Hidden Wife : Best Husband

Chapter 492 - 491 - Can I Hug You?

"He's fine. How about you? Which hurts?" said Dae Hyun who was still panicking and holding Soo Yin's head.

"Thank God." Soo Yin's face immediately lit up and she could breathe a sigh of relief because her son's condition was fine.

"Soo Yin, tell me which one hurts? We'd better go to the hospital right now." Dae Hyun was ready to lift his little wife's body but Soo Yin held his hand tightly.

Soo Yin shook her head as she looked at her husband's face.

"No need, I'm fine." Soo Yin smiled to comfort her husband even though her head and back hurt. She was just shocked, afraid that something bad would happen to Jo Yeon Ho.

"Father?" Jo Yeon Ho followed into the guest room to find out how Soo Yin was. His body was still in Eun Hee's arms because he was weak to walk alone.

"Honey, come here." Dae Hyun then reached out his hand to carry Jo Yeon Ho into his arms until a few moments later dropped him on the bed next to Soo Yin.

"Eunnie, are you okay?" Yeon Ho's small and tender hand touched Soo Yin's wrist.

Soo Yin's eyes filled with tears when she saw Yeon Ho who had changed his attitude as before. There was no longer a glint of hatred in his eyes.

"Yeon Ho, can I hug you?" Soo Yin reached out her hand to take Jo Yeon Ho into her arms. It had been a long time since she had missed the Yeon Ho she used to know.

Jo Yeon Ho instead looked at his father for consideration. There was fear on his face when he remembered Aeri's message not to allow him to be near Soo Yin.

Dae Hyun smiled as he nodded his head.

"It's okay," he said while rubbing his head gently.

Yeon Ho finally inched closer to Soo Yin. Actually he also missed her but the threats that Aeri always said caused him to be afraid of losing his father.

"Yeon Ho, didn't I tell you not to get too close to her?" said Aeri who was already in the doorway. Her eyes were fixed on them.

Jo Yeon Ho who was already in Soo Yin's arms suddenly turned his head towards Aeri with frightened eyes.

"Aeri, don't exaggerate that. Didn't I tell you on the phone?" Dae Hyun snapped.

"You'd better get out now," said Dae Hyun, who immediately pushed Aeri's body out and closed the door when Aeri was about to step in. He didn't want a commotion after what just happened.

Park Ji Hoon was still inside with mixed feelings. Wanted to defend Aeri but it was impossible, because her daughter-in-law often made a fuss.

"Soo Yin, I'm leaving. Hopefully you're fine," Park Ji Hoon said goodbye because he wanted to check on his wife's condition in his room.

Soo Yin smiled then nodded her head.

"Yeon Ho, I really miss you." Soo Yin hugged Yeon Ho tightly in her arms.

"I miss you too," said Jo Yeon Ho, who hugged Soo Yin back. After all, they used to come to various places together. The boy couldn't just forget the memories that always made him happy. Something that was difficult to get from his mother.

"Yeon Ho, from now on just call Soo Yin mother," said Dae Hyun. After all, sooner or later his son would find out everything. There was nothing wrong with slowly providing understanding.

"Mother? What do you mean, Father? Isn't my mother only one?" said Jo Yeon Ho with an innocent face and didn't understand what he meant.

Soo Yin shook her head as she looked at Dae Hyun. It didn't matter to her that Yeon Ho calls him by whatever names. While he was being nice, Soo Yin was already feeling very happy.

Knock… knock…

There was a knock on the door from outside.

"Come in," Dae Hyun shouted without getting out of bed.

A man entered the room wearing all white clothes with a medical bag in his hand.

"Who is sick?" He said with knitted brows.

"Yeon Ho, come here and let Doctor Kang check on your mother." Dae Hyun wanted Yeon Ho to get used to knowing that Soo Yin was also his mother.

Yeon Ho nodded his head without any further questions, immediately turning to Dae Hyun's lap which was on the edge of the bed.

"How is her condition?" asked Dae Hyun who was impatient.

"She's fine. Her head only had a slight impact on the back. I'll take some painkillers for her," Doctor Kang said after checking and asking a few questions just to make sure that Soo Yin was feeling fine.

"You'd better go out, let Soo Yin rest after taking the medicine," said doctor Kang.

"Honey, get some rest so you can recover quickly." Actually Dae Hyun didn't want to go but he didn't want to disturb Soo Yin's rest.

Soo Yin nodded her head with a warm smile.

Everyone left the room, leaving Soo Yin alone. It turned out that the medicine given by Doctor Kang reacted quickly. Soo Yin's eyes felt heavy until finally Soo Yin chose to close her eyes. She hoped that when she woke up, her back won't hurt anymore.

Mrs. Park had woken up and immediately went downstairs to see her beloved grandson. The tears that welled up in the eyelids were now starting to fall along with feelings of relief and happiness to see Jo Yeon Ho was okay. The middle-aged woman had thought that something bad would happen to her grandson. But unexpectedly God still saved him.

"Yeon Ho, thank goodness you're okay." Mrs. Park then hugged her grandson very tightly.

"Grandma, don't cry because I'm okay," said Yeon Ho.

"Next time don't do that again. What you did was very dangerous. What if something bad happened to you? Grandma can't live without you," said Mrs. Park. Spilled the worry in her chest.

"I promise I won't do it again," Yeon Ho said regretfully. He didn't expect his carelessness would nearly hurt him.
