Chapter 276

Chapter 276: Complete Warrior Heart

Sand Pythons were among the top of all snakes, while hydras were even superior and existed only in legends. The encounter of these two supreme species was very likely to awaken the bloodline power.

“Is this to say…?” Qian Jin firmly clenched his fists. He used to think that it was no easy task for Duren Burg to enter the awakening altar of the Hydra Bloodline Family even if he suppressed the awakening unless he abandoned the family name of Duren and embraced that of the Hydra Bloodline Family.

Now as long as Qian Jin procured this marvelous water…he might be able to make this deal with the Hydra Bloodline Family.

Qian Jin looked up to the sky and uttered a long sigh. No bloodline family would set a limit on the number of their members who had successfully awakened the bloodline power. After all the majority of the members would fail the awakening. Those who managed the bloodline power awakening were scarce.

“Master, could we conduct another eye transplant surgery today?”

Eulalia looked Qian Jin through in great doubt, wondering what was wrong with this boy today. “Why did he suddenly become so interested in the eye transplant operation today?”

“Alright.” Eulalia pointed to the test bed, “Today you will be the one doing the operation while I stand by you and correct your mistakes if any occurs.”

Six hours elapsed. The eye transplant operation was much more exhausting than Qian Jin had expected. He sat on the ground, totally exhausted from the operation which was just as tormenting as soaking in the medicine vat, if not more.

“Okay. Today is the day you stayed here the longest.” Eulalia waved her hand. “Move to another place to study. You have wasted a lot of my research time.”

Qian Jin propped himself on the ground and made a solemn bow at Eulalia. All these teachers talked in a ruthless way, but they all instructed Qian Jin as earnestly as they could which made him feel sincerely warm and cozy inside.

Walking out of the room, Qian Jin flung his neck and felt lucky to have conducted the operation under Eulalia’s instruction which made him realize his mistakes. If he had performed the eye transplant operation on Cech Flet, this handsome demon warrior might have become a Demon Cyclops in the future.

“One thing.” Eulalia leaned her head out of the door and looked at Qian Jin’s back, “This eye transplant operation is not perfect, at least at the present stage. You mentioned just now during the operation that the one you wanted to perform on had a pair of special eyes which released peculiar hot flame. After you perform this operation on that person, you need to inform them that they need to reduce the number of times they use the eye. After the eyes have been switched with someone else’s if used frequently during a certain period of time…”

“They will become blind.”

Qian Jin felt a chill; if he hadn’t known that the eye transplant operation of the Demon Eye of Destruction carried this danger. In this way, he had to explain the danger clearly to Cech Flet. However, he bet Cech Flet would still insist on taking the operation. As a demon who was willing to sacrifice his life, would he worry about losing an eye?

Stepping into the old blacksmith’s shop again, Qian Jin saw Blake’s face carved with wrinkles and a pair of eyes looking totally different from the past. Today, Uncle Blake’s eyes looked as sharp as swords pricking deep into the ones who came across him. It seemed no secret could be hidden under the gaze of this pair of eyes.

“Warrior Heart?” Blake wore an extremely puzzled and inquisitive look. “How could you have the Warrior Heart now given your present power, which isn’t strong enough?”

Warrior Heart? Qian Jin curled his lips. It was not his first time hearing this name today, neither the first time someone else had said that he couldn’t have possessed the so-called Warrior Heart under his present condition. But the truth was that he did have it now.

“Oh…” Blake slowly nodded. “This is an incomplete warrior heart, or in other words, a premature Warrior Heart.”

Premature? Qian Jin found that Uncle Blake was more accurate than Fanta Kunge in this aspect as Blake was able to tell that the Warrior Heart was premature and incomplete.

“Do you know what the Warrior Heart is?” Blake looked directly at Qian Jin’s eyes.

“Warrior Heart…” Qian Jin stopped for a while and pointed to his chest. “The center of the Warrior Power and could gather the energy surrounding a person.”

Blake turned away, slowly walked back to the corner of the wall, and started smoking his pipe. “This is your understanding of the Warrior-Heart? So you know nothing about it. Go to Enlak’s for the answer.”

Enlak’s Warrior Power House? Qian Jin looked at Blake in great surprise. He remembered that not long ago he was stopped from entering the Enlak’s Warrior Energy House again until he truly mastered the fighting technique.

“Dear uncle, I understand why you forbid me from going there the other day.”

Qian Jin directly sat down in front of Blake. He recalled the other day when he was fighting with Qian Wutian, the Elf-King Bloodline Warrior. This guy suddenly performed the strike of an advanced fighting technique using his sword while his body’s actions displayed another advanced fighting technique. Besides, the palms he hid around the waist were carrying some other advanced fighting technique. Even the light that flashed from his eyes was the embodiment of an advanced fighting technique which was destructive to one’s consciousness.

Although Qian Wutian used a total of four advanced fighting techniques which produced a seemingly compelling ambiance, Qian Jin was sure that as long as he integrated the Seven Strikes of Blood Combat Strikes into one, he could chop Qian Wutian with just one move given that he was at par with this enemy in strength.

It was not hard to learn a certain fighting technique, yet to fully master it and activate it might be a heavy task. Learning and mastering were totally different.

Enlak’s Warrior Power House was a great place. One might learn more excellent fighting techniques if he or she insisted on challenging the warriors there every day. Yet the problem was that if you hadn’t truly mastered the essence of a technique, it wouldn’t be much help in a real life-or-death battle.

“You are in possession of a Warrior Heart now, but you don’t know what Warrior Heart Awareness is.” Blake waved his hand in silence, lowered his head, and continued smoking the pipe.

Warrior Heart? Warrior Heart Awareness? Qian Jin walked out of the blacksmith’s shop confused. Fanta Kunge had also once mentioned Warrior Heart and Warrior Heart Awareness, yet he didn’t clearly distinguish these two, saying that the latter could help someone control the power and energy around the area.

Enlak’s Warrior Power House wasn’t located in a notable place on the street, and his place was no larger than Eulalia’s Mystic Potion Shop.

Qian Jin gently pushed the door open and saw Enlak sitting in the middle of the hall. Having not seen Enlak for long, Qian Jin was able to tell with the growth of his own power that this man really carried immense power. Although Fabreidis had reached the Saint Level; when compared with Enlak, Qian Jin had the instinct that the latter was the stronger.

“Blake has eventually approved you for coming here.” Enlak patted the mat beside him. “If you are not in a hurry for acquiring techniques, how about sitting down and having a chat with me?”

The mat felt very comfortable. Qian Jin shifted his posture several times but still couldn’t tell what it was made of that provided it a highly elastic. It didn’t look like the so-called sofa of the royal Zence family, nor the cotton mats of ordinary households.

“Warrior Heart? Incomplete Warrior Heart?” Enlak looked Qian Jin up and down in surprise. “I know why Blake allowed you to come here.”

“Uncle Blake urged me to ask you about the Warrior Heart Awareness.”

“You don’t know what Warrior Heart Awareness is?” The puzzled look of Enlak changed into sheer surprise as if a man walking amid the night’s darkness suddenly saw an undead creature. He looked at Qian Jin and asked, “Since you don’t know what Warrior Heart Awareness is, how did you create your Warrior Heart?”

“This…” Qian Jin scratched his head and thought about how to explain it to Enlak. “I fought with a strong person. He performed a strike which broke my hands. But strangely, his warrior power that penetrated into my body didn’t surge here and there. Instead, it instantly formed something like a chain, connecting and locking my warrior reservoirs, warrior power, and energy connections.”

Enlak uttered a sneer amidst the surprised look in his eyes, “Heaven Earth Warrior Heart Lock? The one who fought with you was stronger than you by leaps and bounds? What a stupid donkey he was to have used the Heaven Earth Warrior Heart Lock. If I was him, I would directly send you to death with one move. For what should I behave in a graceful manner? The fight between a foolish warrior and a warrior was a race of power and life. The so-called heroic demeanor? It would only benefit the enemy and endanger oneself. Stupid donkey. Stupid to the core.”

Qian Jin looked at Enlak with embarrassment. As mentioned by the traveling poets, the supreme masters would always behave with a generous and graceful demeanor. But when you really run into a Supreme-level enemy, you would find that none of them would behave benevolently and allow for you to go back to strengthen yourself for a future counterattack.

Both Fabreidis and Enlak despised the silly graceful demeanor possessed by supreme masters. You could treat your enemy benevolently and let him go for further practice, but he might not treat you the same way upon his return for revenge.

Qian Jin frowned slightly. In fact, Qian Zhanxuan didn’t buy the so-called generous demeanor either. He allowed for this two months’ time in an attempt to urge younger descendants of the Qian Family to fight with Qian Jin, believing that the Heaven Earth Warrior Heart Lock couldn’t be broken through by Qian Jin during this time span.

Compared to Enlak’s outspoken cruelty, Qian Zhanxuan’s behavior seemed more sinister. Reflecting on this, Qian Jin lightly shook his head. Qian Zhanxuan couldn’t have become the leader of Qian Family if he was just rich in power instead of insidious schemes, as he was not the only one among all Elf-king Bloodline Warriors who had reached the Heavenly Awakening.

“He is not close to you, right?” Seeing the affirmative look of Qian Jin, Enlak burst out laughing. “That’s it. If he discovered your actual combat abilities other than your warrior power, he would kill you immediately instead of allowing you to survive to see another day.”

Qian Jin nodded his head softly. The moment he saw Qian Zhanxuan, he sensed the man’s strong murderous intent hidden behind his robust figure. The leader of Qian Family didn’t put him to death due to the consideration of waiting for the young generations of Qian Family take the revenge on their own.
