Leo inspected the exterior of his buildings. Scars of burn and sword scratches remained visible on the shopping mall’s walls, apartments, and the parking lot. Although they posed no threat to the structure’s stability, they ruined the aesthetic and the beauty of these modern buildings.

Gazing at these buildings reminded Leo of when he just purchased a brand new car, but some douchbag door-dinged him, leaving behind small scratches on the mint car. 𝗈𝗏xt.𝑜𝓜

“Who did this?!”

Leo bellowed and stomped into the shopping mall to check the interior and his workers.

Upon entering the main store’s building, Leo found a stone fountain. His legs froze as he didn’t remember building it here.

“Lord Florida Man!”

“He’s back!”

“We’re safe!”

Leo pursed his lips. He looked around and found some familiar faces among the crowd.

“Wu Buyi!” Shouted Leo.

Wu Buyi sprinted with all his might. He slid with his knees, bent forward, and kowtowed at the same time. As if he had calculated his strength, the sliding stopped when he arrived in front of Leo. As a result, the alchemist elder invented the sliding kowtow for the first time.

“Your loyal servant is here, my lord!”

“Explain the situation?”

“Of course, my lord!” Wu Buyi stood up and rubbed his hands. He then recounted the last night’s incident.

.

.

At the junkyard, the war veterans, namely the mannequin troopers, sat and rested near the recycling pool. The cracks and damage of their bodies rapidly healed. As for the domain uniforms they wore, they still emitted white smoke as everybody went through a series of bombardments.

The gentle clothing store mannequin carried warm towels toward the group. She distributed the towels to the fighters.

The boys gazed at her and blushed. All mannequins kept staring at their goddess while she walked around and checked the conditions of her colleagues.

Meanwhile, non-combatants came out and cleaned the battlefield. Warehouse and granary mannequins got busy transferring, sorting, and filtering useful goods from useless ones. Useless junk, such as regular grain pills, food, used clothes, and common weaponry were thrown into the pool. As for the rest, namely spirit stones, essence stones, rare plants, fruits, meat, books, and artifacts, the mannequins arranged them in the center of the junkyard, waiting for Leo’s inspection.

That was not all. As there were so many enemies, corpses and blood were harvested and collected in one of the granaries. Esen took charge of this arrangement and relocated farmland crops and other food from the first granary to the second building. As for the first storeroom, she stored buckets of fresh blood and whole corpses. As for the militated and mutated ones, she collected them in spatial rings and put them in the first granary.

Marc and Beatrice were busy running around and fetching dead bodies outside of Leo’s domain. They also watched over the young workers, who came out to help with the clean-up.

Leo came out of the shopping mall’s backdoor and walked toward the junkyard. Wu Buyi trailed behind his master.

When Leo found the piles of new goodies, his foul mood vanished. A bright smile returned to his face.

“So much trash to recycle! Excellent!”

Wu Buyi and young workers from Life Sword Sect sweated profusely while they gazed at the mountains of precious artifacts, spirit stones, and essence stones. They silently cursed Leo in their mind that he treated these treasures as junk.

“M-My lord. Those are spirit stones, essence stones, and martial art books. We should at least arrange them properly.”

Leo smirked. He walked toward the mountain of spirit stones and spat on it several times, making sure that every marble was baptism by his almighty blessings.

In the blink of an eye, all trivial spirit stones evolved into essence stones with the highest quality.

Leo laughed, “Now, these balls are no longer trash. Mannequins, my boy! Stash these in one of the warehouses! Store them in some spatial rings or something! We’ll use these to pay our slaves next month!”

Wu Buyi and the human bystanders coughed blood. Although some of them had seen Leo’s feat and abilities once, their hearts and minds couldn’t comprehend or adapt to the new reality and logic in this place.

Their wages were a bunch of saliva-soaked spirit stones? That was the common question in their minds.

Leo moved to the pile of essence stones next. Instead of spitting on them, he stored everything in his spatial rings. These resources would be useful for the soul stone crafting project in the future.

Afterward, Leo shifted his attention to the artifacts.

Giant axes, blade wheels, swords, and spears were common weapons that the Gorr Tribe used in the previous battle. Every piece of weapon was made from a special red ore, which Leo had never seen before.

Looking at the crimson weapons, Leo scoffed.

“Trash!”

“PFFFT!”

Again, Wu Buyi and the young men coughed blood. Their kidneys clenched so hard that their bloody kidney stones gushed out from their pee hole.

The pain was unbearable. Every man closed their legs and covered their groins while they shed tears of agony.

While Leo inspected the loot, Hua Jiashan, Han Hao, Han Meng, Tiger Swordsman, Xu Nuan, and Dongfang Mei rushed out of the shopping mall to greet him. Everybody just recovered from the previous injuries, and they were happy to see their strongest backer again in one piece.

But then, Leo approached the mountain of skill books, martial art manuals, and scrolls containing various cultivation methods. He flipped through the content and uttered in a crispy voice.

“Trash!”

“…”

A line of blood leaked out from the corners of everybody’s mouths even though they had bright expressions on their faces. Their livers churned as if Hajime Ippo delivered them a full-blown liver punch to the guts.

Hua Jiashan silently approached Leo. Without saying anything, he stored all books and scrolls in his spatial ring. Then, he calmly brought them to the library building, which he recently built next to Wu Buyi’s workshop.

Han Hao learned from an example. With dull eyes, he gathered all the artifacts in his spatial ring. He then gazed at Leo.

“Lord Florida Man. I would like to request permission to build a weapon pavilion for our domain.”

Leo didn’t bother looking at Han Hao, “Suit yourself.”

“I’ll integrate the contribution system of the Life Sword Sect to the new pavilion.”

Han Meng, Tiger Swordsman, Xu Nuan, and Dongfang Mei’s eyes gleamed. They bowed in unison, “We will also help.”

Leo waved his hand and shooed them away. The group widely grinned and flew toward the northeast zone of Leo’s domain to construct their new weapon pavilion.

The weapons and books were all taken away, leaving behind random pills and miscellaneous objects.

Leo turned around and glanced at Wu Buyi. The latter looked back and forth between Leo and the mountain of pill containers, full of unidentified pills.

It was not hard to guess Wu Buyi’s intention. Leo snorted.

“A man’s trash is another man’s treasure. I don’t plan to experiment or study random junk I picked up from corpses. Do whatever you want with those, but I want you to report to me the recipes and the effects of those pills.”

Wu Buyi was moved to tears. He kowtowed so hard his butt pointed to the sky.

“THANK YOU, MY LORD! PRAISE LORD FLORIDA MAN! PRAISE THE FLORIDA GOD!”

“…”

Wu Buyi gathered everything and waltzed to his workshop in glee.

Looking at the obnoxious butt-kisser, Leo shook his head. He turned his attention to the other important “trash” that he could use.

They were the corpses of mutants.

While Leo admired the mountain of four-armed men, Esen sneaked behind Leo’s back. She injected every ounce of her Qi into her fangs and leaped at Leo’s nape.

As if Leo had an eye on his back, he turned around and grabbed Esen’s face. His big palm pressed her nose.

“Unhand me, you ingrate!” Esen flailed her arms, throwing a tantrum.

Leo gave her a meaningful look and glanced at the dead body. Guessing that Esen might have worked hard to defend his domain, he released her and patted her head instead.

“Thanks.”

“Hmph!” Esen snorted, “My subordinates and I worked hard. I want compensation!”

“What do you need?”

“I want your blood!”

“Sure.”

“Huh?”

Esen was taken aback as she expected a different reaction. She only messed around with Leo for a little revenge for all the bullying. Because of the sudden gentleness and consideration, she blushed, thinking that Leo cared for her.

Betraying her expectation, Leo bit the tip of his tongue and shoved it in her mouth. Then, he smirked.

“Lick it good, brat!”

“!!!”

Esen’s face reddened to the ears from embarrassment and anger. She then bit his finger, but her teeth couldn’t even put a dent in his skin or nail.

“YOU’RE BULLYING ME AGAIN!?”

“No, I’m rewarding you. Also, your tongue is very soft.”

“!!!”

Realizing that Leo teased her, Esen spat Leo’s finger out. However, her face and ears were still as red as tomatoes.

“Y-Y-Y-You will pay for this humiliation!”

Leo smirked and teased her again, “I’ll pay you with my body anytime.”

“!!!”

Esen flinched. Her mind wandered elsewhere as she took Leo’s words seriously. Her mind wandered and imagined impossible scenarios.

Seeing Esen’s reaction, Leo laughed and disillusioned her.

“I mean, I’ll pay you with my blood. What were you thinking?”

“!!!??”

White smoke came out from Esen’s crimson ears and face. She covered her eyes with her hands and sprinted away in embarrassment and shame.

Looking at the flustered elf, Leo snickered. Teasing this spoiled girl reminded him of the good times he had with his close friends on Earth. Unfortunately, after coming to this world, he couldn’t find anybody who he could consider as a friend. So far, only customers and subordinates were around him.

A bold and rebellious girl came at the right time. She was strong enough to overcome his immortal cancer cells, and she treated him as her equal. Thus, he couldn’t help but prank or tease her every time they were together.

After Esen had left, Leo turned his attention to the main course. He rubbed his hands.

“So many yin fluid and pill ingredients. I’m rich!”

He giggled like a hyena. Then, he proceeded to collect corpses to his spatial rings.

.

Stuffing a thousand whole corpses into a storage ring was easy. However, the process of adding them all into spatial rings was tedious.

As spatial rings were programmed to recognize a dead body as a unique object, the ring owner had to manually add the corpse into a ring by using their Qi as storage rings automatically rejected living beings. Shoving dead bodies into a storage ring at once always resulted in rejection.

Leo sat there, dragging one corpse after another into a ring. The first hundred bodies were easy as Leo was enthusiastic. However, after repeating the process 2,000 times, he was bored.

‘I should have delegated someone to do this. Why am I doing this?’

He stopped working and rechecked the remaining dead bodies in the junkyard.

The mutants with gunshot wounds were gone. The rest were corpses with missing body parts. A few were burnt to a crisp.

As Leo inspected the remaining corpses, something caught his eye. One of the dead bodies was a 10-meter-tall werewolf.

Leo had a history with the Fenrir race. He checked the body up close.

Suddenly, Leo received a system notification message.
