Almighty Summoner System

Eva opened her eyes and stared at Ban who was also staring at her at this moment. 

At this time, Eva has already unknowingly transformed back to her base form, but if she want to transform again, she would be able to last longer than yesterday, 

She smiled at Ban and immediately jumped towards his head, the second comfortable spot she marked after his shoulder. She settled and lay there while closing her round eyes as if she was going to sleep. 

However, Ban knew that she wasn't going to. She only did that for her own comfort. 

Ban smiled and patted her head lightly. She worked hard for the entire night so she at least deserves this pat. 

When Ban scanned her using the same technique the System has given to him, he realized that her tiny Beast Core has now been fortified. Her foundation was now more or less set for her current rank, and the next time she cultivated, it would be directed to nourishing and filling her Core with the refined essence. 

In fact, her Core already has a tiny bit of essence. Though just like Ban, it was negligible. 

In order for her to reach the next rank, she would need to fill her Core with refined essence. After the core is filled to the brim, she can then use this essence to nourish her body in one go and break through to the next rank. 

Of course, during this time, some bits of essence would also circulate and cycle her body to nourish it along the way. Just like the Core, her body needs to have a stable foundation. 

In fact, Ban's situation was also like this. However, due to him already having a solid body foundation from the start, he did not notice anything out of ordinary and could not feel anything when he was ranking up. 

Of course, this could also be attributed to the fact that he did not rank up normally from the previous too. The first time he became an X-Mortal was when he obtained Eva. When he ranked up to the F-Apprentice it was also due to Eva's title. Unlike the third time in which it was on his own effort that he broke through to the E-Elite Rank, the previous two instances were as easy as pie. 

Ban allowed Eva to rest and gazed at Tria who was still cultivating diligently. Although 'expression' could not be seen on her face, due to their connection, Ban was able to feel how serious she was. 

He did not disturbed her yet and instead proceeded to cook their breakfast. He cooked a lot, even more than what he cooked yesterday. This time, he prepared two dishes, one dish was grilled pork for Tria, while the other was vegetable dish for both him and Eva. Of course, he cooked some extra, lest Eva or Tria would want to try another dish. 

He also took two bottles of that drink soda from the Dimensional Storage Ring provided by grandpa Kuys. There was a whole jar of it along with the water supplies and other drinkable goods. 

It seems that grandpa Kuys really went overboard in preparing all of this for him. Ban no longer knew just how much Gold Coins grandpa Kuys used to buy all of these. 

Ban's heart warmed at the thought of it. Grandpa Kuys truly cared for him. 

After the two dishes were cooked, Ban woke up Tria with a light nudge. Her eyes went bright indicating that she was already awake. 

Ban caressed her head which she seemed to enjoy just like how Eva enjoyed it. But Ban felt a little strange as unlike Eva who has a soft face, hers was a little hard. 

Anyways, Ban set aside those little details as they started to eat breakfast. 

After a little bit of rest after eating, Ban moved the rock he used to cover the entrance aside as they emerged from within. 

Although the sun was already up, due to the huge and towering trees of the Death Swamp, light could not pass through that much. Nevertheless, it was enough to illuminate the surroundings, enough for the creatures under them to know that the sun was already up. 

Before they went out, Ban already planned where they would go for the rest of the day. There was no time for delay so all of his actions must be properly organized. 

With Tria's help this time, they should be able to arrive at their target location faster. 

However, before he could order Tria to transform, Eva suddenly requested something that he did not consider before. 

After some signs and grr grr sound, Ban finally understood what she wanted. 

She said that she no longer wanted to sit idle at the top of Ban's head, and instead wanted to cultivate on the way to their target. She wanted to rank up as soon as possible so instead of just wasting time while traveling, she requested Ban to allow her to cultivate with another Beast Core. 

Ban was surprised by her request as he also did not consider this before. And when he thought of it, it was truly wasteful if she did not use the time to cultivate. She was not a mount-type Beast anyways and Tria was already there to handle their travel. 

However, Ban actually shook his head a while. He thought that it was impossible. 

In order to cultivate, they need to meditate and concentrate all the time. Cultivating was just not possible while they were moving. 

However, Eva after hearing his reason, Eva suddenly pointed two of her hands towards Ban's chest. 

When Ban realized what she was pointing at, he suddenly smacked his forehead forgetting about it. 

It was the Beast Tattoo. 

Unlike the Dimensional Storage where time was stopped, the Beast Tattoo functioned like another world. 

The Beast he stored there can move freely, and hence, it was only normal that they could cultivate there. And since the Beast Tattoo was another 'world' of its own, the state inside will not be affected by what he was doing outside. 

Even if he was in an intense battle, the world inside his Beast Tattoo will still be normal, not being affected by the commotion outside. 

Thinking about it, Ban no longer wasted any time as he stored Eva inside along with one F-Apprentice Beast Core for her to absorb and cultivate with.
