Chapter 79 - Protect Yiling (6)

Chapter 79: Protect Yiling (6)

The audience was dumbfounded.

Before they had time to figure out what was happening, the imposing woman had already raised her fist and delivered a few more punches.

Her punches were fast, accurate, and fierce. This caused the people that watched to shrink in fear.

The delinquents who lurked around could no longer not take a part in what was happening.

In an attempt to stop Luo Xiuen, they rushed up together.

However, as soon as these people moved, the security personnel that were brought along by Luo Xiuen stepped forward in an orderly fashion.

“Back off,” Luo Xiuen growled to the security personnel beside her. The look in her eyes was frightfully cold.

When the security personnel heard her words, they immediately stopped and stood still.

If Sister En asked them to back off, they would listen.

It appeared as though Sister En wanted to take the matter into her own hands.

As a matter of fact, that was actually a good thing. Whenever Sister En got angry, someone was definitely going to get bashed. If she didn’t bash someone, she would end up looking to spar with them. And that would be quite the suffering…

And so, Luo Xiuen fought against the delinquents. One against four.

The four men attempted to attack Luo Xiuen from all sides. however, Luo Xiuen threw them all onto the floor.

Although the four of them often caused trouble in the local area, in actual fact, their physical strength was quite appalling.

They were never prepared to do any work. Often, they just wasted their days drinking, going to the karaoke and staying up late. In no way, shape or form were they suitable to be Luo Xiuen’s opponent.

The scene that was happening in front of the school gates could be viewed by Zhai Yunsheng and Yu Xi. They watched everything that was happening whilst Ji Ming kept skipping in the background.

Yu Xi couldn’t help but say to Zhai Yunsheng, “Master Sheng, it appears that the little rabbit doesn’t need our help.”

Someone had already arrived to deal with the person who was spreading the rumors and causing trouble.

Although that person was a tad impulsive, their actions still worked out in the end.

However, as soon as Yu Xi finished speaking, he wondered again, “Wait, but how does the little rabbit know someone from the Huiling Medical Research Institution?”

At first, Yu Xi didn’t recognize the person who was beating up A Hui. However, after a while, he remembered that he had seen the woman before.

Last year, there was a press conference for the Huiling Medical Research Institution that was held in a hotel that the Yu family owned. Yu Xi had happened to be at that time. And that was how he had seen the woman for a brief moment.

However, when he had seen the woman, she was wearing a white lab coat. She was an individual of outstanding talent in the academic circles.

This made it incredibly difficult for him to connect the image of them together. How was this woman in a trench coat the same as that esteemed researcher?

In particular, Yu Xi didn’t understand how Jian Yiling knew individuals from the Huiling Medical Research Institution.

The Huiling Medical Research Institution was an incredible place.

Whilst in name, they were only recognized as a research institute, they had substantial strength to back them up.

They didn’t serve ordinary pharmaceutical groups. The strength of the people behind the organization was unfathomable.

Although the Huiling Medical Research Institution was located in Hengyuan City, even the strongest families in their city hadn’t yet figured out the identity of the director at the institution.

He had never once heard that the Jian family was associated with the research institution.

In the school, Hu Jiaojiao was still desperately trying to persuade Jian Yiling.

“Jian Yiling, why don’t you call someone from your family? You should ask whether or not one of them can pick you up from school… Also, you should ask them to contact the school security to help you.”

That was the only solution that Hu Jiaojiao could think of.

School was about to be over in ten minutes.

Hu Jiaojiao felt that if she didn’t think of a solution quickly, Jian Yiling would end up in a whole heap of trouble!

“No need.”

Jian Yiling didn’t want Grandma Jian to be worried about her.

“But…” Hu Jiaojiao stammered. She wanted to continue speaking, however, she didn’t know what to do or say.

In any case, if this event had happened to her, she would probably be crying in some corner by now.

She didn’t dare to provoke delinquents. She shivered and felt incredibly uncomfortable whenever she thought about the guy with the extremely exaggerated hairstyle.
