Chapter 108: The secret agent of the terrorist!

Chapter 108: The secret agent of the terrorist!

The red-haired turned to the crowd, staring right at them with his fiery gaze, and then said in a powerful and guilt-free voice, “I’ve used my special power to inspect him. There’s nothing notable or mysterious on his body. Furthermore, I have also confirmed that he is in the tenth level of the magical realm as I haven’t detected a single opened energy channel in his body. That proves that he had defeated those a realm above him all by himself, without the assistance of any artifacts!”

An instant after the man said those words, the crowd started murmuring. One could see the instructors, students, and the powerful magicians in the crowd talking with their friends and relatives while pointing their fingers and eyes at Elliot.

Elliot stood at his spot in silence, taking in the chatters. He managed to make out what most of the people were saying and found out that the man’s words came as a shock to many since they secretly believed that he was cheating. After listening to the words of the man, however, they couldn’t help but accept that he is powerful enough to defeat those a realm above him easily.

Yet, those who were against him, those who didn’t like him as well as those who wanted to refuse the reality right in front of their eyes, stood up in opposition.

Before any one of them could speak, a magic grandmaster wearing a blue clock pointed out, “Elder Magician, I am not trying to be disrespectful. Forgive me if you find me impolite. I want to start by saying that that boy was the weakest magician just a month ago! How is it possible for him to grow so strong in merely a month? Elder Magician, I saw you taking his side before any of this. Maybe he is your relative, and you’re lying to hide the truth.”

Everyone looked excited, looking forward to seeing what the red-haired would do. Elliot looked at the magic grandmaster with an inquiring gaze, wondering when he have offended this bastard. As he used his godly eye to see through the blue-clocked magic grandmaster, he realized that that person is a serpentine devil!

“Holy shit, they had even infiltrated the academy!” Elliot cursed inside his mind as his eyes widened for a brief moment before he controlled all his emotions, not letting anyone see a single change in his expression.

The red-haired man, on the other hand, glanced at the magic grandmaster, showed him a smile, then said in a joyful voice, “Good! Good! Your tongue sure is sly. Twisting truth from facts and even daring to accuse me of lying. That just warranted you the death penalty. It’s been a long time since I last killed someone, and you just had to go outside your way and make me want to kill once again. Good job! Say hi to Yama for me!”

Immediately after, redness crept out of his eyes and wafted towards the top of his head before turning into an arrow.

“Elder magician, wait, wait!”

“I show no mercy to those who get on my nerves.”

While the magic grandmaster was begging for his life, the red-haired man flicked the sleeves of his red robes, and the arrow shoot towards the magic grandmaster.

“Fuck, this crazy bastard!” The Magic Grandmaster’s eyes widened as it could feel a tremendous pressure coming out from the arrow. If it hits, then I would die, he thought. To live to see another day, the magic grandmaster turned around and made a run for it, pushing magic energy outside of his body and taking it to the skies, showing the onlookers that those in the magic grandmaster stage can fly.

He went high up in the skies, passing by some clouds before charging towards the northern direction. However, he only managed to travel for a few meters before the arrow struck his back, penetrated his body, and branched out of his heart.

The magic grandmaster’s energy flow was disturbed due to the threatening amount of damage he just suffered. He lost control and wasn’t able to pour out enough magic energy from his body to propel himself upwards. Thus, he fell from the skies, plunging straight at the red-haired man.

Just when the magic Grandmaster was about to crash on top of the red-haired man’s head, he gracefully took a step back, almost as if he had all the time in the world to deal with him. Before the feet of the magic grandmaster could touch the ground, the red-haired man raised one of his hands and grasped his neck, holding it extremely tightly.

“Please, spare me.” The Magic Grandmaster said through gritted teeth, finding it impossible to breathe.

The red-haired man mercilessly looked at the eyes of the man that were threatening to pop out of their sockets. Suddenly, the grasps on his neck were loosened, and the grandmaster dropped on his butt, greedily breathing in the air since his life depended on it.

“Thanks for showing me mercy!” The magic grandmaster said as blood trickled out of the hole in his back and his chest.

“You vitality sure is great, scum of the Serpentine devils.” The Red-Haired magician said in a low voice, hearable only by the magic grandmaster, Elliot, Headmaster Gerald, and three more people who he considered important.

When those words fell on the ears of the magic grandmaster, his eyes widened, and he blurted out, “Y-You! How did you know?!”

“Didn’t you noticed? Your eyes are redder than ruby and slanted like a snake.”

“Your pupils are vertical like that of a reptilian and your eyes are red. Your pupils are vertical like that of a reptilian, and your eyes are red. To add on, your vitality is overly suspicious. A normal magic grandmaster would’ve died by now. You exposed yourself.”

The most common trademarks of serpentine devils are their red eyes, vertical pupils, and the vitality that doesn’t let them from injuries that could kill magicians. The moment the Grandmaster got severally injured by his arrow, the demonic vitality he had suppressed inside of his energy channels to hide his origins and infiltrate the Academy for some insidious purpose surged out.

The demonic energy permeated his body to heal him and keep him alive. But it also changed the color and shape of his eyes. The moment the serpentine devils use their demonic powers, their eyes change shape and color without a doubt.

Basically, the magic grandmaster had given himself away unintentionally.

“Goddamn, my eyes.” The Magic Grandmaster cursed as he instantly closed shut his eye so that others won’t find him suspicious. Then, he used his ability to somehow break free and escape. After all, it was now flight or flight.

Before his supernatural power could even take shape, the red-haired man shattered the bones of his arm with a single squeeze of his eyes.

“Ugh!’

The serpentine devil felt a pain so immense that his supernatural cells stopped absorbing magic energy, which led to the dissipation of the elemental attack that was manifesting in thin air.

“May you suffer in hell!” The red-haired man said before slapping the terrorist who had somehow infiltrated even the academy.
