The Device is a weapon that a Blazer is able to manifest from their soul. It takes on an assortment of different forms and abilities based on the Blazers themselves. It can take the form of simple normal weapons ranging from swords to more modern weapons such as firearms. It can also take the form of things that are non-offensive related to the Blazer’s Magic, like a brush or a ring.

In Tsukasa’s case, it was a black cube.

When this black cube appeared, it attracted everyone’s attention.

Even Touka, who had seen Tsukasa’s Device several times, also couldn’t help but be captivated by its beauty. It was like a black hole, sucking their attention and making them unable to look away.

Kurono stared at Tsukasa’s Device for a moment and asked, “A cube, huh? What a unique shape.”

Every Device will manifest its individual abilities, and as such, is powered by its magical powers, and as such, there is no one noble art that is similar to one another even if their abilities are alike as it matches their own user’s personal tastes.

That ability is called Noble Art.

The abilities of Blazers exist in several systems, in which four different categories are Body Enhancement, Nature Interference, Conceptual Manipulation, and Causation Manipulation.

Body Enhancement was quite simple, and the simplest one was to increase physical abilities.

If Tsukasa had to give an example, it was the ability of the main protagonist, Ikki Kurogane, who could double his physical powers. Unfortunately, while it might sound powerful, it was a pretty useless ability since with Magic alone, one could strengthen one’s strength by several times.

If Ikki had a large amount of Magic, he would be okay. Unfortunately, he didn’t.

Still, while Ikki Kurogane’s talk might be interesting, Tsukasa decided to continue with his explanation about the ability.

Similar to Body Enhancement, Nature Interference was also quite simple. It gave the power to create and control specific elements that can be found in nature, such as Fire, Water, Wind, and Lightning.

Touka was part of Nature Interference since it gave her the ability to manipulate lightning, and if she was smart enough, she might be able to turn into lightning.

Still, out of all the systems, the Nature Inference might be the one with the most Magic since they could absorb natural elements around them and convert them into more power known as pseudo mana, letting them use more mana to empower their Noble Art.

After Body Enhancement and Nature Inference, the third system was Conceptual Manipulation. Similar to its name, it had the ability to manipulate a certain concept.

Kurono, who was right in front of him, was part of this system. She had the ability to manipulate the concept of time, which gave her the right to be arrogant in front of Tsukasa.

Tsukasa must admit that Kurono’s ability was too strong.

Kurono could stop the time, slow the time, fast the time, and see the future. As long as it was related to the concept of time, she could do all of it.
