The large snake that Gregory was fighting hissed as it charged at Gregory! Gregory dodged another lunge from the beast and he charged up a [Shadow Bomb] and shot it straight at the beast’s eye! The beast didn’t even bother dodging as it tanked the blast and used its tail to swipe at Gregory! Gregory grunted as he used his scythe to protect himself! But the scythe simply cracked and broke before he was blasted across the cavern and into a wall on the other side!
Boom!!
“Gah!”
Gregory let out a grunt as his back slammed into a solid wall and rose a large cloud of dust around him!! The wall broke from the sheer force of the hit and Gregory formed a large crater in the wall!
[Sonic Blast]!!!!.

The snake didn’t stop as it immediately charge up another attack! It recognized Gregory as a threat and it knew that it had to get rid of him!! It suddenly put its head down and a blast of pure energy shot out from in between its two eyes!! The blast slammed into Gregory again and Gregory yelled as the blast drove him deeper into the wall! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! What sort of skill is this!? Is this just a beast!? This skill has to be at black star level at least!
Gregory knew that this was a bad idea from the moment that Esteroth told him about this monster! Gregory never wanted to come and fight this beast alone, it seemed like a bad idea from the start and Gregory knew that Rin would kill him if she ever found out that he agreed to do this! But Esteroth simply gave Gregory one sentence that made him change his mind about everything!
“Isn’t this what you always wanted? Didn’t you tell me that you wanted to be ready the next time your king comes? You want me to train you and you can’t even take on a mere beast? If you do not kill this beast, then you will never go even past this point and you can forget about reaching the king’s power”
This was what Esteroth told Gregory and Gregory knew that Esteroth was right! This beast was nothing to Han! Han would be able to erase this beast from existence with only one skill! So why the hell am complaining!? I don’t care what it takes! I’ll erase you from existence!! Gregory has been training like a mad man for three months and no one has grown more than him! His strength was already in the hundreds of millions and he was already stronger than Quinthreath!!

A massive explosion echoed through the cavern as Gregory blasted through the wall and faced the snake again! His magic power was soaring higher and higher as he stared up at the beast! There was an aura of dark matter surrounding his entire body and his eyes were pitch black!

The magic power that Gregory has always been suppressing finally came out in full force! Gregory was a prince that came from the kingdom of Magicus. Before he ever had his system, he already had a lot of magic power. Gregory’s magic was so strong that his family had to lock him away as a child so that they would protect others from him! And now that he has only grown stronger, his magic has grown stronger with him!
The beast hissed as it recognized the challenge from Gregory! It has faced many white and black stars before! None of them were able to kill it and it has only grown stronger with every battle it faced! But it could recognize that Gregory was different! Gregory’s power was more than just a mere black star! If I don’t kill this annoying person then he might kill me! How dare this person challenge me in my territory!? I’ll end him!!
ɴ[0)ᴠᴇʟ The two of them were silent for a moment as they waited for the other person to make a move, and Gregory twitched as he saw the snake charge forward! Gregory immediately shot forward to meet the snake in the middle and the two of them clashed in the center!

Up on floor ninety, the entire floor shook as the impact of the two monsters echoed across the floor! Esteroth was still standing in the training ground and he immediately recognized Gregory’s power! Gregory was very strong and Esteroth knew that this would be the perfect opportunity to make him stronger! Esteroth could have easily fought and killed that snake himself, but he wanted Gregory to use this as a challenge! Esteroth has no interest in fighting monsters that are weaker than him! The only person that Esteroth is interested in fighting is Han! But if Gregory can grow stronger from this, then I might have someone else that can provide entertainment for me! This boy might be able to keep up with me before long!
Rin and the other girls were standing at the side. Rin was holding Arthur and she smiled down at her son as he slept on her shoulder. Kim had to get back to the restaurant after she brought Arthur here and Yuuma had already gone back to her lab to keep working on her inventions. The only people here were Lily, Yue, Esse, Cersai, and Rin. They couldn’t believe that the aftershock that just echoed belonged to an attack from Gregory! Rin looked towards Esteroth and the man grunted as he looked towards the portal, Rin could tell that Esteroth was behaving smug because he was right. Esteroth knew that sooner than later, Gregory would be walking through that portal! There is no way that boy will die to a mere beast!

Gregory dodged around the beast and he put his hand out and called on his magic to spread across the entire cavern! His control of shadows grabbed all of the shadows in the cavern and dark tendrils shot out and captured the snake in different parts of its body! Gregory thought this snake is an idiot! It would have had a much easier time if it didn’t bring Gregory down here to this dark cavern! But now that Gregory is in his natural habitat of shadows, there is no chance of him losing! The snake hissed in agitation as it immediately started to break the tendrils apart! Who the hell does this little boy think he is playing with!? I have been in this territory for a thousand years and no one has ever dared to challenge me like this! I’ll kill you!!!
The snake was quickly breaking through all of the tendrils! It wouldn’t take five seconds before it would destroy all of them! Gregory put his hand out and activated another shadow skill using his magic! The air in the cave compressed into a supercharged ball in front of the snake’s face and before it could even do anything there was a huge explosion of sound that blew its head back!
Ka-Booom!!
There was no fire at all, but the soundwaves that shook the cave were strong enough to give the snake a massive concussion! The force pushed the snake back till it slammed its head into the wall behind it! But the snake didn’t stay down for long and it roared again as it activated one of its major skills [Snake Eyes]!! Gregory started to feel a rumble echoing from around the cavern as he looked behind him to see that the cavern was collapsing on itself! The hole in the cavern roof opened wide and hundreds of small monsters started to fall into the cavern! The skill [Snake Eyes] was the ability to control weaker animals and make them into your puppets! The snake called all of the weaker animals around this floor and it was going to use them to overwhelm Gregory! It is this skill that allowed this beast to keep up with any number of chosen that comes to fight it/ The snake would call more and more beasts to come and help it so that it would never get overwhelmed!!
The snake didn’t intend to use this skill at first because Gregory was just one person, but it realized that things would get dangerous if it fought against Gregory alone! Gregory’s power was growing more and more and if care wasn’t taken, Gregory would kill it! I will never die to a mere chosen! All of you come into my territory and challenge me constantly and I’ve never even done anything to you! I’ll kill you! The snake immediately ordered all the animals to attack and they started to charge toward Gregory!
There were many animals that Gregory recognized among the beasts, from red wolves to giant bats that released loud screeches that made Gregory’s ear ring! Gregory put his head out and immediately activated a high-level skill in front of himself!

The monsters that the snake called were all low level so they didn’t stand a chance against Gregory since he was a black star! But their sheer number was too much! Before Greogur could turn around again he was suddenly slammed from the side by the snake’s tail! Gregory used his forearm to block the attack but it still pushed him into the wall. He put both hands out and yelled as he sent out thousands of spears from the shadows! The spears destroyed more of the beasts and Gregory shot out from the wall as he charged straight for the snake again! Do you think a bunch of small fries is going to stop me!? Han would have already vaporized all of them to dust if he was here!? I’m going to be as strong as him so you’re nothing to me! You’re just a fucking stepping stone! Gregory swore that he would get to Han’s level no matter what and he wouldn’t die to a mere black star beast!
[Shadow Shell]!!
Gregory’s entire body suddenly got enveloped in darkness and his hand started to turn black as all his magic power got compressed into one single point in front of his hand! Gregory let out a yell as he shot his hand forward with all his power compressed!!!
The explosion that rang across the cavern destroyed half of the eighty-ninth floor at once! The entire temple shook and even the people on floor one could feel tremors shaking the ground!
