Chapter 666 - Provoke

Chapter 666 Provoke

We held hands as we surveyed the small space. There was a porthole that allowed us to peer out at sea. The ship was moving fast, and in a few moments, it was clear as day, a shadowy spot in the distance was our island.

I sighed. “How did he do it? How did he manage to hide such a large thing in the hall?”

I looked around and felt that we were in a large cabin.

Jing Tian didn’t say anything. He held my hand and walked around the room carefully. He touched every corner of the room and looked at it carefully but didn’t say anything.

I was bored to death. I let him hold my hand and admired this man, who was covered in blood and had a pale and stern face. Yet, I was full of joy.

He was right. It would be fine as long as the two of us were together. I didn’t care where we were.

Even when I realized Tong Zhuo was watching us, it didn’t affect my mood. He could watch all he wanted.

I pulled Jing Tian and stood on tiptoe to kiss him on the lips. Then, I tilted my head to look at him, who had a stunned expression on his face.

Jing Tian relaxed. He rubbed my head and bent down to kiss me on the lips.

Our kiss was filled with the smell of blood. Our love started with bloodshed anyway.

“Tsk. Do you have to be so shameless? Don’t tell me you don’t know that I’m still watching?” Tong Zhuo suddenly appeared out of nowhere and stood behind us.

Jing Tian let go of my lips slowly and kissed my forehead before he turned around slowly to look at Tong Zhuo.

My breathing wasn’t steady. I only had Jing Tian in my eyes. I was annoyed by Tong Zhuo’s sudden appearance, “Don’t look if you don’t like it! You’re the one to talk to us about shamelessness!”

Tong Zhuo rubbed his forehead with his hand. “Nanxing, can’t we talk nicely? I don’t understand why you have disliked me so much since we were young. However, you got along so well with Tong Mo. Are we really enemies in our previous lives?”

I couldn’t be bothered with him.

Jing Tian said indifferently, “It sounds like you lack self-awareness.”

Tong Zhuo shot Jing Tian a sideways glance. “Master Qi… I really can’t see why you have become Master Qi of the Seven Brothers. Then again, all the other masters are nothing impressive either. I’d like to see what you can do. Show me the worth of your title!”

Jing Tian asked, “What do you want to see?”

Tong Zhuo thought for a while. “Why don’t we see if you can get out of this room or not? If you can, then I’ll admit to your ability.”

Jing Tian said, “Why would I want that? Would you send us back to the shore if we get out of this room?”

Tong Zhuo had a strange smile on his face. “Sure. As long as you can get out of this room, I’ll send you back to the shore!”

Jing Tian corrected him, “Just to make sure. It’ll be the two of us! Don’t even think about separating me from Nanxing! Also, you’re not sending us ashore but sending us home!”

Tong Zhuo didn’t look happy, but his disdainful expression was even more obvious.

Jing Tian asked, “Why? Don’t you have the guts to agree? Don’t you look down on the Seven Brothers? Are you scared? You can’t be scared, right? I know you’ve investigated us before, but your subordinates didn’t give you a definite answer. You can’t find out anything about Master Qi, can you?”

Tong Zhuo didn’t say anything, but his face darkened. “Kid, you don’t have to provoke me. I won’t fall for your trick!”

Jing Tian continued. “Stop wasting time. If you don’t have the balls, just say it! Don’t just run your mouth!”
