Almighty Summoner System

The Demon Mushroom was the height of Ban's waist. Its body was as thick as five adult people combined. Its color was that of a deep black, with red spots all over it as if it was its pores. 

There were two eerie dark blue eyes at the top of its cup, while its gills seemed to be that of a wide gaping mouth. 

Ban was already aware of its appearance beforehand but seeing it in person was truly frightening to say the least. He had eaten plenty of mushrooms and Beasts before but he would surely not eat something like this Demon Mushroom at all. It does not look appealing, and its body was also made of miasma. 

When Ban arrived at the 1 meter distance earlier, he had already activated the Echo Hearing Skill in an instant. 

He might have reinforced himself with the Reinforce Skill but he would surely not be arrogant enough to take a Lord Grade and E-Elite Rank's attack head on. 

Though, he was also not planning to get attacked at all. 

He planned to attack it, the moment it made any movement. 

And mere seconds later, the Demon Mushroom could no longer wait, as it started to move just as Ban had expected. 

In the eyes of the Demon Mushroom, Ban was looking down at this moment so it was the perfect opportunity to attack him. What it didn't know was that Ban was perfectly aware of its movements the entire time due to the Echo Hearing Skill. 

And the moment the Demon Mushroom made even the slightest movement, the vibrations on the air traveled and were immediately processed by his brain. 

At the same time the Demon Mushroom attacked, Ban also moved, not daring to take its attack head on. 

One might expect for him to evade, but Ban did not do such a thing. It might be the perfect opportunity for the Demon Mushroom to attack, but it was also the same for him. 

His hands that have always been on his back this entire time pulled the dagger almost instantly. The dagger's movement did not stop and it went to slash towards the Demon Mushroom.

The gill of the mushroom, which acted like its mouth was cut as if it were paper. A wound appeared on its gill, causing a deep violet blood to emerge, dying the dagger the same color. 

Seeing that the prey actually counterattacked and even injured it, the Demon Mushroom was taken aback, but the next moment, it became enraged to such impudent acts. 

It shrieked loudly before its body started to convulse. 

The Echo Hearing was still activated at this moment, but fortunately, the System interfered and did not allow such a high pitch voice be directed to his mind. 

Ban knew that such convulsion from the Demon Mushroom signifies using a Skill so he also used one of his own to interrupt it. 

Fist Penetration!

The dagger was still on his hand but he still used the Fist Penetration and struck towards the Demon Mushroom. 

The Fist Penetration was casted in an instant, and instead of a fist, what arrived on the Demon Mushroom's body was the Poisonous Butterfly Dagger instead. 

The Demon Mushroom shrieked yet again but it was no longer due to its anger but now due to pain brought upon by the dagger. 

It gritted its 'teeth' and continued to cast its Skill, the Miasma Roots. 

However, Ban was still composed at this moment and proceeded to attack for the second time. Though it was just a normal attack, it still dealt quite a damage to the Demon Mushroom's stalk. 

Right as the Miasma Root was activated, Ban summoned Eva and Tria at the same time, startling the Demon Mushroom even more. 

Instead of attacking the Demon Mushroom, Eva and Tria instead went towards each of Ban's shoulders. 

They attached their legs towards them, and started flapping their wings rapidly, slowly lifting him up. 

The two flap their wings continuously, until Ban's body was finally lifted above the ground for almost 7 meters in an instant.

At the same time, following below them was a set of thunder-like black roots, trying to pierce them. In fact, the root did not only come from the ground Ban was standing earlier but it also came from the same tree that the Demon Mushroom latched itself into. 

Ban heaved a sigh of relief seeing that the Miasma Root did not manage to hit him. 

The next moment, the thunder-like black roots slowly retreated to the ground. 

Seeing that, Ban also ordered them to drop him to the ground at the same time. 

On the other hand, after Eva let go of his shoulder, she immediately flew straight towards the Demon Mushroom intending to attack it. 

Vital Punch!

She used the Vital Punch Skill, intending to punch the cap of the Demon Mushroom flatly. 

Boom!

However, right at the moment her fists landed, the Demon Mushroom had already jumped away, evading her strike completely. 

The tree it latched into earlier was badly damaged, not only because of Eva's attack but was also due to the fact that it was weakened after hosting the Demon Mushroom for too long. 

Ban was not surprised that the Demon Mushroom now. It was the Miasma Root that allowed it to attach into a tree earlier, making it unable to move. But now that it already released the Skill, it could now move and attack in any direction unlike earlier. 

It was already badly injured by him so Ban was no longer worried of them failing to deal with this Demon Mushroom. 

After it landed after evading Eva's strike, the Demon Mushroom did not waste even a second and immediately struck Eva back. 

Eva was hit by its cap, making her body fly backwards in extreme speed. She flapped her wings rapidly to avoid the trees that were on her way, before perfectly landing a moment later. 

After it struck Eva, the Demon Mushroom looked up and realized that Tria was out of range, so it instead gathered its attention to Ban yet again.

Hate was apparent to its eyes as it stared at Ban, and in an instant, it struck again with its cap. 

Ban did not evade this time and just equipped the Noble Moth Cloak silently. The cap hit the Noble Moth Cloak but his body was still sent backwards due to the sheer force the Lord Grade E-Elite Rank Demon Mushroom had. 

Seeing that Eva and Ban were already sent away, while Tria was way out of range, the Demon Mushroom thought it was the perfect opportunity to use its trump card. 

Miasma Shower!
