Chapter 36: Going Crazy in Time

Cen Pan heaved a sigh of relief.

“Ah Xiao, luckily you came in time.”

If he hadn’t stopped An Yu, even though she had practiced Taekwondo and wouldn’t have suffered a huge loss, she might have been injured by a knife.

“I told you, leave it to me next time. It’s too dangerous for you to handle it alone.” Ye Xiao frowned and looked at An Yu coldly.

“Chen Feng,” he shouted coldly. Chen Feng immediately came over and detained An Yu.

“Send her to the police station first,” Cen Pan said.

But for some reason, An Yu went crazy when she heard the word police station.

“No.”

When she first discovered An Yu, An Yu had planned to run away and hoping to lessen the blame on her, she revealed that someone was manipulating her from behind the scenes. But now, she was like a wild beast stimulated by the smell of fresh blood, and was only acting out of instinct.

Ye Xiao looked at Cen Pan carefully to make sure that she was not injured before his gaze landed on An Yu.

“Serves her right for her sins.”

Anger flashed across his eyes.

He had once treated An Yu as his younger sister and had sincerely helped the An family by allowing them to survive and gradually rely on the Ye family to climb up to the top.

But now, all their friendship was gone.

“Let’s not talk about her anymore. Let’s go back and rest first. We’ll bring her back for interrogation. Perhaps there are other clues.” Cen Pan rubbed his eyebrows tiredly.

Knowing that she could not let go of what An Yu had just shouted, Ye Xiao nodded and did as she said.

The two of them returned to the hotel.

Cen Pan turned on the strong light on her phone and waved it in front of An Yu’s eyes, but she did not react.

Half an hour later, Ye Xiao’s neurologist arrived.

After a series of tests, the doctor nodded regretfully.

“This lady is indeed crazy. The diagnosis is that it was caused by drugs. We should send her to the hospital as soon as possible.”

Cen Pan’s pupils dilated immediately.
