Chapter 353

Chapter 353: Divine Fighting Technique! Latent Thunder

As the top genius among the current generation of the Elf-king Bloodline Warriors, with bountiful resources from the Qian Family, how strong had Qian Wushan become?

“Qian Wushan…” Qian Cheng rubbed his hands lightly, “He went to the Hai Family to bring up a proposal of marriage…”

Qian Jin closed his eyes and took a deep breath. What would be the outcome of Qian Wushan’s proposal? He seemed to have seen Hai Family’s sheer willingness in saying yes to this profitable marriage.

How many benefits would this marriage with the Qian Family bring to the Hai Family, with the first one being the most powerful force in the Qian State and the latter one a trivial branch? It couldn’t be measured by figures.

“The Hai Family accepted the proposal on Luna’s behalf…” Qian Cheng looked to Qian Jin, “and Luna disappeared that night. It was said that someone saw an emaciated girl, who looked very similar to Luna, walking into the Ancient Desert Sea by the sand rims. No report of her stepping out has been made yet…”

The Ancient Desert Sea? Qian Jin couldn’t stop the fierce convulsing of his eyes. He pinched his arms hard, just to feel the biting pain to make believe that he was still alive. Still, he couldn’t hold back the scene kept in his mind from emerging.

In that very cold evening with three moons pending high above in the sky and numerous shining stars giving out shimmering lights, a gaunt girl walked into the Ancient Desert Sea which had appalled a great many of warriors, head towering straight.

Big Thunder Eagle. Long black fluttering hair. A pair of nonchalant eyes. She wasn’t the prettiest girl Qian Jin had ever met, but the most charming one in his heart.

It was her, for sure. The girl he met in the Ancient Desert Sea must be Luna. The girl who had an Undead Queen’s Heraldic was undoubtedly Luna.

“And…” Pam Honzi stopped his attempt to straighten his back, as a faintly puzzled look appeared on his face. ” Qian Jin, are you okay?”

“What?” Qian Jin looked to Pam Honzi, grumbling to himself that how could I be okay with such severe wounds? Well, in fact, those wounds didn’t pose a big trouble for him. He just needed to find an undisturbed place to get into the endless world and go to Uncle Adams’s for some bottles of medicine with strong effects and everything would turn back to normal.

With several bottles of potion, he would be fully recovered, while no scars or internal injuries would be left. Qian Jin felt lucky for himself. If anyone else had received such wounds it might take him two or three months of remaining in bed for recovery.

As for Qian Wushan…

“Your face…”

Pam Honzi stopped, while Qian Cheng changed his face all of a sudden. The same puzzled and sullen look also showed up on Fanta Kunge.

During a short while, the pale face of Qian Jin turned greatly rosy. It didn’t seem like blood congestion on his face, but the rolling of blood under his skin with a momentum of rushing out of the surface.

This rosiness spread from his face to his entire body parts rapidly. Strips of veins were bumping uncontrollably, longing for jumping out of his skin.

The only sound in the carriage came from the horse hooves clashing with the ground, and the wooden wheels rolling over the sand granules.

Pain. Suddenly, Qian Jin felt agonizingly painful over his body, as if there was a volcano explosion in each and every corner of him. An unknown strand of warrior power seemed to be stretching itself after staying latent for long, bringing heavy shocking force to his injured vulnerable energy connections and warrior reservoirs.

The entire world seemed to have become a scarlet curtain in front of his eyes. Qian Jin felt like his eyes were going to explode as endless overwhelming power was making its way out of his body.

Volcano Potion. No, it was even stronger than Eulalia’s Volcano Potion…was Qian Chenyu’s warrior power reserved so deep inside? He was no doubt an experienced warrior in that he had held back the explosion of warrior power for long.

Generally, one’s spiritual power would be kept in an explicitly vigorous and high state shortly after his success, but as the excitement died down, his health condition would go from bad to worse, under which circumstance he wouldn’t be able to carry out an effective defense or offense.

Bang. Qian Jin felt blank in front of his eyes and slumped into a coma after a heavy trembling of the body. However, he was not in a total coma as his brain was still active. He could hear the chatting outside, but he was stopped from uttering a voice. For this moment being, he seemed like a puppet who had a brain but was unable to move.

Puff! Puff! Puff! Puff! Puff…

A puddle of blood appeared on the clean wooden board in the carriage. Endless amount of blood was springing up from Qian Jin’s pores, making the entire carriage filled with a pungent smell of blood.

“Why so?”

“What on earth is going on here?”

“Qian Jin…”

The other fellows flooded to the carriage in a clash of opinions, whereas half of them focused on Qian Jin and the other half turned to look at Pam Honzi. No one else was ever encountered with such a situation, and they counted on the knowledgeable Snake Emperor for an explanation.

“Could this be…” Pam Honzi’s face turned heavily sullen, “The long lost Divine Fighting Technique: Latent Thunder?”

Divine Fighting Technique, Latent Thunder.

The only sound in the silent carriage came from the breathing of people. The young fellows were looking at each other surprised, saying voicelessly that the Divine Fighting Technique was of invaluable significance to every bloodline warrior family.

It was said that Latent Thunder was a very special fighting technique, which was picky on the warriors for practicing. But for some unknown reasons, the creator of this fighting technique disappeared all of a sudden, where even his disciples weren’t given the opportunity to learn this special skill. By then, this fighting technique was lost, only for the legend to pass on.

Once upon a time, an ordinary warrior with warrior soul power who hadn’t reached the saint-level used this fighting technique in killing a saint-leveled demon warrior. Though this warrior he himself was gravely hurt, his grand deed of killing a saint-leveled demon had aroused the attention of many.

Though this [Latent Thunder] fighting technique had become lost, the legend about him never died. Numerous warriors were sparing no efforts to find it in a bid to master this legendary Divine Fighting Technique.

“So what shall we do now?” Lucifer Lucy stared at Pam Honzi the Snake Emperor. If it proved to be the lost Divine Fighting Technique Latent Thunder, it would very likely to be released by Qian Chenyu. To quench the Level 9 Demon Slayer’s aftermath, the Snake Emperor was the only qualified one among them.

Pam Honzi looked at Qian Jin with a sullen face. How should he deal with this panting and bleeding boy? To quell the warrior power? How? It was the Divine Fighting Technique Latent Thunder! He might be of help if it was an ordinary fighting technique, instead of a saint-level one. If he recklessly tried to quell it while having not gone through the warrior power sequencing of such fighting technique…

He might cause the warrior power to rush through disorderly and fervently, which might put an earlier end to Qian Jin’s life. It was said that the Demon Warrior died because of the blind and forced opening of Latent Thunder’s warrior power sequence.

“The Ancient Desert Sea.” Duren Burg squeezed his head into the carriage, “let’s go to the Ancient Desert Sea to bury him.”

A light flashed by Fanta Kunge and Cech Flet’s eyes. That was to the point. Now that the Snake Emperor had nothing to do with Qian Jin, the only way for them might be marching for the Ancient Desert Sea. Last time when Qian Jin was hurt severely, he buried himself in the sand, indicating that he was not afraid of the high temperature.

“Why not go to my family…”Pam Honzi showed a rarely-seen balking look on his face, “after all we the Pam Family have many advanced pharmacists and mystic pharmacists…”

“My uncle…” Duren Burg made another try in squeezing his head into the carriage, “if the advanced pharmacists and mystic pharmacists work, Qian Jin would have already found the problems and started a treatment. He himself hasn’t found a way, how could we rely on the useless pharmacists in your family?”

Useless? Pam Honzi was shocked and then showed a bitter smile. Who dared call the advanced pharmacists and mystic pharmacists useless? The answer might point to this small team of Qian Jin and the top pharmacists and mystic pharmacists in the Union of Pharmacists and Mystic Pharmacists.

Now that Qian Jin was incapable of curing himself, on what grounds could they count on the useless pharmacists of the Pam Family? After dwelling on this, Pam Honzi shook his head slightly. They weren’t allowed enough time to go to the Pam Family and even if they could arrive there in time, the several unskilled pharmacists might not be able to save Qian Jin’s life.

It was said the saint-leveled Demon Warrior was highly cared for by the Demon King then, who dispatched a team of advanced pharmacists and mystic pharmacists of the Lucifer Royal Family, as well several runemasters. Yet no miracle occurred to the severely injured Demon Warrior.

Undoubtedly, the Pam Family possessed overwhelming influence, but compared to the Lucifer Royal Family of the Demons, they definitely lacked in pharmacists and advanced pharmacists.

Whoops. For the first time in life, Pam Honzi, this majestic Hydra Bloodline Warrior felt hopeless. He who had come close to the ultimate awakening by opening up and breaking through one of the numerous locks. But in the face of this unknown divine warrior power, he had nothing to do.

“Qian Jin will die if we go to the Ancient Desert Sea…” The generally caring pupils of Pam Honzi were now stained by the typical snake-like cold look. “Even if the Qian Family saves Qian Chenyu’s life, I will try to kill him. I do hope he hasn’t mastered the fighting technique of Latent Thunder. I do hope it isn’t the Latent Thunder…”

“Yes, it is Latent Thunder.” Lying on the bed, feebly, Qian Chenyu looked to Qian Wuqing who wore a cold look, “My son, do you still hate me?”

“Yes, I hate you still. I don’t care about the so-called Latent Thunder…your deed today makes me ashamed.” Standing in front of the bed, Qian Wuqing gazed at his jellyfish father Qian Chenyu with a cold look. Did he feel ashamed of his father’s behavior today, which degraded his standing in the Qian Family?

“Ashamed?” Qian Chenyu wore a nonchalant smile on his face. “My son, you haven’t ever fought with Qian Jin and you don’t understand how strong he is. I have the feeling that his strength isn’t faked by Pam Honzi, but a display of his true power. Do you think you can defeat him?”

Qian Wuqing looked at Qian Chenyu blankly, wondering whether he would win or not. Qian Jin had just defeated a Level 9 Demon Slayer to win the final victory.

“Qian Wutian is very likely to rise as a master of Heavenly Awakening in the future. At least.” Qian Chenyu said faintly, “and no one will care if he was once defeated by Qian Jin. There will be no damage to his fame even if he doesn’t get back at Qian Jin.”
