Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

"The only people I know she offended recently is my mum, Mrs Allen, Kai and her parents," Jackson said seriously.

"See, it has only been a short time and she has offended several people...,"

"Just shut up and let's think which out of these people would have the guts to kidnap her," Jackson shut him up abruptly. Max and his colleagues listen to them talk in silence. All they were waiting for was for their boss to come up with a conclusion and give them orders.

"Her parents are already out of the picture since they would never kidnap their daughter," Ben quickly ruled out the possibility that Mr and Mrs Avans were responsible for Jasmine's kidnapping.

"Mrs Allen no matter how angry she is would never dare to challenge the Avans this way so I am sure she isn't responsible for this also," Jackson quickly ruled out Kai's mum.

"The rest has been ruled out, the only people remaining is your mum and her ex-fiancee," Ben said as he stare at Jackson.

"Kai seems to like Jasmine a lot so I am sure he wouldn't want to harm her just because she cancelled the engagement...,"

"That means your mum is the only suspect remaining," Ben completed the sentence for him.

Yes, mum dislike Jasmine a lot but would she be so heartless to kidnap the woman I love?

Jackson thought not knowing who to trust anymore.

"Just continue searching, I am sure you will find something," Jackson said as he turned to leave.

"Boss, where are you going to? It's quite late for you to leave all alone," Max said in a worried tone.

"You and the others should stay here and watch over him to make sure he doesn't slack. I will come back after confirming what I want to know," Jackson said before he stroll out of the secret compartment.

"For that buddy of mine to look so sad because of her disappearance I guess he must really love her a lot," Ben mumbled while staring at Jackson's departing back. He turned to work again after Jackson had left.

Jackson drove at top speed on the lonely roads where cars hardly can be seen on the road.

After about twenty minutes of driving his car drove into a very big compound. He carefully parked his car in the open space before he approached the entrance. He was too angry to reply to the security guard greetings.

On entering the sitting room, Jackson wasn't surprised to see that none of the maid or other employees was at sight. It was pretty late so they must have all retired for the night.

Jackson climbed the stairs and made his way to his mum's room upstairs.

When he reached the brown door he tried to open the door but the door was locked so he had to resort to knocking and waiting for her to open up the door.

After knocking the fourth time he heard approaching footsteps coming from the other side. He patiently waited for his mum to open the door. Mrs Smith was shocked to see her son standing right in front of her.

"Come in," The sleepy eyes Mrs Smith invited her son into her room. Jackson entered the room without uttering a word to his mum.

"Jacky, I can't believe you finally decided to visit me but what I don't understand is why you came past midnight," Mrs Smith said with smiles.

"Mum where is Jasmine?" These were the first words Jackson said to his mum. His mum frowned at the mention of Jasmine's name.

"You have not visited me for months and the first thing you said to me after visiting me in so many months is WHERE IS JASMINE? Can you listen to yourself, Jacky?" Mrs Smith asked her once angry expression changing to an angry.

"Mum, you might not like Jasmine for the reason you best know but mum, Jasmine is the woman I love. Your son loves her so much that he cannot stay a day without her so mum please release her to me if you are the one who kidnapped her," Jackson pleaded in a calm tone.

"Mum, I love you but I would appreciate it if you respect my decision and the person I love," Jackson concluded in a serious tone.

"Jacky, what the heck are you talking about? Isn't she always with you so why are you asking me about her whereabouts," Mrs Smith said looking confused.

"Are you saying you are not responsible for her kidnapping?" Jackson asked suspiciously not believing what his mum said.

"I don't know what you are talking about, Jacky. I am as lost and confused as you are. I might hate her guts but I am not stupid to go against Avans. The old man will ruin us if I dare harm his daughter and I would never want that to happen," Mrs Smith denied the allegations. Jackson stares at his mum in a bid to read her thoughts.

"If you say so then I will believe you but mum, I promise to cut off all contacts with you if I later learn that you were involved in her kidnapping," Jackson said coldly before he stood up and left the room.

"Was this the best plan Jane could have come up with? I thought she was normally intelligent but how foolish of her to kidnap Avans daughter," Mrs Smith thought aloud her eyes glued on the entrance.

"I am certain that old hag Avans will wreak havoc on whoever is responsible for this if he learns about the kidnapping. She should pray he doesn't find out about this or else her entire family will pay the price if he does," Mrs Smith said before she stood up and approached the door.

After locking the door she went back to bed but for some reason, she could not seem to fall asleep.
