Almighty Summoner System

Seeing that Kuys had gone silent, Ban became worried that he might suspect him of being a member of a Dark Guild. 

After all, he also knew that reaching the F-Apprentice Rank within a week was a terrifying feat. The only reason he revealed it now was that Ban was also afraid that if Kuys found out about it from the others, and not from Ban's own mouth, he might get mad and suspect him again for being part of the Dark Guild and that the battle from earlier was only a ploy.

It was already getting late so after they rained down Ban with some praises, Kuys told them to let the Server Monkey get a proper rest and to also change their attires upstairs that now has some blood stains on some parts. 

He then told them to come back downstairs so that they could eat their dinner. 

The two did not object and Kuys immediately sent them upstairs with a smile on his face. 

However, the moment Ban and Emilia's figure disappeared in Kuys' view, the smile on his face instantly vanished. 

His two brows knitted together as the temperature of the first floor of the Kuys' Bar suddenly rose to another level. 

The customers present during this time felt the sudden change in temperature. A suffocating feeling arose in their heart the longer they stayed inside. In the end, as they could no longer bear it, the customers started to leave one by one while sweating bullets.

At this time, only a handful of the customers are left.

After them, the remaining customers, as well as the other waitresses also put on their black and green mask before moving out of the Kuys Bar one after another.

The first floor became even quieter. However, the same could not be said for the situation of Eagle City. 

The night was still young. There was still plenty of time to kill before the next sun arose. 

The enemy had already been investigated when Ban mentioned it to Kuys before. His force was only waiting for the right moment to attack. 

After the investigation, he ordered two of them to guard Ban and Emilia in the shadows. He also ordered them not to interfere as long as their lives were not in imminent danger.

The moment the two masked individuals disappeared earlier. They immediately informed the others about their plan.

A smile surfaced on his face before he stood up and moved towards an empty alley. Just like the others, he wore the green and black mask before disappearing like smoke. 

The same scenario could be seen playing around the Eagle City. All of them only have two things in common, one they are at least E-Elite Rank, two, they wore a green and black mask of a smiling panda. 

Deep in the Black Market, Mr. Nian gazed at one direction and said, "They're moving already, huh!"

Walking upstairs, Ban and Emilia did not know that all of the customers and the waitress had already left.

The moment they disappeared from Kuys' eyes, Ban instantly reached to hold her hand, startling her a bit. 

Ban was truly bold. 

However, Emilia did not reject it and even held his hand tightly as they ascended upstairs. 

The two of them did not talk but their feelings are mutual.

Ban escorted her all the way to her room and even helped her settle the Server Monkey on its own bed. 

After that, Ban suddenly stopped a kiss on her cheek, which made her blush. 

"Now, we're even," Ban smiled before walking upstairs, towards his attic. 

When Ban left, Emilia suddenly dropped to her bed while covering her face. 

She might have acted cool and restrained earlier but her true feelings erupted like a volcano at the moment. 

She took her pillow and smashed it into the bed quite hard. No one could explain how happy she was at the moment. Although their journey earlier had some accidents, for her, all that mattered was that she had already somehow confessed her feelings to Ban. 

Kuys knew of her crush towards Ban long ago, hence the reason for his action of always shipping them. Kuys only wanted to help her. 

She always looked at Ban from afar, ever since he arrived two years ago. She was only a fifteen years old girl back then while Ban was only thirteen. 

She acted shy around others but when no one was looking, she would always turn her head towards Ban. 

Her heart trembled as she continued to smash and punch the pillow around due to her excitement. 

It was only a while later that she calmed down. She stood up and went to the shower to clean herself. When she returned, she would find herself struck on her drawer, seemingly searching for a nice dress to impress Ban.
