determine the cause of death by examining the wounds.

Meanwhile, Jiang Ming chuckled softly as he activated his Moonstow Flame.

The flame danced around his palm, and under the eyes of Yang Liqin, Jiang Ming started infusing the essence flame with his Sword Force, creating a powerful fluctuation.

“What technique is this?” Yang Liqin asked in an alarmed tone. She had never seen someone infusing sword force into an essence flame since it was seen as a suicidal move.

Both elements are granted by heaven to bless the cultivators and were not supposed to merge with each other.

After all, if these two powerful elements could merge together, then the world would be embroiled in chaos. Not to mention, the cultivator would then become a threat that even heaven would fear for their power.

Of course, that was only for the average cultivator.

How could they be compared to the almighty and overpowered Jiang Ming?

“Heh, if you want to learn it, then I wouldn’t mind teaching you,” Jiang Ming curled his lips upward and leaned close to her. “So long as you please me well in bed, I can teach you all of my techniques.”

“Save it for yourself.” Yang Liqin snorted coldly, pushing him away. The nerve of him to still be teasing her after she went through a whole ordeal of emotions.

Jiang Ming didn’t go too far as he slowly explained the concept of merging to her. Even if she didn’t ask, he would still teach her the technique so that she could protect herself.

“The essence flame and my sword force were able to merge because we needed to find a point of equilibrium between the two natural powers.” Jiang Ming said.

“The equilibrium point is different for every cultivator, and without proper guidance nor experience to do so, they could only end up in a failure. Which in turn created a large explosion during the merging process and possibly got themselves killed or injured critically.”

“Then how did you manage to find the point of equilibrium without suffering any setbacks?” Yang Liqin asked in shock.

“Isn’t the answer obvious by now, aunt?” He made a wicked smirk and brushed his hair slightly.

“I’m just that good at finding the point of equilibrium, unlike those trashes. Now, aren’t you thankful for loving me, who is so awesomely amazing?”

Yang Liqin twitched her mouth. She had an urge of wanting to punch Jiang Ming for his narcissistic act.

‘What did I really see in him to fall so hopelessly in love?’ She wondered silently.
