THE CEO AND ME!

Chapter 193 - HE WAS HOPING FOR HER TO BE THERE...

PRECAP

"You know what I can do or capable of doing it, Madison Maria. You of all the people should know the lengths I could go if I m being denied..."

Kian spat out and Madison, although a bit scared by the fact that he knew about her affair with John.

"You would not do that!"

Madison screeched and Kian chuckled. Totally getting to know that how much she was affected by it.

"Watch me if you do not hand my wife back to me!"

"Yes, Mr Randall. Your wife had checked out on September 2nd, Monday morning."

The receptionist let out, the information and also would send him a report of her health and miscarriage later in the afternoon.

It was a mess in the study room by then. He was sitting in between the mess that he had created by himself.

Alice was scared to her shit as she saw and heard the voices, the noises coming from the study.

She did not dare to break in and check up on her master. She did not want to die just yet.

When the hospital dropped by with the reports, she very fearfully, slid the envelope through the crease of the door.

He saw it and crawled towards it, picking the file up and opening it and the words he read, were all going over his head.

"Anxiety" "Tension" "Fragile State"

And what, not medical terms as he tried to understand all of them. She was only six weeks in.

"Please!!! I beg you to stop!!"

Kian was taken aback by her sudden breakdown as she started to sob and wail out those words.

"I can't...I really can't!!!"

Tinsley held onto her chest as if her heart was paining and let the tears flow freely out of her eyes without care.

"What is it?"

Kian implored, knowing something was wrong. He needed to know what was wrong without her creating such a nuisance.

I...I was preg..."

"You were what??"

Kian interrupted her midway. He strode towards her and held onto her arms, straightening her up.

"You were what?? Fucking tell me, goddammit!!"

Kian shook her body and she muffled her sobs with her hands trying to speak it out to him. That was not how she had pictured to tell him.

"I...I was pregnant!"

He could see it...every scene unfolding before his eyes, the way he had reacted...each word...the unkind, hurtful word he fired in her direction.

He had left right away after that, disbelieving her. Not wanting to let it in. He had...he just did not want to hear it again.

He let out a big scream and tore the hospital file. He got out of the study and Alice ran up to the corner, pretending as if she heard nothing.

He got down the stairs and picked his keys up, driving away. He needed to know where she was.

He could not let go her like that...not after what had happened. He wished...he really wished that he had believed her and stayed put with her instead of letting her deal with everything on her own.

He applied brakes before Madison's house once again. And Madi saw it so she took the lead to get out and confront him outside before he got inside once again and disturb the old woman.

He got out of the Audi and walled up to Madi. He was ready to beg and get down on his knees for her to tell him where Tinsley was.

"Madison, please...I beg you, I m fucking beg you, tell me where she is...please!!! Please!!! I can't let her out there all by herself...not after what she had been through....please..."

He started right away. He looked like shit as Madison peeked at him from head to toe.

"Please...Madi! Do me a favour, just this one last time...please!!"

Madison did not budge and remained to stand on her spot, not flinching one bit, watching him miserable as he had ever been.

"We lost another child...and I did not...did not believe her..."

He finally let out. And a tear spurted out of his eyes as he recalled her state in the camera footage.

Madison remembered exactly what had happened. Another part of Tinsley had died that day.

It was bound to happen but having her husband's support was the only thing she had wanted that time to overcome this dark phrase which he denied her of...letting her burn in the hellish fire all by herself.

"I can't...I can't let her be out there all alone in a condition like this...please!"

He rubbed the waterworks away from his eyes. Madison closed her eyes to clear off of her vision which had gotten blurry from remembering how she had cried in her shoulder.

"It had been a month ago...she is long fine, Kian Randall. She does not need your support anymore...she is fine, way better to be out of your reach!"

Madison replied. And Kian was feeling helpless with the restlessness of wanting to see his wife right away but at the same time, being annoyed by how much stubborn Madi was acting.

Madi could see that his patience was running off. He was never the patient type of person. Anger sat on the tip of his nose.

"You won't ever tell me, will you?"

He questioned, finally giving up. Madison did not respond to that and just stood, unmoving.

He got his answer and walked back towards his Audi. He got inside of it and drove away without saying another word anymore.

He did not know where he was driving but he found his way back to the town where their marriage looked perfect.

The building, the apartment where they had lived like the husband and wife. He broke inside and found the space totally empty.

Roaming around the small apartment, with no soul walking beside him. He sat down on the floor, tired.

He was hoping, she would be here...
