[Daily Mission Failed! 

Administering Punishment, A Big Surprise in 3… 2… 1…] 

Ban's eyes immediately widened upon seeing that System screen. 

He completely forgot about the easy Daily Mission that he can complete at any given time. 

A foreboding feeling rose inside of him as the Systems started the countdown without any mercy. 

The moment the countdown reached the number '1', Ban felt his body being forcefully sucked away. 

A moment later, a black hole suddenly appeared behind his back. The black hole sucked his body away and it completely disappeared the next second as if nothing had happened.

Eva felt the Perfect Harmony being cut off but strangely enough, she did not feel Ban being sucked away by the black hole that had appeared and disappeared like a bubble. She continued to cultivate the next second, fully unaware that Ban was no longer beside her. 

Meanwhile, after being sucked away by the black hole, Ban's body has been falling for a few seconds already. 

Just when he thought that there was no end to this falling, he suddenly saw a piece of land below him. His eyes widened in shock as he didn't know how to survive this fall at all. 

He tried accessing the Dimensional Storage as well as the Beast Tattoo but it looks like they don't work here, almost like they weren't with him in the first place. 

Ahhhhh!

The piece of land was getting nearer, Ban could only close his eyes as he crossed his arms in front of his chest, trying to lessen the impact of the fall. 

Splash! 

However, he was surprised the next moment as instead of feeling the pain from the fall, he instead felt a liquid clashing on his body, almost like it was water instead of land that he landed on. 

He opened his eyes the next moment and strangely enough, he was actually still on a piece of land, but unlike before where he was free-falling, he was now standing on the piece of land with his two feet. 

Ban calmed his turbulent emotions as he started surveying his surroundings immediately. 

The land was actually bigger than he initially thought when he was still free-falling. 

He was surrounded by a huge plot of land that seems to have no ending. At least he could not see it.

"System, where am I?" Ban inquired after he confirmed that he was now on an unfamiliar land. 

However, instead of answering him, the System instead showed him a different System screen. 

[Survive until the punishment duration ends!

11 hours and 59 minutes remaining until the punishment ends.

Seeing that, Ban immediately became alert. He looked around him and unfortunately, he was not able to spot any weapon around that could help him. 

He doesn't know what kind of Beast he would be facing to survive, but as long as they are low-ranking ones, he thought that surviving would be possible. 

This was his punishment for neglecting the Daily Mission. He did not grumble about it as even he was annoyed with himself for letting go of that easy opportunity to gain a free item from the System. 

Twelve hours seems too long but Ban doesn't know what he will be facing yet. 

And the next moment, as if sensing Ban's eagerness to face the challenge, a centipede as big as the Century Centipede suddenly appeared out of thin air not far away from him. 

His expression stiffened and without thinking too much about it, he immediately turned around and ran in the opposite direction.

The same message appeared in front of his eyes as System messages when he tried scanning that centipede's information. 

The centipede was out of his league. If that's what he will be facing, forget about surviving for 12 hrs, even surviving for a few minutes would be hard. 

He did not think anymore as he immediately turned around and ran as fast as he could. 

He fully exhibited a speed incomparable to before when he and Eva were trying to complete the Daily Mission. It was clear that Ban no longer held back this time as his life now depended on it. The faster he runs, the higher his chances of surviving.

The centipede noticed a small dot running away from it. It harrumphs loudly like a human before it turns around in the opposite direction, clearly not interested in pursuing a small dot. The centipede was not bored enough to do that. 

Ban saw that in the corner of his eyes. 

However, instead of rejoicing, he instead felt even more wronged as another gigantic entity appeared in his line of sight the next moment. He did not waste any more time as he immediately made a sharp turn to avoid the gigantic mouth of what seemed to be a toad waiting for its prey to enter its mouth. 

An hour had passed in the blink of an eye and yet Ban still did not stop running. He turned his head to the side only to see a massive three-headed dog consuming a huge violet insect that looks like a mantis. 

Unlike before, Ban was no longer as panicky. He realized that the gigantic and powerful beast around doesn't seem to take an interest in him. Almost like they aren't willing to waste their time on an insignificant insect like him. 

However, instead of feeling happy, he instead felt the opposite. He felt that something was missing that this gigantic beast was not trying to pursue and kill him just like what he initially thought. 

He grumbled as he felt being ignored by them was worse than being pursued by them. 

Of course, he did not try to provoke them deliberately. Although it was strange that they were not attacking him, he still wants to live another day so provoking them was really not an option. 

Although they weren't trying to attack him, he still felt that he should get away from this place as soon as possible. Who knows if they might start rampaging the next moment and he might end up being caught by them. 

As if strolling in a zoo, Ban passed by gigantic beast after gigantic beast. He even witnessed two of them fighting and he couldn't help but be amazed by their performance, although he could not see most of it due to their speed, he still felt the shockwaves from the distance, making his heart tremble in fear and excitement. 

It was a rare opportunity to be given this kind of treatment, he even wondered if this was really a punishment. As things were going on now, it looked more like a kid being rewarded to take a look at the savage animals in the zoo.

A few hours had passed by and Ban was now very far away from where he landed earlier. There were still many gigantic beasts around him but they were no longer as gigantic as before. 

Ban saw the remaining punishment time and he now only has 5 hours left before it ends. 

Ban was now at a huge patch of grassland. He wondered just how big this island that he landed earlier with as he could still not see the end of it. 

Anyways, he no longer tried to run but instead decided to just walk normally instead. As the gigantic beast was not trying to attack him anyway, he just made use of this time to observe them from far away instead. 

Ban opened the System screen and it seems that he could still use his Skills here. 

He suddenly thought of the Blood Contractor Skill while looking at the gigantic beast not far away from him. 

"No, no, no! Don't even think about it Ban, you will die for sure!" 

He continued walking and as time passed by, the beast became smaller and smaller until they were now just the same height as Ban. Of course, they are still gigantic but compared to the ones he met earlier, they look more like a baby in his eyes now. 

He took a glance at the System screen and only three hours left before the duration ended. He was now feeling hungry but he could still endure it. 

He then wondered if the same black hole would suck him back again. He then realized a terrifying thought, 'What if it won't and I'm now stuck in this place forever?' 

He felt goosebumps all over his body upon realizing that. He continued walking ahead as he kept on thinking about the worst possible scenarios. 

Another hour had passed and Ban thought that nothing particular would happen again this time. However, that's when the System screen flashes in front of his eyes without warning. 

[Safety time has ended! 

All entities of this 'Realm' will now be hostile to you! 

Use the creatures you have tamed and summoned to defend yourself from the attacks of the other creatures.

Survive the remaining hours and you will gain a reward depending on your performance.
