"Here they come!!"

Someone shouted out loud as he pointed to the portal that had appeared in the eastern gate of the training ground.

They were currently around a big training ground located in the center valley of the Vermillion Bird Peak which was owned by the Eternal Blossom Sect. The training ground was a big ground that could accommodate thousands of people at once. It was the perfect place to hold trainings, assessments and tournaments.

For the sake of assessment test today, a big crystal was kept in the center which was used to determine the spiritual roots of any cultivators.

This was an efficient method because it was way easier to determine the level of the new disciples and assign them cultivation method suitable for them.

"Wow, this is exciting." The crowd that had gathered whispered as they waited in anticipation for the upcoming events.

Well, since today was one of the important day for the Eternal Blossom Sect, all of the disciples had come to witness the test.

"I can't wait to see our new juniors, hehe.." A senior disciple spoke lecherously as he wiped the drool off his mouth.

"I bet all of them are pretty." He looked at his brother standing next to him. Elbowing him he added, "Brother An Lin, what do you think?"

"Hmmm??" An Lin was absentminded all the while. Hearing his name he broke out of whatever he was thinking.

"We were talking about the incoming junior sisters…" Another senior disciple named Ming Jiu answered.

"Aren't you curious as well??"

"Me….!" An Lin was thoughtful for a while. "I don't know about others but I do know about a stubborn brat who is going to join today." An Lin curled up his mouth in a smirk, his face darkening.

"A troublesome brat."

He was not easily going to forget the heart attack Le Fangling gave him by suddenly fainting on the spot.

'Heh, little junior…Just you wait till I see you again.' He gave a light sniucker as he looked forward to meet Le Fangling.

"Ehhhh??" Ming Jiu looked at his scheming face in confusion but soon his attention was drawn to the eastern gate.

While everyone was chattering, a tall figure dressed in a long dark green robe draped on her shoulder appeared out of the portal and was followed by line of other few youngsters dressed in a dull green robe of the sect.

"Ohhhh…..Elder Lin is here." He gave out a joyful shout as he gestured towards Elder Lin who came out of the portal before anyone else.

As always, half of her face was hidden by a green veil and one could only see her piercing eyes.

"She looks pretty as ever.." Ming Jiu looked at her dreamily.

"Only her eyes and I am a simp for her.." All the boy disciples of the Sect that had gathered cheered at her arrival.

Elder Lin who was walking gave a sharp turn to look at them, her hazel eyes as intimidating as ever. If eyes could kill, they would have been dead the moment she looked at them.

Being looked like that was enough to make them watch their words and attitudes.

"Greetings, Elder Lin." All of them fixed their appearance and bowed down in respect.

"Hmmm.." Elder Lin nodded her head and directly headed towards the place where all the Masters and Elders of the Sect were seated.

"Cool.." That was the only word to describe the silent and mysterious beauty who had been center of attention for the Eternal Blossom Sect.

Right after her was An Cheng, who was dressed in the robe of inner court disciple. She was the one who was leading the new juniors to this training ground.

"Sister An Cheng!!" Ming Jiu immediately removed his eyes from Elder Lin to An Cheng. Even his eyes were full of heart shape emoticons as he gazed upon the beautiful pride of the Sect.

"Hey, wipe that drool off your face." An Lin saw the lecherous gaze in his eyes and gave him a sharp pinch on his shoulder.

"Ehh, but she is gorgeous…" Ming Jiu deliriously added as he continued simping at An Cheng.

"She is my sister." An Lin gave a 'you are disgusting' look to Ming Jiu and rolled his eyes away. He directly ignored the hurt look in Ming Jiu's eyes as he was busy focusing on the girl behind his sister.

'But I am just a shameless simper! Can't I even simp if she is your sister?' is what Ming Jiu wanted to yell at An Lin but he decided to hold it for a while. He still had to savor the beauty of newest disciples today.

"The junior disciples have arrived!!!" Qiqi's friends squealed as she pressed Qiqi's hand. Her name was Tang Xin Yi and just like her name, she was filled with optimism and happiness from top to bottom.

"Hey, look at them. They remind me of us from when we were new recruits." She looked at the other person beside her and added with a wide grin.

They were all outer sect disciples, 2nd year student so they had seated themselves a little farther from the group of inner sect disciples.

"Tang Xin Yi, I also have eyes.. see, they are stuck on my skull for everyone to see." Qiqi pointed at her head and glared at her. She had been on edge since the incident yesterday and so when she was disturbed like that by Xin yi, she felt much angrier.

"Err..haha." Tang Xin yi let out an embarrassed laugh and tried to shrink herself into a small ball.

"Hah.." She let out a sigh and rolled her eyes away and looked at the place she was pointing to. Her eyes widened in horror as she saw the first person that appeared behind senior sister An Cheng.

"Le Fangling." She mumbled silently as she followed her steps with her eyes.

"Ohh, there are the male new disciples." Le Fangling saw a group of boys on the other side and exclaimed as she passed by Qiqi, unaware of her glance towards her.

"Yes, they live on the western wing." An Cheng confirmed her answer with a nod but her voice sounded somehow lost as if she had experienced something out of this world.

As soon as everyone had arrived on the ground, both male and female disciples, the Sect Leader who was meditating on his seat opened his eyes.

Standing from his seat, he walked in the center of the arena and placed his hand on the crystal removing the barrier around it.

Everyone became silent and waited in anticipation of what was going to happen next.
