Unpredictable Marriage.

"You two take care, we are going" Lady Chen said and and dragged Madam Liu with her.

If she didn't drag her out, the latter would have been tempted to take more pictures. ​​

Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei watched their mothers leave.

Then, Liu Longwei opened the car door of his black Lincoln Navigator SUV for Chen Lihua "Lihua please get in".

"Longwei, you don't need to open the car door for me because I don't fancy it, but thank you".

Chen Lihua was more afraid that she would make a mistake when addressing Liu Longwei in front if the elders so she chose to address him by his first name 'Longwei' even though she found it weird and haven't adjusted to the latest situation.

While Liu Longwei has long changed the way he addressed her during the call last night.

Liu Longwei found her weird 'which lady did not like her husband or boyfriend opening the car door for them? well, the weird lady is actually his newly married wife'.

Chen Lihua got into the car and closed the door herself while Liu Longwei shaked his head and walked to the other side of the car and sat. Closing the door, he told his Assistant in the driver sit 'Asst Duyi' to drive to the restaurant.

Asst Duyi glanced through the rearview mirror and congratulated them "Congratulations Boss, congratulations young Madam".

Hearing the greetings, Chen Lihua looked up to the rearview mirror but she couldn't see Asst Duyi's full face so she just answered "thank you" and continued looking through the window.

Liu Longwei totally ignored the greetings.

Seeing how Liu Longwei ignored him, Asst Duyi kept his face straight and drove off.

Chen Lihua used her side eye to to look at Liu Longwei without moving her head. 'Is he angry because I told him he didn't need to open the car door for me?, maybe I was rude'.

Asst Duyi felt the silence in the car was abnormal but he he didn't want to be fired for breaking the peace in the car, so he didn't say anything and kept his eyes on the road.

After struggling with herself for some minutes, Chen Lihua turned her head fully to face Liu Longwei "Longwei, look am sorry for the way I spoke earlier, I know you were only trying toake me feel comfortable but on a serious note, I rejected it because I really don't fancy it".

"why don't you fancy it?" Liu Longwei asked looking at her.

"It's because I think it's childish and meaningless and basically just for showing off. Why will a Man come out from the car and walk to the other side of the car just so he could open the door for the woman who is sitting in the same car he came out from?. Are her hands broken or is she paralyzed?. Chen Lihua asked with a serious expression on her face.

Hearing her words, Liu Longwei laughed. Even Asst Duyi could no not help but laugh as well, since trying to hold his laughter did not work.

He really wanted to ask his boss where the young Madam came from, he couldn't help but think 'The young madam is really weird'.

Liu Longwei couldn't help but say, "Lihua you are very funny. Anyway no matter what,you will have to get used to it because you are already the young mistress of the Liu family and in the future when our marriage is made public and we need to attend functions and parties together, the car would have to be opened for you by me or the chauffeur OK?, but other days you can do as you wish.

Liu Longwei's mood improved with Chen Lihua's apology.

Chen Lihua looked at the interiors of the car and couldn't help complimenting, "I really like your car, it's cool".

"Oh! thank you". Liu Longwei said

"you are welcome". Chen Lihua said and looked out of the window again.

"Do you want me to buy you a car like this?" Liu Longwei asked.

Chen Lihua turned to look at him immediately with her eyes almost budging out of her eye sockets, "What did you just say?, How can I drive this type of car?, No thank you. It's obvious that the car is higher than my status and besides it doesn't fit my profession".

Liu Longwei almost got a headache from listening to Chen Lihua, 'did this girl just say this car is above her status, does she not know that she is now Madam Liu and also the Chen's family only child and she can afford it?, let it be, it seems like she doesn't know, let her continue thinking that way so she can always rely on me'.

After having his secret thoughts, Liu Longwei still couldn't help but ask, "what do you mean by the car is higher than your status? It seems like you still don't know that you have officially become Mrs Liu". Liu Longwei said smiling mysteriously.

Chen Lihua thought, 'I know that look very well and it can't be anything good because Lady Chen gives me that face anytime she's about to do something evil to me'.

Liu Longwei continued, "The car doesn't need to fit your profession and let me just shock you, you will be the one driving this car when am away. I will get a chauffeur for you in case you find it too big to drive".

Liu Longwei purposely expanded his hands wide when he said the words 'too big' as if to show how big the car was.

"No thank you, I don't want it, am comfortable with my car?" Chen Lihua replied waving one of her hands.

"What's the name of your car if I may ask?". Liu Longwei asked.

"Ford Edge SUV". Chen Lihua replied proudly.
