Chapter 47: Advanced.

”Shall we go?” Ichiro asked from the Slych who finally managed to stop his giggling after remembering his phone call with his girlfriend.

”Yes, let’s go.” Slych stood up from his bed and stretched his limbs.

”Great.” Ichiro stood up and started walking out of the Medical Bay with Slych.

”Shouldn’t we go a different way to the Hotel… Who knows if the People from Ramu sends another one after us.” Slych said and stopped walking.

Ichiro shook his head. ”People from Enforcement Department is here, they are here to protect us, look.” He pointed from the window towards one of the buildings, where a man with a sniper was aiming at them.

”Wave.” Ichiro waved his hand with a slight smile.

Slych facepalmed and dragged Ichiro out of the window.

”See, we will be fine.” Ichiro with a smile kept walking the corridors with Slych following behind him.

They arrived at the entrance of the Stadium and saw Members of Armya and Lucas waiting.

”Yo.” Ichiro greeted, Lucas and others saw them coming.

”Going to the hotel?” Lucas asked.

”Yup,” Ichiro replied with a cheeky grin, he was already feeling tired after such a long day, and eating the painkillers wasn’t helping, one of the side effects was sleepiness and he barely can keep his eyes open.

Lucas and the others also decided to leave at the same time, mostly because they were afraid that Slych might be attacked again, and the second reason was that the all matches were already concluded.

They exited the stadium and soon a lot of flashing lights appeared.

Slych only sighed and walked faster out of the stadium, because reporters were swarming the outside area of the stadium, trying to get good pictures of Slych.

But they also focused a lot on Ichiro’s figure.

A Flash of lights illuminated Ichiro’s figure, and people thought that he might be intimidated because of it since this is probably the first time since he has properly been in limelight.

But Ichiro only scoffed. ‘I am more than used to this in my past life.’

A few minutes later they finally managed to exit the stadium properly.

They left the reporters behind and started walking towards the hotel.

There were about 20 people in their group.

The rest of the Irio’s members left for the hotel a long time ago, mostly because they were dejected that they didn’t win and that their journey in the tournament is over.

They never had a lot of belief in winning this tournament, but they had a lot of hope after seeing Lucas and Ichiro in action.

But the undefeatable mountain Slych Raften stood in their way.

Most of the people in the 20 man group keep wondering what Ichiro thinks about the defeat.

He is currently chatting with Slych with a smile, most of them thought that he didn’t even believe that he could win against Slych, that’s why he isn’t dejected.

But of course, Ichiro is devastated after losing.

He never wants to lose.

But he has no reason to hate Slych for defeating him.

That would be childish and incredibly stupid.

He only plans to get stronger so he won’t get defeated.

They walked for another 15 minutes until they arrived at the hotel.

The doorman let them in while looking at Slych and Ichiro with awe.

The doorman was 31 years old, but only Peak Martial Soldier.

Their talent difference is like day and night.

Having a good Martial Arts Rank can give you a better job than not having a Rank at all.

Everyone who gets rank gets their own Martial Rank Pass, which shows your rank and the Talent Level you possess.

Talent Level is in the Pass so that even someone with a lower rank won’t be discriminated against only because his rank isn’t high.

There are some who start their Martial Arts journey later than others.

But there are tests to determine others’ talent level, it’s usually held at the same time as a ranking test.

In few weeks, Ichiro will do both tests.

Talent Levels are ranked from Novice Talent to Divinity Talent.

Slych’s Talent Level on his Pass is Monarch Level Talent.

This means he is most likely going to be a Martial Monarch.

But it isn’t 100% accurate.

Some Monarch Level Talents become Martial Saints, and some don’t even reach Martial King.

But it is still very accurate, and the test for the Talent Level has proved it.

Because Abyss did the test as a kid and received Half-Divinity Talent Level, which at that time was highest ever.

He was groomed to become strong, but most of them still didn’t believe that he will become Half-Divinity.

But they had hopes that he will reach Martial Saint at least.

But he reached and Half-Divinity and the Talent Level became even more believable.

The group of 20 splits, most of them went into their rooms.

Slych went straight to his room to call for Emilia.

While Lucas and Ichiro went into their room.

Ichiro went towards the TV, he took the TV remote and the TV started showing the News.

”Go to shower first, you stink!” Lucas shouted.

”Yes yes, dad!” Ichiro waved his hand.

”Tsk.” Lucas clicked his tongue and went to take shower.

Ichiro looked at the News but it was ordinary news, nothing new or surprising.

Except the Military activity has risen, which interested him slightly.

The News ended, Ichiro sighed and was about to leave… But then the huge text of [Breaking News] appeared.

Ichiro saw the News start with News Reporter who was sweating quite furiously, he started to talk about the Ramu tournament with a slightly shaky tone.

The News Reporter said that the Ramu’s Higher-ups worked with Yakuza to rig the tournament so that their Market Value will rise after their team win the tournament.

Then he showed the video, and oh boy.

Ichiro can only imagine the reactions of citizens.

But since the first video showed that they were targeting a single Middle School student, especially someone who is currently in limelight…

Most of the citizens were enraged.

Then the second video was shown.

And then everything went downhill from there for the Ramu’s Higher-ups.

The referee told with great details in the video about how Ramu’s Higher-ups worked.

The referee said that they have few Martial Commanders on their command who they planned to send to cripple other strong contenders and blame it on Rebels forces who have been quite in limelight recently because their recent actions have increased.

Then a third video appeared, even Ichiro looked at the video in surprise.

It was obviously secretly recorded because it shows one of the Ramu’s Higher-ups talking loudly on the phone while the Yakuza Leader was sitting at the seat next to him with dozen other Ramu’s Higher-ups.

The video showed him clearly talking about the failed mission with great details.

The video lasted for 30 seconds, but it showed everything needed.

Ichiro actually feels slightly scared now, the Ramu will be in quite a lot of shitshow from now on and he definitely plans to leave this place tomorrow.

The News was only broadcasted in Ramu, but tomorrow morning everyone in Arya will know about it.

Gensa’s Military will take action he was sure of it because public safety will be in danger.

Since Ramu’s Higher-ups work with Ramu’s Underworld.

The Underworld will definitely take action which might cause a war on the streets.

Ichiro was concerned about the civilians, but he knows that Mars has a plan to remove any civilian casualty.

That’s why his squad has already arrived in Ramu, to take care of the pests from Underworld.

Ramu’s Higher-ups are definitely arrested by now, Ichiro was sure of it.

Will be a very busy night for Underworld members…

Ichiro heard a dinging voice in his mind, with a smile he looked at the messages.
