Jeremy's entire face looked just like Xildas' one....

After his face had finished the transformation, Jeremy turned to look at the stupefied wounded man leaning on the wall and spoke towards the latter with a smile,

Around the vicinity of the green Crystal was a grotesque-looking spider lying motionlessly as it appeared that the creature was already dead.
