Chapter 286: Search

"Do you know Bella's residential address?" Destiny Lady asked.

"No. She is staying in the Merchant District and her house should be somewhere near the auction house, Lady Natalia. Shall we go and check now?" Jessie asked in a serious tone.

Although she was shocked a little, she managed to regain her cool and thought of solving the problem directly.

If Destiny Lady weren't here, she wouldn't have thought of going after Bella.

But Destiny Lady's presence gave her a little boost.

In the meantime, Destiny Lady also nodded her head in approval and spoke.

"Wait for a while. I will go and change my clothes into a formal one."

On the other hand, Jessie also recalled something and said.

"Tell Lord Silas and Lady Rachel about our findings and warn them to be careful of any anomalies, Lady Natalia."

An amusing smile appeared on Destiny Lady's face.

'She is acting more like a matured woman.' She let out a chuckle, nodded her head, and started walking towards the guest room area.

Meanwhile, Jessie first walked out of the mansion building, went towards the left side carriage house, and told the coachman to prepare the carriage.

After that, she returned to the mansion building, entered the reception hall, and went to the second floor.

Then, she moved towards her room, changed her clothes into a formal one, wore a brown frock coat, and then walked out of it. After that, she knocked on the nearby doors, warned Rhea and the other two to stay in the mansion, and went downstairs.

At that moment, Destiny Lady wore a black double-breasted belt coat and stood in the reception hall like an ice queen.

Currently, her long black hair was combed neatly and made into a bundle.

As Jessie reached the ground floor, she turned around, nodded her head, and then warned.

"If a battle occurs, you have to get away as far as possible. That woman might be a dangerous one."

Without even waiting for Jessie's reply, she stepped forward and started walking towards the exit.

Meanwhile, Jessie clenched her fist, nodded her head, and followed after her with fast footsteps.

Within a few seconds, they walked out of the three-storied building and soon saw a four-wheeled carriage parked at the entrance.

"You always think two steps ahead, huh. A good habit for a [Learner] Class Mystic." Destiny Lady gave a curious look at Jessie and stepped into the carriage.

Smiling lightly, Jessie also entered the carriage and ordered the coachman to go.

In a minute, the four-wheeled carriage moved out of the old mansion, entered Rodsley Street, and went towards the Merchants' District.

...

Old Mansion, Kitchen room.

At that moment, Ashley's body went stiff for a moment and soon returned to normal.

If someone looked at her closely, they would have noticed a small wrinkle appeared on her forehead.

Meanwhile, a drastic change occurred in her Inner World.

Most of the surroundings appeared more like a desolated land filled with nothing but sands.

At the center of her Inner World, a crystalline white palace stood like a moon in the dark sky.

In the throne hall, a wiry auburn-haired woman in her late twenties sat on the silver throne and looked at the ceiling with a frown on her forehead.

She had close-set azure eyes, faint eyebrows, silken Ivory skin, elongated face, and an aquiline nose.

"Jessie… This girl seems a little troublesome. Although she isn't strong enough to change her fate, her over-thinking mind is a big problem. With a few clues, she already managed to perceive the danger. Hmm, I have other plans for that divinity holder, but not this little pest. Should I eliminate her?" She muttered in the lone hall and nodded.

She then closed her eyes, made a few strange hand signs, and disappeared!

Mist City, Duke Foster's Territory, Iron Kingdom.

It was around 6.30 A.M.

A four-wheeled carriage came out of the city and moved in the southern direction at a fast speed.

The one who drove the carriage was a man in his thirties.

The face of that man was ageless, neither old nor young, though it was written the memory of many things both glad and sorrowful. His hair was dark as the shadow of twilight.

His eyes were grey as a clear evening, and in them was a light like the light of stars.

He wore a brown cape over his head and appeared emotionless.

The coachman drove the carriage while glancing at the surrounding grasslands and soon led it into the deep woods.

After driving the carriage for some time, he suddenly frowned and took out a strange red crystal from his pocket.

"The stone is vibrating, My Lady." He spoke in a solemn tone.

At that moment, the white curtain suddenly opened and revealed a 50-year-old woman.

She had curly black hair, a wrinkled round face, and grey eyes. She wore a black robe and held a unique silver pocket watch in her hand.

She was none other than Emilia Wilson!

She looked around the surroundings and ordered.

"Stop the carriage."

As the coachman pulled the ropes, the horses let out loud neighs and slowed down.

The carriage soon stopped in the middle of the woods, giving a peaceful atmosphere to the surroundings.

Meanwhile, Emilia walked out of the carriage, took the red crystal from the coachman, and nodded.

"She is nearby." Saying so, she took a few things from her space ring and began to prepare.

On the other hand, the coachman also jumped down from his driver seat, parked the carriage under a large tree, and tied the horses near to it.

"What if someone steals it?" Emilia glanced at the coachman and asked with a chuckle.

"It will be our bad luck, My Lady." He responded calmly, took a long overcoat from his space ring, and started walking towards her.

Both soon glanced at each other and went deep into the forest.

After a few minutes of walking, Emilia suddenly halted her footsteps, closed her eyes for the next few seconds, and opened.

But unlike before, her grey eyes turned into eerie black!

Upon seeing her strange action, the coachman removed his brow cape, knelt on the ground, and bowed his head.

"Your loyal servant greets the Divine One."

Emilia glanced at the coachman and nodded her head.

"Stand up, Omen. Unlike the Archbishop, you did your job perfectly." She paused for a moment and soon looked up at the sky with a pleased smile on her face.

"The child is here." Her voice appeared completely different from Emilia's one!

She then made a mischievous smile on her face and waved her right hand.

The next instant, a strange windy rippled came out from her hand and moved in all directions!

A moment later, all those trees, birds, animals, and even some hunters were cut into hundreds of pieces and fell on the ground like small pieces.

Without minding the sliced leaves and woods falling from above, Emilia took a step in the thin air and started walking towards the sky like she was walking on the land!

She appeared 100 meters above the ground in a few seconds and looked at the space with a deep look.

"Come out, little brat." Her voice echoed in the sky like divine words causing the sliced woods and other materials to turn into dust!

The next instant, a slight crack appeared in the space and soon began to expand.

Within a few seconds, a one-meter tall spatial crack appeared in the sky.

Then, a four-year-old girl child walked out from it.

She had deep-brown hair, Fremen blue eyes, and a soft round face, and she wore a simple white gown.

She was none other than Ivy!

"Who are you?" A sharp voice came out of the girl child's mouth.
